HP Touch Smart Laptop — Delivering faulty piece
I have bought a hp tx2-1005AU/NJ105PA on april 1st 2009, with serial no. CNF8492JT2. On April 3rd the keyboard, wifi and media center keys on the screen stoped working. On april 4th I have taken to HP service center @ MAHA Electronics @ somajiguda, HYDERABAD. They said its problem with the OS and formated the laptop and given me. Now the Problem repeats on April 6th and I was out of station. I couldnt do anything except to wait, and again given the Laptop on 18th. They told they need two days for observation. on 20th they sent me an SMS that your laptop Is ready and can collect it.So now I drive all the way for 75 minutes in trafic to just find out that my laptop is still not working. Till date 2 may 2009 my laptop is with the service center. Firstly the laptop is a new one, I dont understand when the service center people are so careless about doing their work, why do you give lisence to them when they cant even solve a small proble. I demand for a replacement for a new piece. If i wont get a positive reply in 2days. I would definetly lodge a case in the consumer court against hp and the service center for delivering faulty laptops with no proper service.

THE HARDISK FAILED AND THE SHOPOWNER IS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY ON HIM. it is submitted that now a days it has become regular feature that companies are enganing in fraud to promote thear brand and specialy compaq companey is leading the road ahead so compaq companey should be stoped doing further damage to the costumer .people fall in for thease luclative offers because compaq is a renaund brand but it is sad to say theay are a "BIG FRAUD COMPANEY" . you are requsted to force companey to clear all pending promises to its costumers.

Compaq — Non delivery of assured gift
Dear Sir,I want to bring to the Consumer Forum's notice that I had purchased a Compaq Presario desktop computer from M/s. Unitel, Benachity Market, Durgapur - 713213, W.B. on 08.01.09, against their invoice no. UNI/DGP/456 dt 08.01.09.
As per the offer of the Company I was supposed to get a printer and a UPS free with the machine.
Upon making the payment to Unitel for the said machine, as required by Compaq, I registered my purchase with their Redemption Cell, through internet, the same evening from Unitel's office, and was given a Redemption Code: MO7ZG7L2SO.
Further, as per the Company's requirements, I despatched all the required documents, as well as a Demand Draft worth Rs. 999/-, drawn upon UBI, through DTDC courier on 09.01.09 against their docket no. K31544374.
However, to my shock and surprise, the Company has not cared to arrange for the delivey of the Printer and the UPS to me. It was only, yesterday, i.e. 04.05.09, at 20.15 hrs., that i received the printer through Overnite Courier, i.e. after nearly 4 months from the date of purchase. The UPS has still not arrived.
In the mean time please note that I have sent innumerable emails, but has received nothing but false promises. I feel cheated and let down that a company like Compaq can treat its customers in such a way
I would request the Consumer Forum to kindly take up my case and take necessary action against the company, that chooses to harass its customers in this way.

Respected Sir,I have purchased a HP DV-5 series Model number is TU-1104 on February 09. Then i have made a DD to the favour of HP redemtion cell payable at delhi as per HP company's rules and regulations. And i have sent the DD with all required documents as HP Redemtion cell said.on 30th March 09
But, HP redemption cell have sent me back the same and they mentioned '' we are unable to process your claim due to documents received after due date of submission"
More over when i called HP Redemption cell Delhi they have not answered properly.
In this i would like to consider my problem favorably and take this issue to HP Head office in abroad.
