I have been regularly refilling my bike with Rs150 every week under hphappywheels as eligibility for during sep09 -nov 09.Ther is no announcement of prize for lucky winner either thru the public announcemnet nor in the hphappywheels website. why should a reputed Co like HPCL is mum on the issue.

I too reveived the message and sent the Orginal Cash Memo.

I have not heared anything after that.

Few days back I received a SMS from you that I win a prize in hp wheels offer and It is required to send original cash memo and I send it through speed post on december 18, 09. but still i donot received any message regarding the status of prize. kindly please inform me .

On 7th Dec 2009, I too received 2 SMSs saying that I have won a prize. As I had multiple bills, I sent all via courier. Till now, there is no update on website or any update by phone.

Think HP has taken its customers for a ride and it was a very bad joke. HP should understand that it will loose its patrons by using such cheap trick. My no.[protected].

I received a message from You on 7th December 2009 saying that -"Congratulations, you have won a prize in HP Wheels offer. Please send your original cash memo with your mobile number written on it." So on 8/12/09 I sent my original cash memo to your mentioned address through SPEED POST but then there has been no rply from you. I also have the delivery report from SPEED POST mentioning that you received my parcel (cash memo) on 10/12/09. Plz, let me know quickly.

IReceived a SMS on 7dec.2009"congratulAtions you have won a prize in happy wheel offer, sent original cash memo for verification" I sent the same by post and got a call in which all the details including my address and occupation.I was told that you will receive acall again .till today I have not received any thing and my mobile no. Is not updated .my mobile no is [protected].kindly take action and advise what to do.

On 12-Oct-2009 at 6.39 pm, I have received a SMS on my mobile no. [protected] from TA-HP Offer that “Congratulations! You have won a prize in HP Happy Wheel Offer. Please send original cash memo with your mobile no. written on it". Again on 12-Oct-2009 at 06.49 pm I have received second SMS from TA-HP Offer “Please send original cash memo to Arc Worldwide, Big Apple, 36 Dr. Shirrodkar Road, Parel, Mumbai-400012"
Following instructions I have sent my original receipt to said address on 22.10.2009. Till date I have not received any updates from the HP regarding winning price. As per number of times inquiries made on a contact no.[protected] given on their web site http://www.hphappywheels.com the lady on opposite side only replies that we have received your original bill and your claim is under process and also she cannot able to give when I will get my price.
You are requested to forward my request to HP authorities, so that I can get my winning Price early.
