Kiran Gas at Kondhwa Pune (Ph:[protected],[protected] do not pickup phone to accept refill cylinder requests. In case of successful redialling the number, these lift the phone and keep aside. We can hear them talking to each other but they never talk to you. I'm fade up with these arrogant people. Hope we get prompt customer service from them because of your action.

I do agree with Mr Kamlakar Joshi . In Past I have also faced the same problem. These guys do not have manners to speak nor they behave properly in the outlet. For Cyclinder refilling is becoming impossible from these guys.

HP Gas — abusive language used by representative

I booked gas for home delivery on 12.10.2010 but till today 12.11.2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he uses abusive languages . I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and black mailing of gas it is regular happening with HP. I do agree. Also they make delivery very late often takes more than 40 days (21 days for booking & 20 days for delivery). Always they say that there is no stock
very true, these people behave like they don't have need, i have been waiting since last 1 year for an additional cylinder, but whenever i ask for the status they says there is no stock come after 15 days, i am fed up with their service, i also heard they will never give additional cylinder unless and until i offer bribe. they have taken 3000 extra as bribe from me for new connection, these people should be punished.

I am also having the same experience. I am calling repeatadely in rata gas agency in baner, pune but all time for 24 hours their phone is busy. I think they have made the phn settings in this way that everytime anyone call gets the busy ringtone.This is rediculous service form a company like HP.

Agreed, booked cylinder 2 weeks back but still no delivery. Not sure how to deal with these guys.
Guys just complaining do not help. I sent RTI to them and also lodged complaint on HP website. My problem was resolved by Mr Balasaheb who is the dealer himself.

I am also facing the same problem. It is a month since I and my brother have booked cylinder. The person Sameer who was delivering in Mitha Nagar left the job. After he left we have stopped getting cylinder. Every time I have go to Salunke Vihar road to get cylinder, which is not possible. We have to go and wait in the queue since 7 O'clock in the morning. We do not have men at home. We both are widows. Now the cylinder is over. I do not have stove. How do I survive. Please reply

Horrible Services from Kiran Agencies. Their staff doesnt know how to speak and they think that we are at their mercy and behave accordingly.

I am facing worst experience as regards service provided by HP through Kiran gas agency.For last three times, gas cylinder leaks while changing with new one.Not taking risk I have to call Kiran gas agency, who take their own sweet time, not realizing what can happen to leaking cylinder.The persons who come and change the inner ring are very rude and behave as if we are their mercy.They also charge Rs.100/ for providing service though it is a fault of HP bottling.This time when we insisted for checking the gas cylinder for leakage, initially the person refused for getting it checked .On insistence, when checked it was found leaking.The delivery man said he will deliver the cylinder next day.but next day is awaited.On complaint at Kiran gas agency regarding leaking gas cylinder the lady at the counter gives very arrogant replies and at times uses very abusive language When told that I will lodge complaint, the reply is that no one can touch them.It seems there is no responsible officer from HP who can be contacted or any mechanism set up by HP where complaints against the gas agency can be redressed.

I am Naveen Rai my consumer no is 656930. I booked my cylinder on 12 July 15.Now I will share funny incident. I did not receive my refill cylinder. But on portal it is showing delivered. To whom they have sold????

I am trying both the land line numbers. Both are wrong number. It means I have to go personally. Then the lady sitting there will talk rudely. Her first question on "line booking made problem ahe". Come here and book.

hi, i submit my consumer number with full name and address to change address.. they provide me new consumer number 530225. after that i book for refill gas. two times automatic booking cancel. i visit again after 10 days. from office consumer number given wrong. related person do not care and made mistake like they do nothing wrong.

    Dear Sir,

    Ref: 2235 new gas connection no alloted on 23.10.08

    I regret to inform & shame to feel myself as a customer of Hindustan Petroleum where we have no value for a consumer. Unfortunately on 23.10.08, I booked a new gas connection at alwal branch in a hope that i will utilize & enjoy the benefits of your company. Fortunately & Naturally your staff and manager has not performed well towards my issue. On my personal enquiry they have inform me that i have to purchase Gas stove & Gas cylinder with a sum of Rs.4, 000/- change. I informed the respective authorities that i already own a ISI mark stove and i am not interested to purchase one more which is not necessary for me. As you know the fact that we are running through a recession period where everybody is thinking twice to spend the money. You may not be aware the fact because you people are getting side income by doing this kind o[censored]gly business.

    In this connection i decided to complain about them to Mr Arun Sabastian, Manager, Secunderabad division. He is one of the useless, ethicless manager i ever met. He doesnt know how to talk & behave with a customer. I got a wording from him saying that if you are not interested to purchase the stove along with gas cylinder then drop your idea to own a new LPG connection. Do you think this type of answer is expected from a higher level staff, you people are appointing this type of people in customer field. I am vexed with this unprofessional & unethical attitude towards consumer concerns. I am clear from my side that i am not going to buy the gas stove, if you forced me to do so then i am also forced you to file a complaint against you in consumer court. Are you ready to face to circumstances.

    I am expecting a early & quick action from your side by tomorrow 5: 00 pm, if i didnt get the answer then i presume that you are ready to face legally.

    I am working in Mysore, Karnataka and was looking for a new gas connection with HP. It's been close to 1.4 years in this town and I am facing issue to arrange a gas.I am living my family .I had gone to the DC office and got a letter issued for a gas connection as I did not have the ration card.Now when I went there to the local dealer for HP in Vijayangar, Mysore ; I had to go many times as there was no avaialbale to answer my questions. When I showed them the letter issued by food and rodcuts office, they said they will give the connection however I will have to purchase the stove. I have my own stove and still they insisted you can buy something else however you cant geta gas connection without buying other things along with it. I know for the fact that one can take a new connection without taking stove. Please help in with the same as I dont want to spend Rs 1900 for something I already have.Let me know what sould I do for just getting a gas connection with HP.

    HP Gas — delaying of issuing the gas connection

    i have transferred my hp gas connection from raipur to bilaspur of chattisgarh state bearing id no.627692. the amar gas agency told me that it takes atleast 7 days for enquiry. Please make the gas availabilty to me urgent. why the agents are behaving like this? why they are not giving the gas connection immediate effect.

      I'm having HP domestic gas connection, Consumer no:-614171 at Durgapur (WB) from 2007. My Agent's name is Saha Distributor, Zakir Hussain Ave, Bidhannagar, Durgapur, Dist:- Burdwan (WB). The reccurent problem with my distributor is non-delivery of cylinder after booking. Sometimes after 30 days of the booking also I don't receive the cylinder. When I ask them, they tell either they don't have cylinders or they don't have the supply men. But if anyone carry his exhausted cylinder, then they replace that. But how it's possible for the housewives to carry a cylinder? If I ask them anything, they behave very rudely, in insulting languages. When I told them that I'm going to complain against them, the Manager replied, "You may complain, I don't bother. If I you want cylinder, then you've to carry the exhausted one to us." Unofficially we know that they are supplying domestic cylinders to the nearby factorys for industrial use at higher cost. I need help to get rid of the situation.

        This is to inform you that i took took a new connection dated 23/7/2007.. and distributer asked me to pay RS 3500/-for a single Cylinder and he have only given me the bill for the Clyinder and regulater which was of RS 950/-(850 for clyinder and 100 for regulater) and i recived a Gas Stove of Padmashree -model no -010) but the distributer havn't paid me the bill for stove . When i asked for the bill he tood me that you will get it after in two days, .. then he keep on giving me the date like this he passed six month ...then year ..then i complaint regarding this matter on the "hpcl complaint" but the Area sales manger she/he is not able to solve this matter ..

        i want that you should look into this matter and try to solve as soon as it possible..

        This is for your kind notice that you (HPCL) had advertised for selecting Retail Outlet dated on 20.06.2010 in Hindu/Dinakaran.In that advertisment there is a offer for land at NALLAMPALLI at S.NO 141.But in that add you (hpcl) never specified the road weather the offering site comes on STATE HIGHWAY or NATIONAL HIGHWAY, Further you (hpcl) never mentioned weather the site needs from Nallampalli village are Nallampalli Block.But you (hpcl) accepted Application from both side candidate from NH and SH.Interview was conducted on 28.10.2010.But you (hpcl) selected a candidate named N.Arun kumar who having his land at ADHIYAMANKOTTAI near by village to NALLAMPALLI.
        I bring this to your notice that the selected site ADHIYAMANKOTTAI does not comes under the advertised site at S.NO 141. This is offence under your Guidelines for selection of Retail Outlet Dealers under para.no.12.AVAILABILITY OF SUITABLE LAND.So please take required steps regarding this subject.And I here says all above message is True.

          Hi,
          I am a hp gas customer, my number is 622972. I am trying to transfer my gas connection from badlapur to dombivli. I have submitted the legal transfer documents 2 weeks before, at the badlapur hp agency. They said they would be sending a sms containing some code, which i need to show at the dombivli HP agency, and they would do the needful. Still no sms has reached me. now Even my cylinder has exhausted causing many problems. I am consecutively calling from last 4 days to the badlapur agency to send the sms, but they keep on saying their system is down and cannot send the sms. The dombivli agency says they cannot do any anything till the sms code arrives and there is not other option to do the procedure. We are facing a lot of problems for last 4 days, without gas.

          Please do respond.

              Hi,

              This is regarding an incident that occured to me while filling petrol in the HP petrol pump near Dr Kamakshi Memorial Hospital, Pallikarani, Velachery, CHENNAI-600042.
              I went to the pump and asked to fill petrol for Re 200, the attender asked me to see the starting position of the meter which was set to 0. In between the filling another attender asked whether I need the bill. When my attention was gone to the second attender and came back to the meter, the first attender was standing in front of it and said, petrol has been filled. I felt something wrong and to confirm the same I went there two days after to the same pump and asked to fill for Re 100. This time also while filling the petrol by the first attender, a second one came and asked for bill. When I told him no and suddenly turned to meter, the first attender was standing in front of the meter. This time I asked him to move, the meter reading was stationary at some 71.43 Re. When I asked him to fill he was at once startled and started saying some lame excuse that he didnt notice, after that he filled the rest.
              When I told my roommate about this, he also intimated me that a similar incident occured to him also some weeks back in the same petrol pump and he stopped filling from this petrol station.

              Please take necessary action against these kind of people.

              Hai all,

              I had seen the response of the person that to in Malayalam. You have to understand that this is not single persons problem. i also faced the problem once in bangalore. I couldn't able to respond coz they were replying in kannada. Anyway this is too cheap with the hp pumps.
              this has happened to me at a HP petroleum pump in Pune, Maharastra, Near LAL Deval, there was this petroleum attendant that cheated me once, my bro too .. so this i go to another attendant.. he too tries to cheat .. i rapped the and told him i want to see his manager, it seems the manager is out on vacation (i m sure he was hiding somewhere). i wanna know if there is anyway we can file a complain against HP and that will actually make some use.

              PS. to whomsoever thinks this is a publicity stunt, i hope u get 50 bucks petrol whenever u try to fill 500/-
              All the filling station in india has the same type of activities which are commonly noticeable. If one is not aware, the filling boy will stole the petrol in many ways. So my advice is to all that never take the petrol in rupees, take the petrol in liters.
              I think this is well known to all the customers in India about the attitude, behaviour and honesty of the refill boys.This may be known to local HP concerning officers.So what we can do except lossing every time or go to the consumer court.

              HP Petroleum — Adulterated fuel and Staff not ensuring to Zeroise the meter

              Fuel put in vehicles causing problems of vehicle stopping now and again, and also the attendants distract the customer at the start of fuelling, so customers do not realize that the meter is not Zeroised and when questioned they refuse to admit. This takes place at HBR layout HP Petrol station in Bangalore

              Sir,

              Yesterday I went to HP petrol pump at nagar road Pune. I had asked the operator to fill Rs. 200/- .
              He asked me to fill RS.230 / - So 3 liter (round) completed .They diverting me by keeping me busy in this type of conversation while the fuel is being filled.
              I asked them to fill only RS 200 /- . The operator showed me the 0 starting number and he stared filling petrol . When I went out around 4-5 KM I realize that they have not filled a petrol or filled less petrol. My petrol indicator is not progress a bit. Please look into it seriously as already petrol prices is raising and on top of this fraud.

              I have also faced the same issue today while filling petrol at HP Fuel Pump, near Kamakshi Hospital, next to Flyover, Pallikkaranai.

              This is happening for most of the customers.
              Today i also get the same experience and the same reason.One guy fill the petrol and another guy asked need the bill, the reading view blocked by the billing person then i give to Rs.100. My bike get reserved line before the velachery railway station.
              Please Please Please please please ...Dont fill the petrol this station.

                This has been a continuous process of the workers in the above mentioned Petrol Pump to fill the less Petrol in the Cars. Ususally what they do is one of them distract the driver and the other changes the reading on the meter and says that the petrol has been filled. we have been witnesses of this many times.

                You have to guard against this. Its a Common Practice. Also, many salesmen will approach you, TO DISTRACT, while filling petrol or while making payment. So, WATCH OUT !

                  Sir, i m very sad to know it that Your agency's (Mehar Gas service Licence no:- G/NC/HN/06/55 (G11360) customer service are not working properly. I am a service man working in a customer service department in the most branded company. sir, i am facing gas problem, I have a gas connection from Mehar gas agency, Rohtak, Haryana .they don’t know how to attend customer. Issue is this, I don’t know my gas book was expire. we lock a call at ur office & he deliver the gas. But due to some problem he will not able to come. A lady was sited over there. I say mam plz book a gas. She says gas book was & made it new then i issue a cylinder. I replied mam but you never inform about this even your delivery boy. Next time I will do. Plz Mam, i m living 4 k.m. away from ur gas agency. Mam says, We have 10k customers to whom we informed .Then she starts using abusing language. .A customer service dept treat customers like this…. That’s so ashamed. Then I talk with the owner he give some gud response. Around 20 people are in queue .they are also saying that we are totally frustrated with that lady. They are planning to shift some other gas agencies. The lady doesn’t know his job .

                  Sir plz try to do something good to the good service.

                  of course very very very worst people he is having. Initially he was having one gas connection dealership from that time itself his service was not good. Now he is having many dealer ship like car, bike school etc,
                  he is not concentrating on any one field.

                    We have received a complaint against you and your vendor M/s. Sakthi Gas Agency, M.R. Nagar, Chennai against deficiency in service that too an Emergency service, from one of our life members Mr.R. Rajaram residing at No.18/66, 3rd Main Road, Srinivasa Nagar, Kolathur, Chennai-99, whose Consumer number with HP Gas is 605297.

                    Mr. Rajaram had made a complaint with his agents M/s. Sakthi Gas Agency immediately after he found that the refil delivered to his house was leaking, on[protected] and reminder on[protected]. There is no response till now. Mr. Rajaram has contacted the Emergency No.12665 on[protected] and on[protected] and he was informed that his complaint number is ONE and the complaint will be attended immediately. But even from this emergency service, there is no response till now.

                    As you all are well aware that the leakage of Gas is highly dangerous to the people who are living in the house and even the neibhours.

                    We request you to kindly arrange to attend the complaint at once without any more delay to avoid any major damage to human life and others. In the meantime, please treat this as a notice from our organisation for which you and your vendor have to respond with your clear explanation as why Mr. Rajaram can not take up this matter legally to take suitable action against you and your vendor by the appropriate authorities.

                    Dear Sir,

                    SUB. : LEAKAGE OF GAS FROM CYLINDER

                    This is to bring to your kind notice that, in the morning we have changed the Cylinder as the last Cylinder got over. Immediately after changing the Cylinder we have noticed that Cylinder started leaking. Since 9 a.m. we have called 7-8 times on the numbers 25112374 /[protected]HP - Ghatkopar West). But everytime we have got the reply that they have already sent Mechanic. But till 4 no mechanic has reached our residence. Very sorry to tell that, service of HP has become very very poor. This complaint should have been attended within 1-2 hours time.

                    You are requested to kindly look into it as customers are facing problems because of this poor service.

                    This is to bring to your kind notice that, in the evening on 22nd Dec 2012 we received the cylinder after some time we smell gas all over the house Immediately we trying to notice the same to the 24 hrs HP Helpline 12665 which is out of service and we try to get help from our distributer the numbers 26272554 /[protected]HP - Sakthi Gas Agencies). But everytime we have got the reply that the telephone number is temporally out of service, in this case wear should I get help and I am Very sorry to tell that, service of HP has become very very poor.

                    You are requested to kindly look into it as customers are facing problems because of this poor service.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I am having HP Gas connection in Chennai and my consumer No : 631489 and Dealer Code is 959470 and recently I was transfered to Paloncha and the Dealer code : 964780.

                      When I went to the dealer for getting the reconnection, he was telling that he is not having stock and I had to wait for 6 Months. I had already handed over the connection at Chennai and got the transfer order. But here the dealer is not in a possition to give the connection.

                      What can I do to get the connection immediately. Please guide me in this regard.

                        I have been many times to HP Petrol Pump, Near Xavier Ladies Hostel, Swastik Char Rasta, Navranpura, Ahmedabad. He always charges higher and fills petrol for lesser amounts. This is the complaints from many other customers also. My scooter was empty when i went there, i bought petrol for 100 rs., but after travelling half a kilo meter, it again got empty. this has happened many times with me and with other customers.

                        This petrol pump is cheating many customers in a day. Strict action need to be taken, or i need to complain to media about this.

I DIDNOT RECEIVED GAS STILL 14.03.09. SO I AGAIN MAKE A BOOKING ON 20.04.09. AND VISITED AT OFFICE ON 03.06.09 TO ASK WHY I STILL DIDNOT RECEIVED MY 20.04 BOOKING GAS? THEY TOLD ME YOUR 14.03.09 GAS WAS OUT FROM THIS OFFICE ON 21.04.09. SO YOU CAN NOT GET GAS FOR BOOKING ON 20.04.09. THEY CUT THE BOOKING AND MADE A FRESH BOOKING ON 03.06.09. BUT THE FACT IS THAT I DIDNOT RECEIVED ANY GAS ON 21.04.09. ACCORDING TO MY CONSUNER CARD I DONT HAVE ANY RECORD. THEY ALWAYS SELD OUR GAS TO ANY BODY ELSE IN HIGH COST. WHEN IWE GO TO ASK ABOUT THAT THEY MAKE VERY BAD BEHAVIOR. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

                            I have transfered my HP gas connection from Kolhapur to pune.
                            At pune I have asked HP Gas Dealer M/s Shivshanti Gas, Dhankwadi Punefor transfer of connection.
                            However he is telling that no stationay & cylinder is available.Further asking me to inform M/s Hindustan Petrolium Pune office for same, sothat we can release connection.

                            you are requested to instruct concern dealer that arrangement of stationary, cylinder etc is the responsibility of Dealer but not the customer.

                              My self Mangesh.M.Kamble harassed customer of HP Gas.
                              I had asked for refill of gas cylinder on 02nd June 2009, was assured that will get delivered with in 3-4 days, but same was not delivered by the date so I gave a reminder on 05th June 2009.
                              On asking for the reason for delay in deliver the employee at the counter was very rude used abusive language. There was no response for the delivery for cylinder.
                              One more thing this is not for the first time.
                              HP gas assures that cylinder will be delivered with in 24 hrs. Please help.

                              The behaviour of office staff is very rude. I complaint to manager but he dont take it seriously. After complaint their behaviour towards such customers, changes. They dont give supply at time and other.

                              This is M.V.S.Murty, from education services would like to inform you that my Gas Agency is Sri Venkateswara gas Agency located at Bobbili Town in Vizianagaram Dist is making monopoly in the gas supply they never lift the phone which they have given in bill and public paper announcement as a employ it is not possible to go and book a gas refilling personally if go and give they are skipping the registration number and supplying the gas those who have booked after me and taking more than 20 days to supply if we asked their behaviour is very bad in reply you can make sudden checkup in my case as follows

                              till now there is no gas supply

                                I am working income-tax department and I have applied for a new gas connection in the 1st week of April 2009 in the HP Gas office of Bikaner ( Rajasthan). But till date I have neither been communicated by the agency nor get connection so far. Please sir, look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest please.

                                  I am extremely sorry to inform you that, On 3rd June 2009 I have take a new HP LPG connection for my family, from our Nearest HP dealer is "KATWA HP GAS, SUBODH SMRITI RD, KATWA, BARDHAMA, W.B, PIN-713130".They charges Rs.4400/-(Four thousand four hundred) for new connection and give only Rs.1400/- (one thousand four hundred only) receipt rest Rs.3000/- for ordinary Gas oven (Deepak green) which market price is not more then Rs.1000/. They also refuse to give any receipt or cash memo for the same. You are humble request to please look in to the matter and do the need full. As because they doing same job for all new connection holder. I hope you will take necessary action against this robbery. Wait for your positive replay.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I Yeshwant J karande, H/O Mrs Jyoti Y Karande, Have the honour to state the following for kind consideration and favourable action please.
                                    I am in service and got my transfer from Mumbai to Talegaon Dabhade, dist- Pune. I have shifted to Talegaon along with my family on 2nd May 09. I received TV No. 2004134 from M/s Sejal Enterprises, Nerul, Navi Mumbai and same was deposited in M/s Virji khimji Gas agency (dealer code No.[protected], Talegaon dabhade for issuance of gas connection. My present Sv No is 1024414 dated 6 May 09 and consumer No. is 637552. The connection is on my wife’s name. I got the regulator and filled gas cylinder (Qty 02) and besides compulsorily have been given following items,
                                    1. Apron Qty 01 @ 264/-
                                    2. Gas Lighter Qty 01 @ 99/-
                                    3. Rice Qty 01 Kg @ 101/-
                                    4. Consumer card @ 15/-
                                    5. Inspection Charges @150/-
                                    6. Installation Charges @25/-
                                    7. Stamp Charges @ 100/-

                                    Items at Sl. No 1, 2, 3 were forcefully given to me. I told them that I already have a good apron and electronics gas lighter (safer than what was being given) but your dealer told that HP has recommended these and compelled to buy me. Also rice Rs. 101 per Kg, such costly rice which I never purchased and ate in life, was forcefully made me buy giving the same above reason. Also physically I received apron after 20 days as it was not in stock. They gave me lighter working on gas but without nozzle (required for gas refill, Is it really safe?) and till date I did not get it.
                                    Item sl. No 4, I already in the possession of very good quality ( than what was being given) consumer card.
                                    Sl No 5, I was charged with Rs. 150/- toward inspection charges where as on information board inspection charges were mentioned as Rs. 40/-.
                                    Sl No 7, What is this stamp charges? Your dealer did not Explain it.
                                    In view of the above fact, is it really HP encouraging their dealer for doing all this? Isn’t HP taking enough care of their dealer and that’s the reason their dealer adopted such a cheap means of making money.

Because I am having only single cylinder. Due to this, it is insufficient even for the maintenance of my family with a signle LPG cylinder. Particularly, I face more highly embarrass factor at the time of festival/guests coming. In this regard, I have approached personally for several times since last 6 months and the concerned In-charge is telling that, it will take another two months. Unfortunately, neither the In-charge nor any administrative authorities have accorded a careful consideration to my genuine difficulties. This complaint is being lodged after several requests of my family members to provide an extra/additional LPG cylinder under your rationing system.

                                    I did not write to you earlier, but I simply spoke verbally to the concerned customer care assistants, whom I found haughty beyond the limit. He not only, did not entertain my complaint but also challenged me to write to higher authorities. I find his haughtiness is not keeping with the nature of his duties towards good customer relationship management. I am fed up with such type of rude behaviour and immoral harassment of the HP Dealer. Whereas, the other dealers are providing the same facilities to the needy consumers.

                                    Sir,
                                    Mrs. Aruna Majumdar a consumer of HP cooking gas at Santiniketan ( Consumer no. 600025) died on 12 July 2008. Her husband had predeceased her and they did not have any issue. As her relative in Santiniketan we have her cylinder and the connector with us. She had connection of single cylinder and last time she took gas was in March 2008.
                                    We do not have any papers of this connection and do not have any authority to claim refund of her deposit. We have verbally communicated this matter to the dealer of HP Gas, Mazumder Gas and Domestic Appliances at Santiniketan (Bolpur).
                                    I request you to formally delete her name from the list of consumers and advice the dealer to take the cylinder and the connector of Mrs. Aruna Majumdar from us.
                                    I am at present staying in Kolkata. I shall return to Santiniketan on 30 January 2010. On any day in the next week Mesrs. Mazumder Gas and Domestic Appliances can collect the above materials from my Santiniketan residence and give a receipt to me. I shall hand over a copy of the death certificate of Mrs. Aruna Majumdar to Mesrs. Mazumdar Gas at the time of their collection of the cylinder and the connector of the deceased from my residence.My Santiniketan address is Abanpalli, Santiniketan, and my telephone number is [protected].

                                      Sir, My consumer no. is 611419, which was alloted to me on 2/1/2008. At that time i was promised that i will be given the 2nd cylinder within 6 months but till now I have not received it and everytime I ask them, they say that no order has come from the regional office. I want it urgently and I want to know that the exact position.

                                        MY CONSUMER NO IS 641283. I HAD BOOKED A EMERGENCY CYLINDER ON[protected] AND THE AGENCY MADE A RED SLIP IN MY PRESENCE BUT THE CYLINDER IS YET TO BE DELIVERED INSPITE OF MY PERSONALLY VISITING THE AGENCY AND THEIR ASSURANCE TO DELIBVER THE CYCLINDER EVERY DAY. WE ARE FACING GREAT DIFFICULTY DURE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF THE GAS. IT IS LEANT THAT THAT THIS AGANCY IS IN HABIT OF NOT SUPPLYING THE CYCLINDER IN TIME AND WE HAD EXPERIENCED EARLIER ALSO. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER IMMEDIATELY AND DIRECT THEM TO SUPPLY THE CYCLINDER IMMEDIATELY.
