I(jackson) bought a compaq 60 notebook.Also I had sent a demand draft of Rs.1299 along with all the formalities for receiving the gift offer of Kodak digital camera. More than two months are over and I have already sent a complaint.But there is no response from your side.Please take necessary steps for delivering me the camera.My serial number is 2CE838C8QX.waiting eagerly for your reply

I have purchased a hp compaq presario cq60 104 tu laptop on 05-01-09 from 'ONS COMPUTERS, COURT ROAD, SAHARANPURI.There was a scheme on every purchase of this model of hp compaq laptop {i.e a kodak 9.3 megapixel digital camera} .As per the required documentation I have send all the documents i.e, model compaq cu 60 104 tu.chasis no- 2CE8388YPV, PRODUCT( IP) FY954PA#ACJ, cheque worth Rs. 1299/=no__________dtd _____________.but I haven't received any acknowledgement in this connection.
