I HAVE FIRST SWIP OF HSBC CREDIT CARD IN MONTH OF OCT END.EXPECTED TO RECEIVE BILL IN NOV END OR DEC STARTING DIDNT RECEVIED ANY BILL AT POSTAL ADDRESS, IN DEC CALL FROM THERE SIDE, I TOLD THEM I INTERESTED TO PAY FULL AMOUNT PLEASE SEND STATMENT, THEY WILL SEND FOR NOW THEY REQUESTED ME TO PAY MINIMUM DUES THERE GUY WILL COME & COLLECT IT, I SAID OK THEY MADE ME PROMISE THEY SEND STATEMENT, I PAID THEM BUT NO STATEMENT ARRIVED, I RECEVIED ANOTHER CALL SAME MONTH FOR SAME MINIMUM DUES, THIS TIME ALSO THEY PROMISED ME THE SAME ON SATEMENT AARIVED, I AGAIN RECEIVED A CALL IN JANUARY THIS TIME I WAS BIT RIGID THAT PLZ SEND ME STATEMENT THAN ONLY I WILL PAY AND I M INTRESTED TO PAY FULL AMOUNT, NO STATEMENT ARRIVED AT MY POSTAL ADDRESS OR MY EMAIL ID IN JAN, THAN IN MONTH OF FEB STATEMENT ARRIVED AT MY POSTAL ADD. THEY HAVE LEVIED INTREST LATE PAYMENT AND ALL, I HAD A WORD IN THERE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME PAY SUM AMT I DEDUCT MY ALREADY PAID AMT AND PAID THEM THE REST, FRM MY SIDE MATTER IS SORT OUT, I WAS EXPECTING TO RECEIVE THANKS U SLIP IN STATEMENT IN MARCH BUT THEY AGAIN SEND ME BILL WITH LATE FREE, INTREST RATE AND ALL.IN THIS MONTH IF I USE TO CALL THEM THEY USE TO PUT ME ON HOLD AFTER LISTEING MY STORY FRM DAY ONE TO TILL DATE, THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AS LONG AS 20-45 ON HOLD.IF I SEND THEM MAIL THEY DONT EVEN REPLY TO MY MAILSI HV SENT MAIL ON [protected]@hsbc.co.in, THEY HAVE GIVEN ME LOT OF MENTAL PRESSURE AND WASTED MY TIME.
THEY HAVE OFFRED ME THIS CREDIT CARD.I USING OTHER CARDS ALSO BUT I NEVER FACED SUCH A PROBLEM AND PLUS NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY THEM THIS UNNCESSARY AMOUNT, PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER, PLZ HELP ME...
PLEASE ADVICE WHT CAN I DO TO SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM.

HSBC credit card Settlement Department — I a recieving monthly statement after don e Settlement
Hi,I want to register a complaint against HSBC credit card settlement department that after done my settlement with all negotiation but still I am receiving monthly statement.
And whenever I am follow-up them they are saying we are now going to revert back the all charges and arrange for final settlement.Even some time misguide me.
I have done my settlement on February but still this discrimination happening.
Please tell me what can i do for this.
Yes I have only the settlement receipt.
