HP Domestic Gas — how to transfer name and how much cost

I have HP domestic gas connection ,i want to transfer on my daughter name at different address .how to do it and how much it cost

Sir,
We have a connection of hp gas with the name of Krishna reddy in SURYA GAS AGENCY, VIKARABAD, RANGA REDDY district, ANDHRAPRADESH.He is our neighbour.During the year 1999 he is shifted to nearby village in 1999.At present he is not available.Since then we are using that connection because we dont have hp gas connection at that time.Now we want to trsnsfer that name to my name.I applied to our dealer, SURYA GAS AGENCY, VIKARABAD, RANGA REDDY district, ANDHRAPRADESH, three months ago. OUR DEALER NUMBER IS :19649800.I also attached a lowyer note to the application in which i mentioned that i'll undertake to idemnify M/s IOC/BPC/HPC against any claim that Mr.Krishna reddy may at a later date make on you in respect of either equipment or security deposit covered under your aforesaid S.V.which deposit may be refunded to me by you.But the connection is not transferred to my name yet.

Hence i kindly request you to transfer the existing connection to my name.
