Dear Sir / Madam,

I had opted for a life time free HSBC Gold credit card [protected] & an add on card [protected].

When I received my first bill for INR 1770.56 /-, I was shocked to see that I was billed for TATA AIG Life Insurance policy which I had not opted for at the timing of signing on.

NOC not issued after payment done against settlement

Hi,

My HSBC credit card no is [protected]. I have done a lumsome payment of 33 K against a settlement done with HSBC bank for my credit card account. This was the full payment of principal ammount. I am an HSBC Gold credit card holder for the past 5 years and i have been paying the bills promptly without even carrying forward the balance to the subsequent month.
