[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Issue still pending from last 2 years...

This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

Mini statement doesn't work in any ICICI ATMs.
ICICI ATM centres are the worst ones. Poor maintained machines.
Other banks are maintaining their ATMs very well.

ICICI Dynamic Sip — WRONG TRIGGER OPERATION

I am having ICICI dyanamic under folio No. 3905745. On 19 April, I asked Vivek Raina at your Jammu office to register a trigger at NAV of Rs.92. I followed up the registration for next 15 to 20 days as the Market was going down, but was told by Vivek Raina that the trigger was not registered. I then told him to forget the trigger if it has not been registered. I did not follow the NAV as the trigger was stated to not have been registered. On 8th June I called for statement and found that a sum of Rs. 80,000/-(Out of 1,20,000/-)was shifted to liquid fund on 25th May 2010. I enquired from Vivek Raina who again confirmed that the trigger was not registered and it was probably a systems mistake. This was more apparent from the fact that my request for trigger was for full amount whereas a partial amount was switched. I lodged a complaint and have been following the same from second week of June till date.
Yesterday I was informed that the switch was due to the trigger and also the remaining amount of Rs.40,000/- has also been shifted to the liquid fund as on 25th May 2010. This is insult to injury. I have been complaining about the wrong trigger for Rs.80,000/-whereas a further amount of Rs.40,000/-has been switched to liquid fund at a rate which is for lesser than the market rate as on today. If the trigger had been registered when the same was requested, I would have followed the NAV and switched back to dyanamic from liquid at a suitable rate without much loss. Firstly I was informed that the trigger was not registered and then whatever was registered as claimed by you was defective as only partial switch was made. This itself shows that there was a mistake in your system for which I cannot be panlised as my folio has gone down by 11000 to 12000.
I again request you to rectify your own mistake and revert back the switch wrongly made by you. I expect a positive respons in a weeks time failing which I shall take judicial/legal/Public action which I am sure you would also agree should be avoided.

As regards the monthly statement of card No xxxx xxxx xxx 0009 (preferred) I had never seen the statement. I have a small ambition to see the statement. My address has not been changed. ICICI Bank. Drive In Road — No Car parking Area

The Bank has two car parking area ,one , in the cellar and second one on road level.
The Staff of Bank do not park cars/bikes in cellar since its very inconvenient .
The whole of the Road level parking is RESERVED for Staff ONLY.
Where the customer will park his car/ Bike. ???
One time my car was towed by Traffic Police.
Therefore I have migrated to another convenient bank.

I have not used it till date. The above said card is only used for ICICI Lombard health policy 2 years back which is completed and I do not intend continue the same.

The EMI for the same are completed, even after completing the EMI the statement sent by you states that I have to pay Rs.518.35 reasons better known to you . I have paid you lot of payment rather than my policy amount i.e. more than Rs.400/- per month. I always deposit cheque timely but it’s debited after 7 to 10 days late which is not my fault.

Through internet banking on 16/06/2010 to 11/07/2010 18 nos. of transaction done by some body and taken a sum of Rs.92,257/- from my icici bank a/c No.[protected], I have gone through the statement on 12/07/2010. immediately reported the matter to local icici bank & customer care of icici bank their complaint SR No.[protected] daTED 12/07/2010.They have taken time upto 13th Aug'10 to solve the matter.They have given this matter to their investigation branch. But not yet inform me anything.

ICICI Bank — Misleading Promotional Offer

ICICI Bank has been promoting 25 % discount on Domestic Air tickets booked thru EZEEGO1. Please note that the the Prices of the tickets booked following ICICI link to EZEEGO1 offers the tickets at Twice the price as compared to when searched thru EZEEGO1 site directly for the tickets on the same Airline for the same route for the same day for the same time and on the same day.

ICICI Credit Card E Mail Ticket — Charges for journey not undertaken

Charges have been laid by ICICi card for my journey from Indore to Borivli. I had booked Indore- Borovli ticket, which was cancelled and the money has been credited to my account. But the same ticket has been charged again. [protected]@irctc.co.in have advised me to send the scanned copy of my credit card stattement, which I have done almost 15 days back. After that there is no communication from them. I have written two reminders to their MD, but no reply from them. The ticket ID no. which railwys are quoting is : [protected]. I do not have the above ticket in the list of 'Booked tickets' at all.

Can you help me. If yes, pl advise otherwise I will be forced to write a letter to Minister of Railways enclosing all the data.

Hi,

I have stopped using ICICI credit no. [protected]. In Nov 2008 last transaction made was 968 Rs. but after 2 years that is on 22/07/2010 icici bank has auto debited 5960 Rs. without even informing me. Savings acount is linked with Credit card. They could have auto debited way back in 2008 itself. I have checked with them through phone banking asking the reason why they have not debited till this where they had all the details with them and address is updated in savings account. They have no answer for this and can some suggest what needs to done for this.

ICICI Bank — penalty claim

Rs 20000 wrongly debited on 11/11/2009 from my account was given credit only on 26 june 2010 with the interference of Ombudsman.My current account no is[protected].icici bank has rejected my claim for crediting the amont vide their letter CSQG;[protected]-2011.BUT OMBUDSMAN has directed the bank to give credit vide their letter OBO(BG)8084/59.03.115/2009-10.Now i demand icici bank to give me compensation of Rs 100/- per day as per Rbi circular DPSS NO.101/02.10.02/[protected] IMMDEDIATELY

ICICI Bank — FAULTY ATM

I am an Axis Bank A/c holder. On Sunday 22/08/10 I visited ICICI Bank ATM at Mulund West, Sarvodaya Nagar ATM at 13.00 hrs to withdraw cash. As I was doing my transaction electricity for the area went off and my card got stuck in. There was no back up in the ATM for such emergencies. Security present at ATM replied me that back up at ATM is faulty.

Due to such faulty ATM i was left without cash as being Sunday my bank was also closed and now I have to issue another debit card as ICICI as per their policy replied me they would destroy my old card. I have to incur a cost to issue another card for no fault of mine.

ICICI Bank — Faulty transactions by bank

Dear Sir/Madam,

With regards to my account number[protected] in the name of Mohammad Hashimpeer I Makandar, I would like to advise that, the bank has cheated me and has carried out faulty transactions in my account.

My account had gone into negative balance of Rs -1664/-, due to non-maintainence of average quarterly balance ( QAB ). However, on May 29 I sent an email via the internet banking and requested for the reversal of the charges. Then ICICI bank came back to me saying that, we can give you the reversal of -800 only once. But again I requested the bank to reverse me the full -1664, so that going forward I can maintain Rs.10,000/- balance.

Now, the bank said as a one time service gesture, we would be reversing the amount. However on 10th of June, I deposited Rs.1400/- in my account, and after 2-3 days I checked my balance was just Rs.563/-. I wondered how come did my balance drop to Rs.563/- without any withdrawal from my end.....? How come

When I went online again to check, I found that the bank had actually deducted Rs.837/- from my account, and it did not honor its word as it mentioned that as a 1 time service gesture we would be reversing.

Trust me, before I deposited Rs.1400/- I checked my balance and I found that my balance was Rs 0.00/-, trust me it was Rs.0.00/- but after depositing Rs.1400/- the bank had eaten my money, without even keeping me in the loop. This has really frustrated me and has made me loose the trust in the bank.

ICICI Bank — ICICI bank did not honor its word

Please note, I want my all negative balance to be cleared, and I want the reversal of Rs.837/- that has been deducted without my notice. This service of the bank has really brought tears in my eyes and beleive my I'd just saved Rs.1400/- for that month and I had deposited Rs.1400/-, but the bank ate my money w/o even informing me.

ICICI bank has taken Rs.837/- from my account, if I do not get it back, then there is no option infront of me other than to not use my bank account and let the negative balance increase, which is again as I understand is a loss for the bank itself.
