Very next day I had to book gas for my own consumer number. ON 4TH DECEMBER, 2009, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL DELIVER IN THE NEXT DAY, WHEN I CALL NEXT THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL DELIVER TODAY CONTINUE THEY KEEP ON SAYING THIS AND TODAY WHEN I CALLED FOR GAS AND I SHOUTED HE TOLD ME WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO DO I WILL SEE. My connection from Ideal agencies was changed to Shanthi Agencies, Hebbagodi without my consent. The behaviour of one Mr.Honnesh, the delivery person is absolutely irresponsible. I should have got the cylinder a week ago as per their promise and repeated calls to this man have yielded no results and so rude he is he cannot even tell us when he could make the delivery. The petrol pump owners are now refusing to fill petrol for less than Rs. 50 at a time. I was running really low on petrol, and unfortunately, my purse got stolen. I had only 30 Rs as change in my pocket and when I tried to fill petrol for Rs. 30, they refused saying company policy restricts them.
After I told them that I needed this as an emergency, they did oblige...but I am curious to know if there is really such a rule...
