[Resolved]  HP LPG — NON DELIVERY OF LPG REFILL CYLINDER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Sudhir Chandra Mishra, a consumer of HPCL, LPG GAS bearing consumer No. 625401 since 28th March, 2001.

My orignial distributor's details was:

On 16th September, 2006, I transferred my LPG connection to Chennai where I am staying with my son, Aurosis Mishra.

The new distributor's details are:

The transfer was smooth and I used to get my cylinder refilled on my need.However, since last month, i.e from June' 08, I have
been denied for supply of refilled cylinder from my present distributor.The distributor is insisting me to produce the Ration
Card without which Refilling request will not be entertained.

Just to look back, I have never produced the Ration card during my previous refilling requests at the present address
(Chennai).To add, I also do not owe a Ration card too.

Under the above circumstances i would request you to take immediate necessary step so that I will be supplied with the
refilled cylinder at the earliest.
