[Resolved]  HP Compaq Laptop — Free gift offer

Non receipt of free gift offer

I purchased a laptop compaq presario v6409 during oct-2007 and i was entitled for a free gift offer. As reqd. I sent a dd for rs.600/- with all the reqd. Documents such as bill, original cardboard piece containing sl. No. Etc. After obtaining a number from hp redempiton which was noted on the bill and sent it to hp redemption cell, delhi, on[protected]. As per conditions - the item will be delivered after 8 weeks. I waited for 8 weeks.

But the party m/s hp redemption cell c/o solutions integrated mktg. Serv. Pvt. Ltd., a-2, okhla industrial area, phase-i, new delhi 110020 (Phone[protected] returned the only above dd (No.[protected], dt 17/10/2007, issued from indian overseas bank – chartola malanjkhand mp), but this party has not returned the other original document, which were sent by me. As per the party, they could not processed it due to the reason “ worng name – i. E. Solutions integrated marketing services pvt. Ltd.

For the free gift offer, the party was unable to process the claim due to the reason that wrong name was mentioned as "solution integrated markreing servicer p. Ltd.", which is not correct. The name on the dd was hp redempiton cell, delhi, only.Instead of sending the gift after 8 weeks, dd was returned to me with the noting wrong name, that too after say 9 weeks. If there was an error, the same should have been intimatged to me immediately rather waiting for more than 8 weeks and not sending the gift as per the conditons. Kindly advise on the issue at the earliest.

Hewlett Packard / HP - P2015 — Careless, Negligent and An Un Professional Attitude of HP (Hewlett Packard) HP with its consumer.

Dear Sir/Mam,

With due regards the undersigned beg to state as follows:

That on 07.11.2008 he purchased a brand new HP Laserjet Printer 2015 vide Bill Number 001595 from a HP Dealer on One Year On Site Warranty. But the said printer was delivering light printouts from the very first printout.

Hence on 10.12.2008 he got registered An Online Complaint against Complaint Number [protected]-261. His said compliant was forwarded by HP to its Local Service Centre at Ghaziabad.

Thereafter on 20.12.2008 a person named Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal arrived to him from the Local Service Centre of HP at Ghaziabad and changed the Fuser Unit of the said printer and left with a comment,“ Fuser Replaced but problem not resolved.”

Then on 25.12.2008 the same person Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal arrived to him again and he took the printer from the undersigned and left with a comment,“ Printer received from customer for repair to office.”

But they did nothing.

On 13.01.2009 the under signed customer logged in the website of HP and had an Online Chat and was advised to lodge his compliant with higher authorities.

Then on 15.01.2009 the undersigned lodged an online complaint bearing number CCHSAP186962.

But nothing happened and HP did not bother even to respond.

Thereafter on 24.02.2009 the undersigned visited the Local Service Centre, Ghaziabad and personally met with a person named Mr. Sohan Gaur but had to returned back without any solution. And that visit met with the same fate that nothing happened.

When nothing happened and a period of six months lapsed then the undersigned had to put in some extra efforts at his end.

Then on 12.08.2009 the said printer was left at our end by the Local Service Centre Team, Ghaziabad with an assurance that the printer will be lifted by them on the next working day as it even at the time of delivery the said printer was not performing properly.

Now it is a month to be completed HP people are not paying any heed to my complaint and I have to state this before your kind self with a heavy heart that what fault or error committed by me or what had happened to our world renowned Hewlett Packard (HP) that an issue is kept on pending at its end for about an year and nothing is happening.

Kindly do the needful and oblige.

HP Pavilion 1242 TX — no reply and delay in delivery

i bought a laptop from "supreme the it mall" kolkata on 13/03/09 with invoice no. " sup/mall/49408/[protected] . my model no is " hp pavilion dv4 1242TX" . i had some problem with the LCD of the laptop so i came to this shop on 25th of august 09. AS per their saying i went to the service centre on same day which is at vikash building 1st floor loudan street, kolkata 700016 my DO NO. is 43138. on 27th of august 09 i received a call from the service centre and they told me that they dont have the spares right now and they need to import it. so i asked for the delivery date and they said 5th of sep 09 . and they will call on 3rd of sept 09. i didnt get the call so i called and they told still dont have spare so they will call after 2-3 days . again they didnt call so i called again on 8th sep 09 . they said they still dont have the spare . spare will come on 14-15 of sept 09. i m calling again but no reply fom their side .They have never called me after 27th of aug 09 but told me everytime that they will call. even if i call they say hold, i keep holding for 7-8 minutes no reply then i cut the phone. Kindly help me out, i dont stay in kolkata so not possible for me to come to kolkata everytime to just know this. i am a marine engg. i had to join the ship on 9th 0f sep 09, but i posponed because of them. now i have to join back on 26th of sept. and please this time i cant do anything i need my laptop back and well repaired. my cell phone no. is [protected]. and landline is [protected]. kindly revert fast. i resistred this complain earlier also but i didnt get any help from you also.

i bought hp pavilion slimline PC ,model S3530in,from GEONET,centerone,vashi on 28th feb 2009. during this period there was promotion scheme during which whoever bought one of this computer was supposed to get 1-ups & printer F-4288,which was supposed to be delivered within 90 days from the date fo purchase.but till date (20th sept 2009),i hv only recd 1-UPS,but still awaiting for printer which was also included in the offer (already 7 months 21 days passed).i also tried to contact support center,but it is impossible 2 contact them over phone as no body picks up the phone,well but can be contacted through mail,but never recd satisfying answer.as they reply thanks for ur patience ,rt now we r out of stock.but now i doubt there intention as already nearly eight months passed.pls help me ?

i brought a hp Pavilion laptop, at that time they given an offer that free home theater(dated feb 24, 2009), delivery charges should be held by customer for that we need to send a DD amounting to rupees 1499, i was also send this and a got the confirmation of the receipt from the this redemption cell, but yet not i get this item, when i enquirer about this by e-mail, they inform that they will send this with in few days, but i yet not get this.

i have all the document of this, please inform me how to i proceed now.

HP Pavilion DV1002 AU Laptop — delay in providing me with my laptop repaired

i submitted my laptop to get my laptop checked with the problems in it. but they said that there is some problem with the motherboard part n they will inform me after getting it after 20 approx days they askd me back with the laptop but after 4-5 days got it back repaired then i went to collect it. it was working but wen i came bak with it i was unable to charge it n it was shut down again on the same day i went again to them n they said they will diagonose it n till now i m receiving da same msgs that plz bare with us u will b informed wen the part will b available. i m not having my laptop from past 20-25 days n i cant wait more as i m facing terrible problem as i m a graphic designer student and without my laptop i cant work. it is hampering it a lot n quite untolerable nw. help me plz.

ON 14TH JANUARY 2009 AND SENT DD RS. 299.00 17/01/2009 BUT I AFTER ABOVE 9 MONTHS PASSED I HAVE'T RECIEVED MY GIFT FROM COMPAQ.
