HP Computer — HARD DISC CRASH
10 months ago I Dinesh Kumar purchase computer (Make-HP) from M/s. Shova International, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand (Sujeet-[protected])when i started my computer on 16.05.2009 some message show me.I complain it to M/s. Shova International. Service Eng. come after 2-3 days and he told me Hard Disc crased. But now till date(27.05.2009) no response me. What can I do.

I purchased a laptop COMPAQ PRESARIO CQ45-137TXduring 24 dec 2008 and I was entitled for a free gift offer. As per requirement, I sent a DD for Rs.1500/- with all the required documents such as bill photo copy, original cardboard piece containing sr.no. sticker etc. After obtaining a number (for Registering with Your redemption code is 1V1H9KJFIU ) from hp redemption which was noted on the registration form. Sent its print to hp redemption cell, Delhi, But the party m/s hp redemption cell c/o solutions integrated mktg. serv. pvt. ltd. First Floor, A – 2, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase – I New Delhi – 110020 Phone[protected] lines) Fax[protected] update me your claim has been return due to inadequte adress but after enquiry i found that the adress mentioned in there data was proper.And not given offer and my issued DD in favour of him till now. i caled them many times & they replied that there is no stock. when stock will come then we will send it to you.

HP Pavillion DV2046TU — Very long time for repairing

We hv purchased an note book from HP & it is under warranty till 3.9.2009, however our notebook was getting over heated, our hard disk crashed & CD player was not working properly, so we hv given it in servicing on 6.6.09, & they hv agreed to replace it free of cost, since it is under warranty, but this has to be done in 3working days, but today it is almost 10working days & when we call, we get a reply that it wl take more 2 to 3days & the spare parts has been dispatched from their bangalore office, I am a bussiness man & because of this long delay, I am facing a lot of problems, since my mail communications has become very slow & my customers are complaining, from the day we hv given our notebook for servicing, there is no call from the service centre also, we hv also called customer centre ( [protected] ), but looks like people are not concerned & do not gv a proper reply, we hv sent mail to in.[protected]@hp.com on 12.6.09, but so far no reply, even we hv gone to HP India website & sent complain on 16.6.09 with ref # CCHSAP215537, from there also no reply !
Now I do not know where to go, as no clear replies & we cannot just keep on calling these people, it feels that we hv made a mistake buying this product, now i might hv to immediately by a new notebook, because of this !
Request u to pls look into this !

Hi, Compaq has tenedency that not to listen customer. Kill the time. By the time warrenty is over they will ask for handsome money. For only display lcd 29000 or so. Write to their Mumbai ofiice and send mail to HP india every day and take them to complaint blog.

i purchased my laptop on 29 december 2008, a couple of months later it started showing battery prblem.now even if i plug the charger my lapyop dosent charge + its got shorter battery stand by time.
