I M HP GAS CONSUMER AND I M FACING PROBLEM FROM HP GAS AGENCY SAMRALA FOR NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER EVEREY WEAK.AFTER GAS BOOKING CYLINDER COLLECTING DATE NOTED AFTER 20 DAYS AND GAS BOOKING NOTED AFTER 22 DAYS FROM COLLECTION OF CYLINDER.THERE IS GAP NOTED 45 DAYS.SO PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND GAS VAN COMES EVERY WEAK REGULARLY.

    sir,
    i live in Kharagpur,west Midnapur district ,state West Bengal,here the gas supply is very poor,when ever we consumers are asking about when i will get the lpg supply they are always saying there is no supply coming from the company.But in outside black marcketing of lpg is going on i also have taken lpg in black which costs me 470/-.we consumers are getting mentally harassed what can we do please take immediate action.
    i booked refill on 16-12-09 to hpcl agent in delhi.they deliver refill on 21-12-09 without cash slip.agent name is devi dayal rohini.what is your procedure and maximum time for deliver refill
    Dear Sir,
    I am sathi maity working as a nurse. My son (premature baby) is now bellow 1 year.I need new LPG connection immediately for my child.
    Now Sarkar hp gas Agency forced me to buy a new STOVE Or wants to submit cash memo for our old connection (608335).
    How can i submit the cash memo after 8 years.
    If i not get the connection immediately i will resign from your distric due to this reason.
    I will highly obiliged if you take necessary action .

      I have my gas connection from HP and I reside in vidyaranyapura My consumer no 626289 The delivery boy seems to be utilising the consumer no and supplies to other customers since i book once in six months as i use the gas only for making cofee or tea.the delivery boy today after all the reluctance gave me the cylinder without a bill for Rs. 340 according to the booking office i have taken a cylinder only 10 days back which is not true. The delivery boys should be instructed to get it entered in the pass book I hope my complaint will be looked into it. The place of delivery is BEL circle and th phone no is 22360412/413/414

      my consumer no.641818 i have booked on 4/08/2008 but regret to say that till date i have not received cylinder. whenever i enqurier your repersentative tell me that tommorrow it would be delivered. Please help me as i am having only one cylinder. This problem i am facing since one year. My agency name is P. A. Zaveri, Chembur Camp.

        resp sir , My self Pawan Kumar , resident of Jandiala Guru , distt. Amritsar-PUNJAB. My registration no. Is 519150 under the HP gas Agency holder SHIND GAS AGENCY-JANDIALA GURU- AMRITSAR. Sir we have been facing major problems regarding ur bas distributionsi.e NO HOME DELIVERY - IRREGULAR BOKINGS & SUPPLY - LARGE SCALE CURRUPTION Regarding the availability of gas cylinders . Due to no home delivery we r facing a major problem because the agency holder supply the cylinders through private rickshaw's and they are taking 50-70 Rs. Per cylinder from us. They do not carry any weight machine and no security measurement regarding cylinder. Sir no body complaint regarding that b'coz gas agency owner has strong political links. Which are beneficial for him. Sir this is not only my problem but the whole ur HP Gas customer facing that. Which is not good sign for name and fame of the company. Please solve that problems urgently . Thanks

          WITH RESPECT,I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF HP PETROL,TODAY ON[protected] I USED TO BUY PETROL FOR MY CAR FROM A PETROL PUMP IN ZAKURA HAZRATBAL SRINAGAR,ON THE PUMP I USED TO CHECK THE AIR PRESSURE OF TYPE & THE EMPLOYEES SAID TO PAY RS 5 TO CHECK IT,AND I REFUSED TO HIM & HE TAKE ME TO THE OWNER,HE SAID I[censored] R A PERMANENT CUSTOMER OF OUR PUMP THEN U HAVE NOT PAY ANYTHING AND I[censored] R NOT THEN U HAVE TO PAY IT.WHAT IS IT .ISNT THE AIR CHECKING OF TYRES FREE .HE SHOUTED AT ME AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE A GREAT APPROACH AND U CANT DO ANYTHING.PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

            Sir/Madam,

            I am very sory to say this, i got a worse reply from our gas station head(Nagalakshmi Agencies, Manavala Nagar Tiruvallur. Tamil Nadu 602002). i could not understand why she is such a rude with the customers, actually my problem is i booked the cylinder by the 1st week of this month but i didnt get the cylinder for a long time.. then i enquired with them and she asked me to bring the book and then i went there with my book.. after seeing the book she started to shout at me like anything that the book was not entried for a long time.. actually its not my mistake the concerned person has to entry it in the book because of his mistake she was shouting and barking like a dog... she turned the whole matter towards me that am misusing the cylinder that am selling it to some others in an illegal manner.. see, am the customer for your agencies once they started in our area.... she is not rude with not only to me but also to every customers.. i dont why you people are keeping the worst and harrased lady as the head for this branch....... since we are educated we can tolerate just think about the uneducated people...... finally, i am not giving this as a warning but saying it as with fully distressed person.......... In case, she is continuing in future also, our area people would have to gather and give a pettition to the collector and also file a case in police station.... "Every customer is valuable" words said by Mahatma Gandhiji, we are not expecting them to treat us as a customer but atleast treat us as human being........ hope u will understand our situation........

              Dear Sir,
              we are one of the old customer in Surabhi agency, i am making a complaint against this agency for the first time in this tenure, our consumer number is 601386, we have two cylinders now, we booked for refill on November 6th and got the booking number as 246338, till this date we didn't received our cylinder. we gone directly to the office twice in last week, got the info that will deliver within two days, also today morning gone there and got the answer as will deliver within two days. we called one sales officer for the HP Gas Mr.Palani today and he told that will try his max to deliver today itself. we are in very need for the gas because two cylinders are finished. we request you to do the needful for getting it faster as soon as possible. thanking you

              HP gas refill supply — Delay in Supply of Refill gas

              I am Nagesh ( costomer no 48099) booked the gas on 9.10.2007 through phone and confiremd the booking no 692 at Cavery gas K.R Puram Bangalore .
              The distributer was commited that the gas will be delieverd on 16.10.2007. When I enqurieed on 22 & 23 of oct it was comuncited that it will come by nexst day.,. Again conacted on 27 of oct it was comunicated that the booking was done on 23 10.2007 .

              This suspects in my name the gas cylinde was sold to some body at higher rate ( balck market).
              Similer issues reported from many people when I went there for booking in Aug

              Pls send some body to aduit this distributer and control the balck market business.

              HP Gas — RE-fill suppy Delayed

              Booked for the supply of refill on 20. 02.2009 (Booking No. 219295) with regional office of the HP Gas to be supplied rom their authorised agency at Sultans Battery M/s Reliance Gas Agency.

              The re-fill has not yet delivered. Both the cyliders were got exhausted and the cooking is not possible at present as I have no other source of fuel.

              Please do the needful.

              H.P.gas — Delay in supply of refill

              This is Arvind from Ghaziabad,i have booked a refill throgh internet booking vide there internet booking no.376237 dt.21.12.10.The distributer M/s Sen gas downloaded the same vide ther order no.14979 dt.21.12.10.but the delivery of refill is not done yet.When i am trying to compolaint on HP gas website it shows that a complaint having no.10037120 is pending.when im trying to track this complaint no.it shows that the reference or email is wrong.please do the needful.

              I ordered one gas refill 12 days back, I fI ask how long you guys take to fill it they are telling buy additional .

              I am amazed why HP gives permissions to these kind of dealers .?

              Please stop corruption, Should be certain rules except in exceptional cases such that action should be taken if it is not delivered within certain days .

                My Consumer Number 623866 by name of Maulin Shah, Iam facing the same problem of delivery of gas cylinder. My dealer name is Kankaria Gas agency,SAi chowk,sanghvi, Pune. They are asking customer to collect from godown by saying nobody was at home.

                Hello Sir, I also have same Gas agent and every time I book the gas I wait for 10 days and after that I get the response that couldn't deliver at home because no-one was at home. This is not possible as atleast 2 members from my family are always at home. This is 3rd month facing same problem and I am going to godown to collect the gas. This is not at all a good service from a brand name like HP. Request your help in this regard.

                  My consumer no. is 616498, Pratap Singh Mehta, i booked a gas cylinder on 6-12-09 telephonicaly and i was told that gas will be supplied with in 10 days, when i inquired on 16-12-09 regarding the gas cylinder ,they told that there is no any booking with this number, with SABHARWAL GAS COMPANY, sco-55, first floor, sector -47c, Chandigarh.Mr. Amarjeet who attended my phone told that gas will be supplied in 10 days, but he fails to give the booking number for my reference inspite of calling 3 times.Kindly do the needful to ensure better customer service.

                  Sabharwal Agency — Non-pick up phone

                  I m bharati and our cylinder is in my father's name who is no more. We live in East Delhi, Geeta colony and book our cylinder from Sabharwal Agency in Geeta Colony, This agency people always put their phone on hold and we face lots of difficulties in booking our refilling cylinder. We have to go personally to book the cylinder and they give the cylinder on black basis and normal people dont get the cylinder even after a hard struggle. You are requested to please forward my complaint and try to sort it out immediately.

                  HP Gas — Careless in Records

                  Iam Murugappan from Chennai the gas connection is with my mother name, Last 8 years we are the customer of the Kannan gas Agency in Singamuneri Sivaganagai Dt Tamilnadu, now we are change our house to chennai itself for that we want to change the connection to West Tambaram Pattammal Gas agency.so that we surrender our gas connection in the Singamuneri and go to west tambaram The problem is in all our identity proofs(ration card, voter id) my mother name is valliammai but they put valliammai achi that is with our caste(in transfer form only) so in the new office they didnt accept. Last four months we are continuously go that office and suffer lot, even they talk verymuch so kindly do the needful as soon as possible because due to this we are working with keroscene stove. so im daily late to my office due to this matter...
                  last suply of our cylinder from sabharwal gas agency was on 30/10/09 then we booked our another cylinder at 12/12/09 they give us the waiting time of 10 days when we confermed today which is 29/12/09 they simply said there is no booking .they were speaking very much rudely to us and want us to book the gas again .

                  Dear Sir,

                  The behavious of Mr.Sabharwal of M/s Sabharwal Gas Agency, SCO No.55, Sector 47-C, Chandigarh was so bad that I can't explain. I have in my record his two numbers - 2631978 and 2633580. When I dialed both numbers to book my gas, an electronic tape - This number is not existing - was running. I browsed net to locate another number and found [protected]. I dialed this mobile number and I asked you have another number except above mentioned numbers. He immediately spoke loudly and said "can't you see delivery slip on which our telephone numbers were mentioned. I am driving car and you are asking for another number". However, he confirmed me another number 5067484 by asking from someone. I immediately dailed this number and booked my gas and I also confirmed from the person whether Mr.Sabharwal is in the office. He confirmed that he is very much in office.

                  Sir this type of attitude with the customer never expected from HP Gas dealer.

                  Please take necessary action towards behavious of the person having mobile No.[protected]. I am sure this is the number of owner.

                  I agree with these complainants because I myself am a sufferer from Sabharwal's attitude.

                  Our consumer no. is 711340 with Sabharwal Gas Company and our gas cylinders were found empty two times, at the time of installing them. When complained to their office, the lady who attended phone, instead of listening to our problem, accused us of lying.

                  When we insisted to speak with the owner (Sabharwal Gas Company) she said he is not available and will call us. He never called us. When contacted again after some days why no one called us, she said he was busy and will call now. But no one ever called.

                  Their attitude towards their customers is really bad and totally unacceptable. They, or their delivery people might be doing some wrong things for delivering empty cylinders. Even if the cylinders are leaky, consumer should not suffer. After paying for gas, if you do not get gas, it is like stealing money from someone's pocket.

                  HP Gas company must do some justice against their dictatorial attitude towards consumers.

                  Aii above concerns about Sabharwal Gas are really correct .Same thing hapened with me so many times.let we gat united and complain to cosumer court. They should be procecuted.

                  Sabharwal gas co. — Non delivery of gas cylinder

                  Hp gas refilling done on 03 jan 2012, (booking no 250704, consumer no 603376). Even received the confirmation from hp gas that refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs via cash memo no 152003 on dated 18 jan 2011. But till date (26th jan 2011) refill is not been recvd. Even went to there office on 23rd jan 2011 wherein they confirmed that by max 24th jan 2011 you will get the refill but nothing happened. Again called them on 25th jan 2011, but not getting any satisfactory reply. Every day we ae waiting for the person for delivery so that the door is not locked when they come but in vain.

                  I want to bring to your notice the behavior of owner of Sabharwal Gas Company. first of all, leave apart providing good service to the customer, he does not have any manners how to talk and behave with the customers. His behavior has become worst from poor. You ask for any query and he would be the last person to advice you. Instead, he would start shouting at you. He does not have courtesy to talk to ladies. One time we found him in drunk condition also and sitting at office and yelling at a customer.

                  I have decided to transfer my connection to a different company. i just wanted to let the authorities know that before the company starts losing valuable customers to other companies, it is high time stringent action be taken against the owner of Sabharwal Gas company owner and end customer is saved from gruesome behavior of him.
                  I ordered my gas 7 days ago still gas is not deliver at my doorstep then I finally decide to call Sabharwal Gas Service sector 47 and ask for the reason . after MANY TRY, Amarjeet pick up my cal . I given my consumer no . He told me that your gas is cancel because of doorlock.I got shock what an excuse given . I know the service why should I do such careless thing .definitely they given my gas in BLACK.
                  He told me you have to order again.I asked him can I directly pick up gas after showing you consumer no. You cant believe what he told me ?
                  He said "No". I thought WHY he said no ???????
                  I am service person . Viewer you dont know, how much pain i am getting? they dont delieve gas at weekend . I have to take holiday from office for such thing.

                  I HAVE 3 THING IN MY MIND

                  1) why get dont delieve gas at weekend. Most of them people in Chandigarh do working, IF if happens ? then what is the procedure.

                  2) Why we cant pick up the gas from agency after showing customer no ???? (I think it's better . They dont have to come.we will pick)
                  ( they cant do BLACK MARKET. )

                  3) WHAT cosumer court is doing ?? There is a lots of compaint regarding Sabharwal Gas ?

                  (2) ON JULY 01, 2013, I WENT TO SABHARWAL GAS CO, 47-C, CHANDIGARH TO SUBMIT MY KYC AND ADDHAR CARD-BANK CONNECTIVITY PAPERS TO THIS GAS AGENCY.

                  (3) THE GAS AGENCY, SABHARWAL GAS CO, 47-C, CHANDIGARH CHARGED RS. 250/- FOR ISSUING ME A PASS BOOK AND FORCED ME TO BUY A GAS PIPE, WHICH I, NEVER WANTED TO PURCHASE. THE BEARDED MANAGER, CHARGED RS. 250/- FOR THE GAS PIPE, WHICH, I WAS FORCED TO PURCHASE, BUT I, WAS ISSUED CASH MEMO NO 2278 DATED[protected] FOR RS. 190/- ONLY

                  (4) THE BEARDED MAN SITTING IN THE CABIN OF THE MANAGER OF THE SABHARWAL GAS CO, 47-C, CHANDIGARH WAS VERY RUDE, ALMOST ABUSIVE AND MISBEHAVED WITH ME DURING THE FOLLOW UP. THE MANAGER WAS COMPLETELY DEVOID OF ANY CIVILISED BEHAVIOR AND WAS VERY RUDE, ARROGANT AND MISBEHAVED WITH ME BESIDES PASSING ON A GAS PIPE NOT NEEDED OR REQUIRED BY ME.

                  (5) I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND I, HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO KNOW FROM THE HP MANAGEMENT, FOR WHICH SERVICE, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS. 250/- AND WHY I HAVE BEEN FLEECED / PASSED ON A GAS PIPE, WHICH I, NEVER WANTED TO PURCHASE. IT IS ALSO REQUESTED THAT ACTION BE TAKEN FOR RUDE AND MISBEHAVIOUR BY THE MANAGER, WITH THE UNDERSIGNED.

                  IN CASE I AM NOT GIVEN ANY SATISFACTORY REPLY, I WOULD BE CONSTRAINED TO REPORT THE MATTER ALSO TO THE MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM, GOVT.                   THEY COME IN DARYA ANY DAY OF THE WEEK RANDOMLY THEN THEY CALL ME ONCE THAT I AM STANDING THERE SOME TIME THEY STAND IN FRONT OF GOVT SCHOOL SOME TIMES THEY STAND FAR FAR AWAY FROM SCHOOL SOME TIME THEY STAND NEAR TO ANY HOTEL THERE IS NO PROPER PLACE WHERE I CAN FIND HIM. THEY CALL ONCE AND WITHOUT PROVIDING THE FULL INFORMATION THAT WHERE THEY STAND THEY CUT THE PHONE. IF I NOT REACH THERE WITHIN HALF AND HOUR THEY CANCEL MY BOOKING. THEY NEVER DELIVER GAS AT MY HOME. I HAVE TO TAKE LEAVE FROM MY OFFICE AND HAVE TO COVER 30 KM DISTANCE FROM MY OFFICE TO MY HOME TO RECEIVE GAS CYLINDER BUT DELIVER BOY DOESN'T COVER HALF KM DISTANCE FROM GOVT SCHOOL TO MY HOUSE.
                  THEY ARE JUST TRY TO MAKE FOOL TO USER THEY TOLD I DONT KNOW WHERE IS YOUR HOUSE. I HAVE SUBMITTED 100 OF DOCUMENTS FOR MY ADDRESS PROOF WHAT ABOUT THAT ? THEY CAN'T FIND THE ADDRESS OF THERE 20 YEARS OLD USER.
                  PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE OTHERWISE I WILL SHOOT MAIL TO HIGHER DEPARTMENT ALSO.

                  I am fed up of this company...i tried to book it through the registered mobile number and it doesnt gets connected...i tried to call the agency and no one picks up the phone...sometimes it gets busy and sometimes no one picks up the phone...either change the staff or make them work good...do not harass the customers...
                  Against consumer number 804337 of HP gas, no gas is being booked for the last two months. The staff at the Parnam gas agency sector 37 chandigarh continue to misguide and misbehave. kindly help

                    Previously I had been lodging complaint regarding our Gas Dealer Kamal Gas Service at Singhalpur Near Shalimar Bagh don't pick the phone No 27470952 but Now when HP has changed the system Now I have booked my cylinder Last Week Now more than 7 days have been passed they have not delivered my cylinder. Agency wale don't pick the phone as usual We can only lodge complaint for refilling at [protected] if we book second time they give new number where the consumer go for lodging the complaint.                       Gas booking through the on line V.I system is now possible in Bangalore. But I have faced one problem. The gas was booked for my neighbour for his consumer mumber, using my telephone (Land line). Very next day I had to book gas for my own consumer number. But the system informs me that next booking using this phone number can only be booked after twenty one days as there is already one booking. This has put me in trouble as the dealer (Manjunatha gas services JPNagar) is not responding on the other phone numbers available. This can be solved by not linking the telephone number. Only consumer number should be the creteira.
                      Concerened may please look into.

                        IT IS TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT OUR DEALER FOR H.P.GAS M/s PATLIPUTRA AGENCY IS NOT SUPPLYING COOKING GAS TO US IN SPITE OF OUR REPEATED REQUEST.

                        I have done booking for gas with them on 5/12/09 and my serial no .given to me on phone was 994. we kept on waiting and a day came we were in deep trouble for cooking gas and after a herculian effort i could contact the dealer on mobile no.[protected].
                        He told me that the vendor is not available with them for next 2/3 days. my repeated request and explanation of our condition did'nt influence him and courageously i was not sopplied the gas cylinder till date.

                        sir, each o[censored]s is a customer some time at some counter and that time he/she seeks the best services. is'nt it?
                        sir, how u can justify that each and every time THE CUSTOMER has to make umpteen no . of calls to your gas dealer for want of gas! sir , why not the whole LOGISTIC EXERCISE FOR TROUBLE FREE SERVICES IS ARRANGED BY YOU OR THE MINISTRY A FRESH?
                        CAN'T IT BE THAT THE CUSTOMER OF THE COOKING GAS -on which a family depends--IS MADE KNOWN OF THE EXPECTED TIME OF ARRIVAL OF GAS CYLINDER AT THEIR DOORSTEP? as the Traffic Signal or Telephone or various other services.

                        I am a customer from your dealer Hindustan Gas Service, Amba Market, Ambala City.
                        My customer # is 510570.
                        I have booked the refill on 11, dec, 09 & still i have not recieved the refill as it has been 12, jan, 10 i.e about a month has passed. Even i went to the office for enquiry but they only handed me the slip dated 6, jan, 09 with delivery date of 19, jan, 10. This a big problem that consumer of your services has been suffering from. The question arises where the consumer should go for so much time without the delivery. I hope you will deal with my cpmplaint at the earliest possible.

                        Ther is a Gautam Gas Agency (H.P) at Bhagwanpur in Vaishali District of Bihar.we donot know the actuall woner of the agency, but most of the time we found one person sitting there nameing Binod Singh.

                        His actull work is black marketingh of the gas. I am tryingh to send you the photographs of a tea shop using the domestic cylinder instead of a commercial in front of the agency

                              My connection from Ideal agencies was changed to Shanthi Agencies, Hebbagodi without my consent. The behaviour of one Mr.Honnesh, the delivery person is absolutely irresponsible. I should have got the cylinder a week ago as per their promise and repeated calls to this man have yielded no results and so rude he is he cannot even tell us when he could make the delivery. Is there any forum where on could go to to take legal action against these people? It is disgusting and frustrating!

                              HP COOKING GAS — Non delivery of cooking gas

                              I had booked a cooking gas of HP with their distributor Swamiji Enterprises on 5th May 2009.
                              However, I have not received the gas till now as on 10th June.

                              I am also facing the asme issue. They changed my agency from HP ideal to Shanthi Agency, Hebbagodi without any notice and when i call this agency they keep saying that your consumer number is not on our list and the transfer of the connection is not complete and his response to the queries have been very rude.
                              heera agencies is the worse agenci in hyderabad situated at malakpet they every time put the phone engage after trying thousand's of time in maney days we get connection to ph no 24151361& 24151362 every time we suffer when we went to the place where the agency was at malakpet we were surprised to thet agency is shifted 2 to 3 years ago from last 5 to 6 months we r suffering a lot we want to chenge the distrubuter please help us

                                  This morning I called up HP Gas Service[protected] at Kalina, Santacruz (E) for placing an order for a cylinder (Consumer No. 602761). The officer at the desk (Mr. Jagdish) did not take my order saying that a cylinder was delivered on 26th Nov '09 and wants me to call him after 11th Dec '09. The cylinder which was delivered on 26th Nov was booked on 3rd Nov and the officer completely denies saying his records shows that they have taken our booking only on 23rd Dec which is a lie because fortunately we also track when the booking has been placed and when not.
                                  On explaing the officer, he turns to be EXTREMELY rude and tells me that I may complain to whom so ever I want to and no one can do anything to him and immediately hangs off the phone, even though I was speaking to him. I called him again and explaining the situation that since they have alread delayed in the delivery of our previous cylinder, our other cylinder has run out of gas and hence we are placing the booking not knowing when will the delivery been scheduled. He agains howls like a big.... and hangs off the phone.
                                  I dont seem to understand how come such officers are placed at such reputed service stations and one like these spoil the name and reputation of not only the officers but also the Company. Request you to kindly explain that one complain can very well bring a difference to his life and working style and also train him how to deal with consumers.
                                  Appreciate your time & efforts in helping to solve this problem.

                                  HP Gas Cylinders — Shortage of Gas Cylinders

                                  This refers to my experience at the HP Gas Distributor Worli Gas, located at Worli, Mumbai.

                                  Since the pas 6 months they have installed the automated Operator system, which automatically issues the Waiting List number for the delivery of the Gas Cylinders. Every call takes about 6-7 minutes to get your number. At times the waiting list never moves and becomes frustrating without information.

                                  Inspite of the short Waiting List the cylinders are never delivered before 2 weeks from the date of registration.

                                  Personally visit the said centre have often found other consumers complaining about their apathy. Which shows that the Distributor is controlling the stock available with them in order to satisfy other restaurants or consumers at a premium.

                                  I have often experienced this where their trucks loaded with the cylinders are parked about 1/2 km from their shop.

                                  I sincerely request to the concerned officials to look into such matters where the CONSUMERS at large are affected due to few influential persons.

                                  In short the Distribution and Marketing companies must improve their efficacy in timely deliveries and proper Stock Handling.

                                  Do not deprive the Tax Payer his rightful and daily means.

                                  The above views must be taken progressively and positively.

                                  I am always getting cylinders short of gas. The gas weight should be 14.5 kg but always short any where between 20 % to 10 %.why cant I get correct weight .Whom should we complain ?

                                    I went to fill up petrol at Hindustan Petroleum Dealer Sathy's Service Station at 87, Residency Road (Corner of Brigade Road), Bangalore at about 13:30hrs on Sunday, 6 December 2009. I asked the attendant to fill up Rs.1000 worth petrol and he just filled up Rs.200. I said I wanted Rs.1000 worth of petrol. Another attendant distracted me at the time he was to reset the meter to zero. The first attendant then continued filling. He filled Rs.800 worth of petrol. I said I wanted Rs.1000 worth of petrol but he said that he said that he has filled Rs.1000 worth, first Rs.200 worth and then Rs.800 worth. I am sure he has filled only Rs.800 worth but I have no proof as I was distracted when he was to reset the meter to zero. This is a scam and needs to be investigated.

                                    I went to HP petrol pump on 29 November 2009. i asked the attendant to fill up 100 rs of petrol, I noticed the meter reading started from 2.49. i complained to the supervisor of the petrol pump and instead of resolving the problem he supported his staff. This is not the first time i encountered such an experience in a HP petrol pump this was the 5th time. I have completely stopped getting my bike fueled from a HP petrol pump even if i am in urgent need of fuel and advice others to do so.

                                      i stays at ozar(mig),tah-niphad,dist nasik,maharastra,india. you had a gas cylinder dealer over there known as" saptashrungi gas agencies"(hp gas dealer).inspite of his commitment of home delivery weekly once, he dont make delivery for 4-6 weeks. if we go there to take cylinders he is unable to give & will have to wait for entire day. he speks very rudely & delivers cylindes to taxi vans withour any fear.comman people comes for cylinder from 15-20km radius &goes back without cylinders. so kindly look into the matter very seriously.

                                        It is very difficult for a Family Where in we have given a order to refill our Cylender on 24 November even after 9 days cylinder not been delivered. When we traid to contact no one is giveing proper response every time different person pik the call and saying that they dont have stock. And they will deliver within 15 days

                                        I am registered with Kiran Agencies at Lullanagar.
                                        I want to book my Refill Cylinder
                                        The Phones are out of question
                                        The 24 hrs number is so quick that the Senior Citizen like me cannot make it.
                                        When we go personally there is hue and cry and one cannot get it booked
                                        Can someone suggest as to How this can be overcomed
                                        at least the booking of the Refilled Cylinder is the must.
                                        Same response over here. Impossible to get service over there. If we go there there is next to no chance of booking. We have to go there seemingly repeatedly to get one cylinder booked.
                                        Tried calling luckily one guy picked up, told to call some number to get it booked- that number not available. Called the same guy again, told to come to the office & asked for little more information, instant hang-up.
                                        Just not possible to go the office everyday & adjust our schedule according to the whims of the "employees".
