I (nancy sehgal--[protected])have registered a complaint with ICICI bank customer care in the month of february'2009 regarding overcharges on my monthly emi of loan on behalf of my credit card([protected])...with no resolution, another complaint was made in August'2009 and some Rajesh called up with his manager sachin([protected]) claiming that they will resolve the concern and i should not stop making payment, on agreeing to it...for 3consecutive months they called and then vanished. I n the month of november another guy sagar[protected]called up stating that he does not see any previous complaints and he ensured that he will resolve the overcharges issue, however, no further payment was made in november and thereafter...and started rec calls from different people each month and new statements from them...the card payment which was regular till january'2010...the card was blocked and i have registered another complaint with customer care...i was told that if i make a payment, my card will be unblocked, however, inspite of making payment the card is still blocked and i m rec calls from the collections agency...i have not rec a single call so far for the issue that i am facing from last 14mths and i am expected to continue making the payment as i was previously doing??? i have no clue that if i should continue with payments and complaints or should i stop bothering myself from the fake ICICI agent calls???

My bond holder no is 6603178.My issued warrant no is 182756 & amount of the CHEQUE No 033915 is Rs.6700/-.You have written A/c no.[protected] of H D F C BANK instedof[protected].H D F C BANK Written A/c no on chq.was my previous no. I had already fulfilled form which was sent by you,and shown my NEW A/C NO.[protected] of H D F C BANK insted of previous one.yet Your office had written A/C NO. on CHEQUE is[protected] which is already not in process. Therefore i can't admit my cheque in my account.So do any quick process for it, Or cancelled CHEQUE NO 033915 [protected] of Amout Rs.6700/- at your lavel and ISSUE ME aNEW CHEQUE Without any foult.

I have availed 3 credit cards from ICICI bank and was using it for the past 4 years with prompt payments. Last October i had paid the amount on time but the bank calculates the due after adding the intrest and then deducting the payment done which resulted in a over limit. I had a lot of discussions with the customer care who were not helpful. I decided to close the card and asked for a closure with the person who had come to collect the dues. He told me that he would give the latter in 2 days provided i make minimum payment. I did that and they never turned up. This happened with 3 agents from ICICI bank who cheated me.

The limit on this card was 10, 000. I fought for the settlement when the amount was about 9400 or 9500 odd.
When i stopped making payments they were adding all sorts of intrest etc etc.

I stopped making payments on one of the card out of 3 which i was trying for a settlement. The payments were made monthly from my salary account which is a ICICI account.

One fine day, when i deposited 10, 000 to my account which is shared with my aged parents for medical treatment and also for my livelihood and to make payments on 2 other cards. The money was illegally taken away by the credit card division of ICICI bank. I wrote to them about my problem and insisted to release funds for the medical treatment of my parents but they did not agree. They told me that they will take any money that comes to this account. Then I asked them how can i make payments to other cards, they told me that it was my problem and locked that account.

Now because of their illegal transaction o[censored]sing my savings account, which has stopped me from giving medical treatment to my aged parents and also has deprived me of my livelihood. They are making sure that i do not pay their other cards so that they can charge interest on those cards as well.

I do not know what to do next.

ICICI Bank — unable to receive std call from vodafone number,hyderabad

Hi

for the last few days iam facing this peculiar type of problem from airtel,bangalore.I am able to make std call to one vodafone number in hyderabad but the other person who is having the vodafone connection is not able to make any std call to my airtel number though previously this problem was not there.Whenever that person calls me its saying 'not reachable or currently not available'.I have called the customer care of airtel so many times but they are saying its vodafone network problem not airtel problem.They have taken down my request but still its not solved.Kindly require correction measures from the concerned department.

ICICI Bank Car Insurence — capture of policy from new india insurance co.

i have car from 2000 sentro...(on my brother name) we have policy of new india insurance co ltd.but befor 4 year sudden our policy changed in to icicibank insurance co..in my old policy its was mantion about my car tape-electricals equipments..but new policy it didnt mantion..befor 3 months ..somebody break my front door-left-glass and stolan car tape..when i claim for it compeny rifuced to pay...and my car was demage by some strock and accident one side i was late to claim and keeping car for paint in beetween within 5-6 month other side was demaged ..so compeny didnt allowed to pay for both side even head lite also not allowed...so wt i hv to do...
