[Resolved] HSBC Credit Card — Still Getting Bills although Card is closed

Hello HSBC, I am credit card holder of your bank and while getting this card i had been told this is completely free for lifetime. I did not used this card because i was not in Country, when i back i saw some bills regardingoutstanding payments on my card. I called for an enquiry to Customer Care HSBC and they told me this card is closed from there end and i need to consult Collection Dept which is in Mumbai, i called that Mumbai branch they told me this not in there Collection Branch and provided new number of Pune Agency, i got three number from Pune Agency, I called these numbers, two numbers are wrong number and one number is keep on ringing but no one picks up the call, please find below numbers Mumbai numbers [protected] gaurav [protected]Reshma [protected] hemant pramod /avinash/ swayam Pune numbers 66011422 66029779/5 66029737/1 I just frusted, please stop these bills to me as i have not used this card i am not going to pay single penny for it. I'm also suffering from same case with HSBC..
I applied for home loan & my name is under CBIL.
Anyways I paid full amount without any settlement..but still my name under the defaulter's list.

They given me following numbers but no one is giving me positive responce.

What to do now ...? how to ask HSBC to remove my name from CBIL..?

I am credit card holder of your bank and after getting the card 2, 500 was charged ford some insurance.

i never asked for any insurance...So on 10/02/2008 i have requested for cancellation of the card.

the customer service people told me that the card will canceled in 7 working days with out paying any amount.

I never used the card now they have filed my Name in CBIL.and showing balance as 7100.

I've called to mumbai number but no one is picking up the phone.

Hello HSBC,

I called for an enquiry to Customer Care HSBC and they told me this card is closed from there end and i need to consult Collection Dept which is in Mumbai, i called that Mumbai branch but no one recevied the call, i got three number from Pune Agency, I called these numbers, two numbers are wrong number and one number is keep on ringing but no one picks up the call, please find below numbers

without using i already paied 200 Rs. Now I am frusted, please stop these bills to me as i have not used this card.
