[Resolved]  HP Gas - Balaji Gas, Airoli Sector. 16 — UNDELIVERED GAS CYLINDER AFTER BOOKING OF ONE MONTH

I booked the Gas cylinder on 25th July, 2007 that time she said you will get it within 8 days. After 15 days I thought to remind them but their phones are getting continuous engage-they are keeping aside and if you get it badly then their answer is only in two or three words then just shut down. On 24th we personaly visited there. Again on 25th we visited there twice but all in vain.
Now on 27th I kept trying on phone and now she said how you have not recd. yet, you will get it tomorrow morning definitely.
God knows when her tomorrow will come.

This type of service they are giving. Request to pl. look into the matter.

Instead of complaining here you visit the web site of the Gas supply company (HP / Bharath etc) and lodge your complaint in customer care.
Phone always Engaged
Gas is booked on my mother's name. from last 6 months i regularly booking the cylender but not a single time i got the home delivery. They used to tell us you will receive in a week at a time of booking. they simply ignore our request. Few girls are there, they behave like government employees. They are very arrogent to us. when we talk politely they became very rude. Now, I booked the gas befor 15 days back but not yet I received the delivery. your customer service is very unsatisfactory. If its in my hand i could have sacked all the people who are sitting in sec-16 office. See If these are going to happen again and again I decided to go to consumer cort.

We wanted to take connection of HP gas for domestic use but due to misbehaviour from your employee forces us to switch towards othere options. I am in Jamshedpur I wanted to take connection from Telco branch. But I along with other friends denied.

I too faced the same problem
I purchase new connection from Bharat gas Airoli 2 days before and they are suppose to deliver me gas cylinder on Monday before 1 PM.I called them on Monday Several time and they said there person will reach in 10 minutes but nothing works. On Tuesday they said to me that there person will come to my place by 6 PM.

I totally dissatisfy by the services of Bharat gas.

gas booking on 11.09.2010 by on line .My booking no.is 394633 .My consumer no.619727 in the agency Devidayal enterprise at Sec-8 Rohini Delhi -110085..But till date the same is not yet delivered.
please take necessary action in this regard.20 days has elapsed.
