I am consumer for your HP gas . My Consumer no. 513741, Distributor"s name- Saraswati gas Agency, Jaipur ( Rajasthan ) Distributor Code No. 965810. Maine 22.08.2010 ko gas cylender book Karyaya tha. Gas nahi aane par maine agency par sampark kiya to unhone kaha kal lag jayegi. Lekin unhone gas cylendar Mughe nahi dekar kisi dusare person ko black me sale kar diya. and meri next booking selg 28.08.2010 ko kar di. 02.09.2010 Ko contact karne par unhone kaha ki your booking date 28.08.2010 hai cylendar kal ayga. but I say ki maine to gas book 22.08.2010 ko karvai the lekin unhone manne se inkar kar diya. Bar Bar sampark karne par bhi unhone gas nahi bhegi. 17.08.10 ko sampark karne par bataya ki apk booking date 10.09.2010 hai so 1-2 days me ayge lekin Your HP jaipur office me contanct karne par bhi kal 18.09.2010 ko cylendar aaya . I stay at Mira Road, 1 month back i had booked a gas at 3, New Saphalya CHS, Sheetal Nagar, Mira Road (E) - 401 107. but till now gas have not come. when tried calling on 28114879/ 28116484/ 85 they dont answer the phone. when i visited there office personally they said you have to check your gas first from our concern person then only you get a gas.
Hi this is Jeevarathnam Chimbili having HP gas connection my customer no. is 626167, I have booked a cylinder 3 weeks before from savita gas agency in adambakam chennai. still its not delivered. daily i am calling every time they are saying today you will get it.
I called delivery guy he said he need money to deliver, they wantedy delaying has delivery unless other wise we give some thing to delivery guy he will not deliver on time

it's too bad agency people are directly harassing customers

Dear Sir,
I am a consumer of HP Gas, since a very long time. My consumer No. is 48209, in the of name Ms. Rajamony Kumar, registered with Raka Gas at Chinchwad, Pune.

It has become almost impossible to contact them on phone for booking the gas cylinder. Even after trying for more than 50-times in a single day, I could not succeed. The Phone is either engaged or no one will pick it up, in case of ringing. The phone Numbers I have tried are[protected] and[protected]. Can you please suggest a way to contact them, other than personally visiting the shop. I am fed up.

i am the customer of HP gas, now a days people are very busy with their work, but when the time arises for booking of gas, it is a very tough time, when ever u call phone no are busy, more then two hours i[censored] try also no wont connect, so i suggest to the HP GAS SERVICE DEPT to cancel the service of phone complaints, i am the customer of mettuguda comes under Tarnaka distributor, personally i gone to check really phones are engage, i saw staff who are working their decreased the ringing volume of the phone, and sitting idle but not lifting the phone, wantedly put the phone in engage mode, i personally request u to sit in front of the phone and book a gas,
our technology is increased but still we are lacking in this small issue, this is a service dept, so kindly understand the pain of the customer, personally going to book the gas is really tough time, i kindly request u look in this issue,

I was booked gas for home delivery 4 days back but till today[protected] not delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with us request you to kindly take necessary action on this and please ask them to deliver the gas as early as possible.

I read it in the newspaper that all the bookings of cylinder would be cleared in 48 hours..and as you can see its been much more than that...which comletely contradicts what you say about your service and the what kind of service you actually provide..

hoping for the earliest action, here i mention my details...

Hello All,

I agree with all teh above comments. HP distributors have most pathetic service. I had booked gas on 14/12/2010 and till date I have not recieved it. I have tried calling them over 50 times. Most of the times phone don't get connected and at times if it does get connected, nobody picks up. I tired of this service. It is very disappointing to pay and not get the service.

Hi,

I had registered a complaint for delayed release of DBC[protected]. As a resolution, I was asked to contact the gas agency. The gas agency quoted a price of Rs. 2500 for the DBC + a forced sale of a pressure cooker. I was refused a DBC without the pressure cooker.

Is this your idea of a resolution?

Also, had booked a refill on Feb 17th. No sign of it yet. What kind of an operation are your running exactly? Why can't you change the agency? They're really giving your company a very, very bad reputation.
