sir i request to send my free gift which i supposed to get one digital camera on my Compaq Presario CQ45-112AU notebook. sir i purchased my laptop soo long back but still the free gift does not came. i made complaint to the shop keper also but he is giving the same answer that IT WILL COME THIS MONTH. already 4 months over, according to that it should come on last week of january. sir i m requesting u to send it to my address given, as soon as possible. i have completed all formalities regaurding that.

The after sales services of HP prducts through Syscon and Redigington is utterly disgusting. The complaints are not at all addressed even when taken up wiht the highest authority. It is understood that it is a totally helpless situation for all the HP customers as understood from our peer group companies with no efforts from HP to take the remedial measures. In tis sitiuation only GOD can help HP India!! after tonner refil printing quality not proper & good.
As I am using the Same Hand set which is I purchased with dealer price at Kohinnor, Dadar (E), at the time of purchase the handset was imported before 6 months means warranttee for the 1 year is crossed morethan 6 months. may be the same problem you are facing so go to the office with bill & state them the clear terms of sales with warranttee period is from the date of purchase & not from the date of landing ( import)... this will help you to solve the problem... regards... anand naik

Delay in getting free gift redemptionI have purchased a compaq laptop in the month of January 2009. With the purchase a free gift of home theater was to be supplied. For the gift the registration was required to be done on hp promotion website. I did the registration part and got the confirmation on my mail that the home theater will be supplied on sending some documents alongwith a demend draft of Rs. 1499/-. which I have sent in the first week of Februay . A redemption code was also given to me on the same mail to claim the gift.
is compaq has no value for its words they said me to make a demand draft of Rs 1299 when i bought my cq40 108tu and said very soon iwill recieve a digital camera but four months have been passed i have recieved nothing what a company
You have to visit HP website and get details of procedure to be followed for getting Philips Home Theater System. They will ask you a DD or a Cheque to be send alongwith HP serial number sticker pasted on the box of laptop.

HP/nx7400 — No service by HP
I have purchased a laptop in oct 2007from HP, pune.At the time of purchase company has given me 3 years warranty. In march 2008 a small part of the laptops body has cracked.I have follwed up the company many times but they havenot provided me the solution for the same. Due to this problem the screen has come out from the main body of the laptop. I had followed up them again. Mr. Umesh from Pune service center of the company had come twice and took the snapshot of the laptop in November 08 and March 17/2009. I am following them regularly. But they are not giving me any solution. According to them, this problem can not be solved in the warranty. They are asking money to solve the issue. So please help me out in this matter ASAP.I hope for a positive return from your side.

Sir,I have purchase HP Compaq Laptop Pessario V6000 in September 2007. It has a warrantly for one year and now DVD ROM has got deffective even though I have not used the Laptop for more than two months. Please suggest action. I am from Hamirpur District of HP and there is no service centre in that district. Please confirm if the DVD ROM can be replaced on the cost of the company or otherwise. Also intimate cost of the DVD Writer to enable me plan its repair or replacement.
