[Resolved] HP Compaq Presario Notebook CQ - 104TU — free gift not received

i think that you should read this full story.
i went to buy the laptop and i choose hp compaq presario 60-104tu. first the guy out there promised me to give me in 34500 then when i bought he took 36000 INR. wow! see the cheating begins there only. now he told me about the compaq redemption scheme. i registered on their site and got the redemption number PNNO3X6FMY. i sent all the required documents and a draft of Rs 1299 to solutions integrated marketing services private limited. they sent me the mail that they have received my documents and that they have dispatched my gift. i am yet to receive my gift. when i try to call the number which is[protected] which is always engaged and i have lost at least 100 bucks just to call them because the call always drops. you hear only there welcome message "your call is important to us and the call drops, that's the importance they give to our calls. i have been lucky few times and was able to talk to their agents who do not have anything to do with your problem because they know that you won't be lucky enough to talk to them again as the call drops very often and soon you would think that it is better to not to call them and forget with your gift and your money that you have sent to claim your gift.
i have sent them mail but there is simply no response from that side.
now look at the whole syndicate of fooling people...
the re-seller which is vani infotech, lalbagh lucknow, in my case would say that i am not responsible for the gift not received because i am responsible only for selling.
solutions integrated marketing services private limited would say that we are for checking and lodging the complain and the company is responsible for sending the gift and what the heck the company do not have time to listen to such small issues. i would also mail them and see what happens.
before you buy anything at the time on any promotional campaign make sure that you would receive the gift then and there only otherwise get ready to dance on the tune of the company.
