Hi this is gopikrishnan, im a one of your credit card holders, while i applying this credit i was working in the standard charted bank so i gave that e-mail to check my statement but now i resigned my job from standard charted, so plz note my personl e-mail id plz send the statement to my personal id, and my id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in ... i hope you can make it soon as possible, sorry for the inconvinence

Dear sir,

i am absoulutely disturbed by the way a reputed bank has operated,
please check my previous mail on june 20th where i have requested the customer care to cancell mycredit card([protected]). Inspite of that i have been continuesly send wrong statement and harassed, Now the bank has autodebited 19720 from my account, the money i have deposited towards my home loan amount as a result my Home loan amount has bounced and this has resulted lot of stress.

I have spoken to the bank person who agreed to give me a settlemnt letter for 10000/= which i agreed to pay in cash.

This particular issue has infact made me loose my confidence in the entire Banking system of icici & My account has become a sount of public property which any one can acess with out my knowledge.
Please do the needull to revert back the money.

This is sunil kumar.g.s, My icici Home loan a/c Number is LBCHE[protected].
on 9th of june i received a SMS stating that my loan Emi has got Bounced & the reason given in the SMS was insufficent funds.

On 4th June 2009 i have deposited rs 15000(fifteen thousand) to my icici a/c Number[protected].

In that case, I dont understand how the EMi could bounce,
there could be only one chance that is some one has infilterd into my account, which means that my icici account number is not safe for me to deposit money, if any one can acess to my account any time what is the point in having an debit card, password etc...

Further i would like to know how this bounce has taken place, for future i would also like to have an alternate option to deposit my home loan amount, i have lost confidence in your system because of which i would request you to suggest me some other way to pay my home loan rather than deposing my money in the above mentioned account number which is not safe.

This is a very serious issue and i request you to address the same immediatly, otherwise i would have to look out for other options to adress this issue.

I have been trying to contact the customer care & there was no response.

I am going to surrender/cancell all my icici credit cards . pLs let me know the procedure to surrender the same.
I am fed up with the sort of non-reponsiveness from you, when ever a customer service representative is called for any query, they are unable to clarify.

I have also not received a revised statement, again while going through the credit card statement ([protected]) i am also charged with an additional 100rs fee leived for cash payment, were as i have made my last payment by cheque.

In case these issues are not clarified i will have to look out for an alternate way of sorting this out.

Thanx for the reply, regarding the symantec nortan renewal i have already written to you immediatly when nortan has misused my card and i have even tried to contact the merchant, he did not respond to me. the card number which you have mentioned is not used by me and i belive it stands deactivated since all the balance has been shifted to my new platinum card.

I have received my credit card bill(Card Number: [protected]) for 33, 364.00/= This has actually come as a rude shock since i have setteled the entire amount of my last statement well in advance& this was clarified to your people over phone.

In this Particular statement i have received i have been charged with late fee, some fee leveied for cash payment intrest charges and so many other things.

I have also been charged 2676.72 towards symantec noton renewal norton which i have informed to you well in advance that the card number of mine was mis used.

I want to surrender the card this card immideatly& request you to revert the amount in the statement immideatly.

I have also spoken to the customer service (mr.sarvan) he told me the same has happend due to system error.
I wonder how system error can occur in a reputed bank.I request you to make the necessery corrective steps as soon as possible and make sure my card is cancelled.

ICICI Bank - Amex Credit Card — Saving bank A/c credited for Credit Card Payment

I was issued ICICI AMEX (earlier TATA Amex) credit card no . [protected], the history goes back to as old as in the year 2003 when I was using this above card and wanted to settle by paying the full amount.

Following documents were submitted with ICICI Bank AMEX credit card division F&F of ICICI Amex Card, receipt no 643632 dtd 26/03/2003 providing details of full and final payment done of Rs 36, 000/- vide cheque no.433741 dtd 23/03/03 drawn of HSBC Bank, just below

My First visit to the bank after doing F& F on 2003 was in the year 2008 reason being in the month of February 2008, when I was going through account statement I noticed Rs 8354.04 was taken out from saving bank account, after checking through various sources I finally came to know after fortnight that this is against card payment, checking through my records I found it that card to be closed (Please note that I never received any calls for payment against this credit card.). I was forced to come down to Rohini Office to show them proof that I had already done Full and Final and closed the card. After that also ICICI took almost one month to give back my money on 24th of April 2008 (highlighted in the attached statement. I had also requested that to close this account to not to harass me again.

Again when checking records on 30th July 2008 I found the same entry and my account was debited by the same amount, the process of getting my payment back again started and after numerous calls to customer serivce centre, booking a service request, I was forced to come down to Rohini Office to again show the same contents which I had shown about 5 months back, this time I met Dipti at
Customer Service Desk, and had shown all the relevant papers as attached, I was made to wait for almost an hour and was told that within a week's time this will get debited to your account. When asked for any contact no where I can follow up, she was good engough to give her own Mobile no, since then I am trying to follow up on the same no but unfortuantely my bad luck either this no is switched off or no response for this particular no.

Same thing again got repeated in the month of December, I had approched one Amrit - ICICI Manager in the same division who had help me out to get my money back, December 2008 money taken out from my Saving bank account was return back in the month of February 2009

Now again 25th June 2009 my saving bank account has been debited for Rs 8354/- and I am not sure when would i get this back

It has been noticed that since ICICI Bank is imposing Targets to their employees, one of the employee who has not been efficient enough to meet his/her targets is targeting me on every quarter/half yearly/financial year

I would require a simple solution of closing my above mentioned credit card and financial imposition of Rs 50, 000/- towards harassement faced every quarter and numerous rounds to the office, telephonic calls, emails, missing on my EMI's etc.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — I have surrendered card in June 2008 and now they ask for 10,000

Hi Team,

I was forced to have a Credit card when i newly joined the company and that time nothing about high service charges were said to me regarding the ICICI bank Credit card. In June 2008 i cleared whatever was due from my side an dcut the card into 4 pieces, wrote a letter to ICICI and dropped at Koramangala branch. For few months no communication. Now from past few months when it is June 2009 they are asking to pay 10, 000+ which is nothing purchased from my side but all Service charges accumulated for this one year. Please advice what needs to be done as paying 10, 000 simply which i have not utulised at all is completely unfair.

I have used Amex card as well.they charge nominal 113 as late payment but ICICI charges high rates and also Service charges > 500 Rs

CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT — Wrong contact number provided to customer for contact

ICICI Bank has put lien on my saving bank account for my outstanding dues on my credit card. In the letter which ICICI Bank has send, they have mentioned no. 66493424/3650 to conact. If I am trying that no. some other person who is having no relation with bank is scolding for all people contacting his no. for ICICI Bank query and giving warning not to call on this no. again.

I don't understand why bank is giving other people no.

ICICI Bank -credit card — statement of a/c's not coming - and faced late payment charges

i am regular used of ICICI bank credit card no [protected] in my name , my residence address is A- 21 A SOUTH CITY, LUDHIANA [ PUNJAB ], i am credit card holder from past 6 year for the same bank, intially i was facing problem and not getting the monthly statement so due to that my payment got delayed and i have been penalsied for interest/late payment fees to the bank,..
i made 2-3 call to ICICI bank customer care, and have been assured that i will get the statement on time, but still from past 7-8 months there is no statement of account coming to me for the my above credit card no, and the result, i have again paid the late payment fees/interest , infact i paid on account payments but i have penalised for the same with no fault of mine.

i have been penalised for the month wise detail as below:

3rd feb'09 - cheque collection for Rs 100/-
9th march - cheque collection for Rs 100/-
30th marhc - late payment fee of Rs 600/- + service tax Rs 61.80
3rd april - cheque collection for Rs 100/-
29th april- late payment fees for Rs 600/- + service tax Rs 61.80
29th may- late payment fees for Rs 411/- + service tax of Rs 42/-

all these payment has been paid but i was not having the account statement earlier, today i called up their mumbai office and got the last 6 months statement by e'mail, and got surprised that these charges has been debited to my credit card.

i request u to pls accept my complain and sortuot the matter urgently, because if i do not get the statement of account timely than how can i penalised for these charges.??

pls look into matter with concerned bank and do the needful

ICICI Bank Credit Card — reg credit card billing

I am icici bank customer for the last one decade.in the year 08 jan i recived a bill of rs.25k+.I was shocked to have found that icici lombard had debitted me rs.20k fo the insurance which i had cancelled and they charged me with 13k as charges.I did not get my statement for that month.then onwards I have been regularly sending mail and visted the office at JB Nagar.But nothing fruitful had happened.Then they sent their customer card executive to my house who was also convinced about my problem and assured to resolve the same.Next time they called my neighbour to inform that I have not made the payment deliberatly whihc caused great mental turmoil to my wife who had just returned from hospital from ICCU.I recived a notice in the month of July and conveyed my readiness to pay unless the issue of late fee is resolved thereby I paid a cheque of rs.25K.But to my surprise the I still get SMS for the closed account.Second thing my card amount fm o/s of 1.57 lacs shot to 2.27 lacs.I have already sent mail to this effect and it seems ICICI is more interested in sending the SMS and not interested in resolving the issue.Can any one guide me in this regard.

I had been requesting your esteemed bank to get my credit card account closed, with an amicable amount for almost 8 months now, since the pressure was building up for me, due to various reasons in the present economic scenario. and even, i went to the extent of not paying my regular monthly dues, to get you into the act of senidng some representative across for settlement, but that has not helped either !
Instead, you made a one time sweep of a large amount from my icici salary account with out prior information or my consent, which did put me in a tight spot for quiet sometime, which was avoidable from your end. after which, you send me a letter of explanation and proding me to go ahead and use the card once again, as it has some more credit limit !! am not interested in associating with ICICI Bank's credit card anymore.
Have called your helpline no's and registerd this request 2 months back, and am not given a local address/tel no to discuss, nor has anybody taken intitiative to meet me and resolve this once for all.

Am once again seeking intervention for an amicable settlement, and request someobody to come and meet me as soon as possible.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Regarding Payment...

- which I had dispute & they had issued new card for this); New No. [protected], since the dispute didnt get resolved for which I had made final & last settlement on 8th of May 2009 of amount Rs. 6500 approx. in J.B. Nagar, Andheri Branch, Mumbai for which bank sent me an letter for final & last settlement.... even after regular email & personally went to branch & gave complaint there is no response bank is sending me the statement saying I have to pay dues also I am getting calls from the recovery agents for the same.... I am having all the relevant documents which I had communicated to bank like final settlement letter; I had send reg. acknowledgement due post, also my previous communication during my dispute issue.... I would like to complaint against this bank... who made my life miserable.... please give me an justice for the same....

ICICI Bank — Incorrect billing statements

My credit card outstanding was converted into EMIs in April 2009. In the statements that I received for May, June and July 2009 the minimum payment due was Rs. 0.00. In August the minimum payment suddenly shot upto ~ Rs. 10,000 and in September to Rs. 15,000. On contacting them they are not giving any suitable explanation for this. Today I got an sms that the card is overdue by Rs. 28,000. I tried to contact the bank through email on their site several times but it just doesn't work and throws an error message. I've got screen-shots of this error message.

They've billed me incorrectly and on top of it they are charging me late payment fee etc!

In one of the conversations I was told that I need to pay 2 EMIs every month !!

I need an explanation on how they are charging me and a reversal of all late payment fees etc because the statements were not correct in the first place.

i have my new mobile connection with BSNL this number is previously owned by the other customer. i am using this number from last 2and half year. i had told the icici bank for do not call. i had also send a message to the resposible person still today i have received a call from [protected]
