RECEINTY I RECEIVED CALL FROM ICICI BANK COLLECTION AGENT HE FORSELY ASK ME FOR DEPOSIT ABOVE AMOUNT ON OR BEFORE 30.06.2010 OTHER WISE YOU PANALISE FOR RS.150000.00 AND WE COLLECT FROM YOUR HOUSE.

I CAN PAY OUTSTANDING AMOUNT BUT I NOT IN POSISSION ONE TIME SETTLEMENT SO I REQUESTED FOR CONVERT IN EMI BASIS SO I CAN PAY EASELY THIS TIME I AM NOT IN JOB ..

Above matter has not been resoved so far despite written application made for change of address and other details submitted.
Interest not recieved from bigining
I have invested in ICICI bank bonds 2005 in Feb Rs.30000/- Bond Nos.[protected] Distinctive Nos.[protected] . but till date from the begining, I have not recieved interest and redemption amount.
Please guide me for further action to claim compensation for harrashment and financial losses.

ICICI Bank — more than Rs. 24000 has been locked in my savings account

Sir,

Ref. to subject matter, more than Rs. 24000 has been locked in my savings account no.[protected] – ICICI Bank without intimation or communication to me. From last 20 days I have been in contact with customer care department about opening my locked amount, but they replied that you have not paid outstanding of credit card loan due to which they have locked it.

So I have given them the explanation about my out standing amount & locked amount, also I have told them about my financial as well as family problems due to which I was not able to pay the out standings of credit card loan. I have given them the assurance that as early as possible I will pay the out standings of credit card loan as I am facing financial as well as family problems. My out standing amount (Minimum amount due Rs15470 - & Total amount due Rs. 21164.92) & locked amount is more than Rs. 24000 as per monthly statement of Jun’10 is attached herewith for your refrence.

But moreover the matter is who has given them the authority to lock the amount in my account? How they can lock it without informing to me? It’s very serious issue as it is created nuance in my daily living life. As I am the single earner in my family, my as well as family members life has been affected badly as I am facing lot of problems like as follows.
I am unable to pay my house rent.
I am unable to buy food material for my daily livings.
I am unable to purchase my medicines / hospital bills and so many.

If any thing happen to me or my family members life due to this then your bank will be responsible for this.

ICICI Bank Credit Card No. 4477580116055002 — Wrong Billing ( Card already surrendered)

I am a customer of ICICI Bank Ltd. I was issued a credit card No. [protected] in 2004. I had used the same till 2007, and after that I have requested to customer care to close my Card. I have surrenderd my card and sent by courier to the ICICI BANK LTD. Vedeocon tower, New Delhi. I have not used this card for any purchasing after 2007, but in Januray 2010 bank has auto debited Rs. 12000/- from my saving account and after that again auto debit Rs. 8000/- in March-2010.

Now again I am getting call that I am having outstanding of amount Rs. 25000/- but I have never used this card for such amount. I am already in loss of Rs. 20,000/- due to autodebit in accounts again they are asking for Rs. 50000/- Please help me to resolve this as ICICI BANK credit card is makming so many calls to me for recovery it is really a mentaly harrasment.

ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank - Useless bank, poor service, zero coordination

I would recommend people to close their account with ICICI Bank. These rotten thieves will take your account and disable your access to it and further stop you from withdrawing the money. Listen to this story and tell me whether they are a bank or thief.
my wife has an account with ICICI Bank Indiranagar branch. We have had this account for over many years, we did not operate this account for sometime and the debit/atm card was also expired. Below is the exercise we went through and still going through it:
- Requested an atm card inlieu of expired one at the bank, told to call the phone helpline
- Call the helpline, were informed that account is in inactive state, please deposit amount in bank to activate it, Bank can also issue atm card.
- Went to bank again argued over depositing and withdrew instead to activate it, we were told to call helpline again to get atm card and that they can't provide it
- Finally talked to helpline again got the card and pin dispactched
- Received pin card courier
- Debit card never came called helpline, they said talk to courier
- Courier service says the card was not accepted at the address on mentioned date and time (unfortunately for these it was a date and time that both me and my wife were at home)
- Courier service says talk to ICICI helpline because the card was rejected at given address
- ICICI bank helpline says talk to courier service.
- Spent last two days only calling both the moronic agencies.
- Waiting to close all relationships with ICICI.
Enough said
If you value your money and time don't go to ICICI Bank for anything. If at all you want to go its as good as throwing the money to thieves who won't let you touch your own money.

ICICI Bank, Allahabad, Branch — REG. DEDUCTION OF CHARGES

SIR, I am having a saving account with the ALLAHABAD branch since 10
years. I am also maintaining a average minimum balance of RS. 5000.00,
But to my dissapointment a minimum balance charges RS. 827 was deducted on12/10/09,18/01/2010,18/04/2010..Result of which i withdrew
the rest amount. Earlier also the same amount was deducted, I dont
remeber the date.
NOW they have stopped sending the quaterly statement.
I kindly request you to please look into the matter and do the needful, so
that I may continue the account.Please reverse the amount to my account.

reminder again for waving charges against payment of EMI made in time as i had complain so many times that i am not recieving your statement since 20 months than also they are not giving any responce ihad change my address 2 times than also i did not recive any statement so then i made payment according to the letter which i recived from the bank at the time when i recive loan amount LOAN EMI PAYMENT SHADUAL STATEMENT FOR 24MONTHS according to that statement i made my payment and i made payment before time accordingly so plese kindly do nedfull and settel my problem as soon as possible as they are abbusing on teliphone and they are sending horribel peopel at home they are using bad langauge with ladies at home

ICICI Bank — OVERCHARGING

My name is Nalini . My grief is with ICICI BANK. I had taken Car Loan amounting to Rs 2,25,000/- from ICICI Bank in the year 2005. I was paying regularly my payments. But due to some problems, there were some EMI bounces in the year 2008 and 2 bouncing in 2009. The EMI was later paid to ICICI BANK. Now in the year 2010 they are levying bouncing charges leaving my current EMI bounced . I wrote mail to ICICI BANK in the month of May regarding the same

This was the message from ICIC BANK IN THE MONTH OF MAY



We would like to inform you that your installments for the months of August 2007, January 2008, April 2008, June 2008, August 2008, October 2008, December 2008, January 2009, November 2009 are returned on the due dates and the payments are received later. Hence the bounce and overdue charges of Rs. 2543 are levied to you.


Further,the installment of Rs.1155 is pending in your loan account as the same is paid in less.



The Bank have already deducted bouncing charges in the month of April and May in 2-3 lots. Because of this my A/c has been in mess and they are overcharging me every month in some form or other. My cheques are getting bounced because o[censored]n-necessary auto debits by the ICICI BANK. They are hugely charging me again and again and I have tried to talk to many persons , but in vain. Again they have levied Rs 3698 in July 2010 for bouncing charges for the old months which has already been debited by the bank and thus leading to my this month's (July) bouncing of car loan payment. Its a never-ending process. Kindly help me as I am from a middle class person and I have a very bad feedback for this BANK.

Didn't attend the call

i have called yesterday (20th july) for my debit card activation. I have wait 20 minutes for speak with customer care executive. But there is no response from the executive, then the call has been end. now i want to activate my debit card. My mobile number is [protected]. call me immediately.

ICICI Bank — Debited A/c For Rs. 1000/-

Dear Sir,

Please refer your request No.[protected] lodged by me on 21/07/2010 regarding deduction of Rs. 1000/- from my debit card towads mobile recharge by a company namely M/s Euronet Worldwide India Pvt. Ltd. Bandra 40051, as appearing in my statement under their Mobile No.[protected].

Kindly, Look into the matter personally & how is has been happend when i have not allowed to do the same from my debit card.
