[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card — Regarding the e-mail id change

I am Sivaram doing Business at Rajahmundry. Your Crdit Card Recovery Manager in Rajahmundry missbehavying with us regarding payment. we are redy ro pay the amiunt through my ICICI bank, but thay are not acepting regarding payment through Bank. thay demanding and taken
chque from me as on 29.10.09 Rs.25, 000/- . I told to deposite as on 21st novamber. thay told to it is a final settilement. Now thay demanding 2000/- more and by forceley thay taken singanture. So please see this and rectify. My Card No.[protected], c.id.6094495

I am Saravanan K. from Chennai, i have taken the credit card from ICICI BANK. on 05/08/2005. Credit Card Number [protected].Which was totally closed(full and final settlement done 24/02/2007) the bank has issued me a full and final settlement letter Ref:DSS/ICICI_Conc_VII/1302/207 on 24/02/2007.

Now the problem is my name is defaulter list in CIBIL report. Because I am not able to get any loan from bank. I am already discussed with CIBIL They are saying we can't modify any information in the database without the concerned member confirming the same. It is responsibility of the concerned member to submit correct, updated and accurate credit information to CIBIL.

I am already informed to concerned in ICICI branch. But still it is not updated to CIBIL.

Please give suggestion for my problem.and what is my next step.

Dear Team,

This is with reference to call received from your ICICI bank agency from Mobile no-[protected]. Today I received call from this number. Lady from other side is asking me for outstanding balance against my credit card about Rs.54, 000/- Apprx. When I ask for card number she refused to provide the same. I am surprise to know that she have my all details submitted to ICICI bank at the time of taking my ICICI bank credit card at Indore (Card number-[protected]). Then I checked with call center there is no outstanding against my card (Screen shot attached for last transaction). Then I immediately called on above mentioned number again she was telling some wrong address of Indore (Jai ambe nagar) but she didn’t disclose the card number for the same when I asked.

Request you to please take it seriously to investigate the same. I doubt someone is using my name and other details and doing fraud.
