HP / Compaq Presario CQ60 - 209TU 16 — DID NOT RECEIVED THE FREE ASSURED GIFT KODAK 9.2 MAGA PIXEL CAMERA

Hi,

I have bought this laptop compaq presario CQ60-209TU 16" and was promised for an assured gift of KODAK 9.2 MAGA PIXEL CAMERA. I fell for it. and It's been month since I've sent the 1300/- Rs DD, along with bill, redemption code etc to the Redemption cell in delhi.

I have not received the camera.

Please help.

I have purchased hp laptop [cq60] on 26of febuary 2009 from your authorised dealer at Srinagar Kashmir.Sir, my REDEMPTION CODE is: ODGWV6UT37.
Sir my DRAFT number is; 300671 dated 28th of Feb 2009. I was supposed to recieve the gift within the gap of one month but now sine then three months have laosed and i am yet to recieve. I have also sent a draft(draft no.-723085) of "Rs.3999" with a photocopy of "student's I-card"(Akhil singh), original "sticker" on the cardboard of my laptop and a photocopy of "bill of purchase", ...as per required. I have sent an envelop containing all these details and information on 7-6-2009 and as per my knowledge it was receipt by you on 9-6-2009.now, two months are passing by and I have'nt got my set yet...

i bought compaq cq60-209 TU laptop on march 2009 i did not get any gift and any other offers only get the laptop .please help me what can i do?
i am plan to purchase compaq model HP COMPAQ Presario CQ60-209TU Laptop
but many o[censored]r customers complaints that u give many more offers but not committed well, its really bad impact on new customers.So fullfill ur commitmenmts thats why other one grabs ur offers.
were do i start
i got mine a year ago now not even that but within 6 months my charger broke called up compaq not our problem my sister has the same problem a new charger is about £70 on the box it said it had webcam no webcam even had a more probz since DONT GET ONE
