I have a Gas connection with HP GAS Consumer No. Is 610996
I am trying since last four Day's for GAS Booking. When I going in HP Gas office then they are telling booking is closed booking time is 10 am to 4 pm. when we trying by phone it is always busy if by mistake we get line some body saying booking ragister misplaced please call after 1 hour.
What is this ?. We are facing such type problem always with you. So, please improve coustomer service and arrange to book my gas and Deliver the same at My home.

Sir,

This is to inform you that we are a consumer of HP Gas our consumer number is 604292, I am writing on behaf of my father ( Sh. Chander Singh ), the distributor name is Wardhman Gas Agency, Sector-2,Rohini Delhi-85.

Sir I want to say that I have booked gas on 06.02.2008, when I called to gas agency they replied to me we will despatch the cylinder after 15 days.

Please help me to desptch the cylinder as early as possible, I shall be thankful to you.

But when I confirmed from some internal sources I got to know that they suplied all cylinder to the shopkeeper like sweets, Dhaba, Restaurant etc.

I have a gas connection with HPCL consumer NO. is 610996 with Bhangel ( Noida ) Branch.
We are facing lot of problem to Booking for refiling and Delivery. 1 st thing is they are not accepecting next booking before 21 days (last Delivery). and after booking they are taking 6-10 day's for delivery.
2nd thing we are getting line for booking if we called on his personal mobile then always he is ot of office. many times they are not pick-up the phone.
In this positon how we manage in home ?
So, Pl. arrange to book and delivery the same as soon as.

I am the consumer of Hp Gas & My consumer no is -689694. MY dealer's name is M/s- Gujrat Gas House Kamla nagar Delhi. For benefit of consumer you facilitate us for tele booking.But your dealer never accept tele booking because recievers of all landline are always not on the phone.

Please tell me what steps do you taken in this regard.

I live in Jamnagar Gujrat. From last 15 days I am trying to book my HP gas cylinder. Consumer no. is14403
When I call there most of time it is busy and by chance if ring goes there nobody pickup the phone. My cylinder may get empty any time. Already I had face this type of problem . So please I request to Improve your customer care service and arrange to book my gas and deliver that at my home as soon as possible.

I have a gas connection in our father name Cust. code 604302 in Parvej Gass Raipur( C.G.). I m trying last 9 am to 3 pm. the ph. no.[protected]/ 4080190 is busy. but bymistake i get the line no budy is receiving the phone.
