Non receipt of free gift offer

I purchased a laptop compaq presario v6409 during oct-2007 and i was entitled for a free gift offer. As reqd. I sent a dd for rs.600/- with all the reqd. Documents such as bill, original cardboard piece containing sl. No. Etc. After obtaining a number from hp redempiton which was noted on the bill and sent it to hp redemption cell, delhi, on[protected]. As per conditions - the item will be delivered after 8 weeks. I waited for 8 weeks.

But the party m/s hp redemption cell c/o solutions integrated mktg. Serv. Pvt. Ltd., a-2, okhla industrial area, phase-i, new delhi 110020 (Phone[protected] returned the only above dd (No.[protected], dt 17/10/2007, issued from indian overseas bank – chartola malanjkhand mp), but this party has not returned the other original document, which were sent by me. As per the party, they could not processed it due to the reason “ worng name – i. E. Solutions integrated marketing services pvt. Ltd.

For the free gift offer, the party was unable to process the claim due to the reason that wrong name was mentioned as "solution integrated markreing servicer p. Ltd.", which is not correct. The name on the dd was hp redempiton cell, delhi, only.Instead of sending the gift after 8 weeks, dd was returned to me with the noting wrong name, that too after say 9 weeks. If there was an error, the same should have been intimatged to me immediately rather waiting for more than 8 weeks and not sending the gift as per the conditons. Kindly advise on the issue at the earliest.

I purchased a laptop in Bathinda from Silicon computers with the help of Bajaj Finance for which i am very thankful but today i required Noc for as whole emi's are cleared, so you are requested to provide me the noc on priority as i required it very much.
IT has to be sent by Bajaj finace automatically as office of Bajaj finance is closed in Bathinda now customers are being hassled.

I have purchased HP lap top Pavillon DV5-1104TU on 24-Jan-2009 and sent DD of Rs1499 on 6-2-2009 for free gift.My redimption ID is 586683.I recived E mail from redimption cell saying gift will be despatched with in 30 days.Now almost 210 days are over and till i have not recived gift. whenever I speak on HP redimption call free number, I am not getting proper responces. Many time I have tried to get help from Devaraj infotech private limited from wher I purchased the computer but no use.
I request to take immedieate action in this matter and it is not good to play with the sentiment of the customer.
I was paitently waiting for last 200 days. you are once again requested to take action.

HP COMPAQ NOTEBOOK — Non-delivery of digicam on offer

Hi,

I had purchased a Compaq notebook in Jnauary, 2009 which came with an offer of Kodak Digicam and was supposed to reach me within 4-6 weeks of purchase. I sent the required documents along with the draft of Rs. 1299 which was asked for to deliver the digicam on offer. Even after 8 months of purchase, I am yet to recieve the assured gift on offer along with the purchase. I have mailed HP innumerable times and also tried contacting them but in vain.

To add to the agony, the notebook has stopped functioning completely within 8 months of purchase. I am completely dissatisfied with the product and service provided by HP.

HP Pavilion DV4 1241TX — not doing anything

i am g.r.rohith kumar..i bought laptop just 2 months back....i got problem with touch pad and some line is coming near tool bar...i went to service centre he said i wont do any thing for the line coming near tool bar.....but in warranty there is a replacement of display also .......he is saying that i wont replace that display in warranty u have to pay and replace....he is telling like this...this is the happening in service centre in tirichy state:-tamil nadu........

HP Pavillion DV5 - 1241 — Non-delivery of Gift - Moto Rokr Mobile Phone

I purchased the above said laptop for my son Vikram Verma. The claim for redemption of award of Motorcoker Mobile phone was submitted. The claim got approved vide File Number 121532 on 27 July, 2009 as communicated to me vide e-mail dated 17 Aguust, 2009 from "hp.[protected]@innovatigesupport.in".

I contacted the local address, i.e., Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt. Ltd., SCO 171-172, II nd Floor, Sector 8-C, Chandigarh. Ms. Malti Rawat told me on[protected] at 12.10 p.m. to collect it. I reached there at 1.15 p.m. and was told that now it has been despatched. Till date, i.e. 2 September, 2009, it has yet not reached my residence at Chandigarh itslef.

I feel the working in that office is quite un-co-ordinated and un-professional. Please direct them to make sure that my motorocker mobile phone is delivered immediately. I am tired of making phone calls and visiting their office.

But I had received a Faulty Moto 8Q. It is not Working. Even it has a no display problem. Mobile isn’t any

I immediate contacted Motorola Service Centre here in Mehsana. But they people are asking for Original Bill
with TIN no. and Serial No.. As if I had paid Rs. 3, 999.00 still you had not issued any bill of the material.

Compaq Presario B1255TU PC - HP Compaq 6715b — Laptop Malfunctioning

Dear Sir,

I am in use of Compaq Presario B1255TU Notebook PC - HP Compaq 6715b notebook; bearing serial no. CNU8132W87, hereinafter referred as “the product” purchased by me on 17th Oct’09. The product was purchased from HP approved out let being Croma, Malad for a sum of Rs.43999/-. The said payments were made by HSBC Credit Card.

The product was explained and marketed by HP trained executive at the outlet. Having faith in the brand and on information provided by the executive I opted to purchase the product. Within a period of 6 to 8 weeks the performance of product had slowed down tremendously, causing loss of valuable time.

With the prevailing condition of the product my work started suffering as a result I required to seek help from your engineer/expert for which I was directed by way of pop-ups, where in one of them I had to go for HP Health Care, which showed as & amp; quot; POOR" however I never succeeded in registering my complain or receiving necessary guidance.

With the passing of time further complication arouse whereby I could not down load in my system the updates, inspite of several attempts. Gradually problems relating to battery and power chord occurred whereby the battery does not get charged.

The first complain was registered under number [protected] by Ms. Zaib Fathima VoGSC, with an instruction to following the links <http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&docname=c01077814&...

However inspite of doing the needful the problem continued to prevail. After several long telephonic conversations one Ms. Geeta visited my residence on 26/03/09 and had spend more than 5 hours trying to put the product in order however no solution was provided hence it was categorically mentioned by me that the service was “unsatisfactory". Personally, she even agreed that, the product had serious problems. A copy of the form is retained by me.

Subsequently there were several telephonic conversation and emails exchanged between me and your authorised service provider. Although I was not assured of any solution a demand of Rs.1685/- was made towards reinstallation of O/S. Inspite of repeated question it was not explained to me as to what went wrong and why this reinstallation was required.
Ms. Geeta once again visited my residence and again worked for 3 to 4 hours. She also told me that she was doing the same exercise which she did on earlier occasion. As I was late for my appointment I had to leave and on my return I saw the product in same old state.
It is really pathetic that, we as consumers, who are dependent on such products sold by big names and multi-nationals are never cared for after the product is sold. Even , we unable to locate a place to complain, as emails, sent keep bouncing. It is high time that, we take a strong movement against such organizations.

I am confident that, you would surely, look into this matter seriously and take it up, at the highest level. So that, we get justice.As today, my Laptop is literally moving towards, non-functional state, one after the other.
