one 16th june-2012 some one hacked my netbanking login and password and transferred the amount of Rs 16000 from my account to his own account when I received the msg I was shocked then I contacted the Manager ICICI branch Hardoi He did not give any suitable answer he only told that we will have enquiry till now I have not got my money back pl help me in this matter

ICICI BANK INTERNET BANKING — INTERNET BANKING PASSWORD

ICICI BANK HAS DESPATCHED MY INTERNET PASSWORD ID THRU ELBEE COURIER ON 16/6/08 BUT TILL TODAY 26/6/08 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE COURIER. MY DOCKET NO. IS[protected].

ON[protected] I HAVE APPLIED FOR INTERNET BANKING I.D AND PASSWORD. STILL COURIER HAS DIDN'T REACH MY HOME.

I applied net banking password three times but i did get any respone from bank side.

i call to to telephone banking they are saying already i sent the password through post but i did n'tget any letter from Icici bank.

Could you please provide the Net banking password ASAP other wise I will stop my transactions in icici.

ICICI BANK NET BANKING — Debited money from my account

Dear Sir,
My name is sujeet kumar tiwari residing at bangalore and i have an icici bank saving account and credit card. My credit card is linked with my saving account. On 10/08/09, amount Rs 1000 (500+500) is debited from my saving account and Rs. 500 debited from my credit card which is linked with my saving a/c through net banking. Both amount (Rs. 1500/-) is debited for prepaid mobile recharge bill (Mob. No.[protected] and i am calling to that mobile but phone is always coming busy. In my saving account on that time balance was only Rs. 1033/-. I contacted to the icici bank costomer care, icici bank nearest branch HSR layout, and mailed to icici bank costomer care but they are not taking any action.

ICICI Bank — Not getting my Internet banking Password

I have applied for the for the Internet banking password for my Internet banking password from Icici bank branch AJC BOSE ROAD branch, kolkata on 11th of april 2011.On 13 th april i got the msg from them it has been dispached and i will receive within 7 days.But that seven days have not came till now.My reference number is SR[protected]. When i asked the bank people they told to contact the Maruti courier and when i contacted the customer care of the bank they also told the same and they told that its my responsibility to collect the same from the courier service.The courier service was horrible.I am roaming here and there,kIndly help me out from this.My name is Biswarup Chatterjee.My number is [protected] .when can i expect my internet banking passwordfrom them ?

    I Bhavesh Vora, Resident of Baroda city, Gujarat. I purchased a Life Insurance policy with your company on my name, bearing Policy no : 17641386. Premium of this policy was Rs. 3 Lacs/ annum and policy name was Wealth Builder. I purchased this policy from one of my colleague’s reference from Mr. Nirav shah, working as Branch Manager , Icici Securuties – Memnagar Branch, Ahmedabad.

    Because I came across certain Financial Liability unexpectedly, I went to the Icici Prudential branch to cancel/free look this policy on 25th of April, 2013. But they did not accept it, saying it’s 4:30 pm so come tomorrow morning. When I reached to the office very next day on 26th April at 10:30 am, this time they refused to accept the cancellation application saying your Free look period is over and we can’t do anything about it.
    I was shocked to hear that the free look period is over but as per me the last date has to be 27th as I have received the policy on 12th of April and hence considering 15days free look time the last day has to be 27th. I informed them the same so they checked their system & said that the policy was delivered to me on 10th of april. I requested them to pls let me know the name of person who has received the policy. They said it was acknowledge by some Pravin bhai and there is no one of this name in our family. I am shocked and surprised how such important document was handed over to some unknown person who can misused such important document in a big way.

    Considering above reason, I fail to understand that where am I at the fault when I made it on 25th or even
    If on 26th , which was the 14th day itself as per policy received by me on 12th of April. Still they made me write a request letter of Extended Free Look for Refund of my money and ask me to wait for 4 working days to get the procedure done.

    Now, ever since I have given that request letter, till date, I haven’t got any reply from company. Though I tried to know the status today morning and I called up at call centre and also called Mr. Prashant Solanki whom I met at the Ipru office on 26th April, to understand the status, even they were clueless and asked to me contact front desk office.

    I hope with this clarification, the picture should be very clear to you and It will be easy for you to understand my situation. My only request to you is that I should not suffer for unnecessary reason where in there is no fault of mine.

    So, please look into this matter and give me the justice.

      My name is C Krishnann Nair a retrired Central Government Employee from VSSC. I have a service of almost 40 years.
      I have taken a Vehicle loan from ICICI Bank. Loan Account No : LA TVM[protected].The monthly EMI for the loan amount is comming to my account first of every month.


      Usually my pension amount will get credit to the bank account only before 05th of every month. If there is no sufficient balance in the account the cheque may got returned and i have to pay the bank cahrges.

      I had requested the bank to change the Date of ECS. As per the reply from the bank there is no provision to change the date of the emi.
      I have no other source of income other than the pension amount.

      My humble request to the honorouble court to consider my request to change the date of ecs.

      As a senior citizen kindly pass a favour decree to me.

        Dear sir i got a saving account in icici bank.I deposited some cash in the icici 21c faridabad branch on 20/5/2013 details as follows-:
        Account Holder name: Meenu Handa(my wife)
        A/C no.[protected]
        now the discrepancy is that in the deposit slip notes denomination is (100*5=500 & 500*71=31500 grand total 32000) i made this mistake where it should be (100*5=500& 500*71=35500 grand total 36000) deposit recipt with me says (100*5=500 & 500*71=31500 grand total 32000) but when i check with with bank file there is cutting done on that file instead of 71 notes there is 63 notes of rs 500 and there is sign on that cutting which is not mine but in my copy there is no cutting done means someone has done cutting intentionally on 07/06/2013 i came to know about this and after visiting in the branch they denied that there is no fault of bank/cashier as they got full trust on him & on 08/06/2013 i visit that branch again to get certified copy of that deposit slip then they told me to write a letter for this which i did and they (bank manager) will do the internal inquiry on this and check with the legal procedure that they can give the photo copy with stamp of that slip to me or not.
        Please guide me about this case what all my rights what action do i take or what is the legal procedure i can do

          I have taken ICICI back account recently.....called up to customer care to resolution..........it was 57 min conversation and surprisingly i lost 57 rs.........WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?????????????????? this bank doesn't have a TOLL Free num?

          Hi,

          I am using my ICICI Platinum card since last year, but every time the reward points are getting transfered to I mint account.

          and neither from ICICI Bank and nor from Imint points I am getting any notification about the points.

          Now, I dont know whether all my gained points are lappsed or still available ...I believe it should be somewhere around 1000 + points.

          There shd be somebody who keeps us updating from I mint side that these points we have in our imint card and it will get lappsed if we dont use within XXX period.

          Really Very pitty that for NRI customer they have Toll Free number. But for Local resident of India they don;t have toll free number. And even if you try to call on chargable number you will end up spending atleast 30-40 Rs to get the resolution if at all it is provided in one call.

            I AM HOLDING A SALARY A/c NO.[protected] WITH ICICI BANK, RPL TOWNSHIP, MOTIKHAVDI, JAMNAGAR. ON 08/06/13 I FOUND THAT A TOTAL SUM OF RS. 44000/= HAS BEEN WITH DRAWAN FROM MY AFORESAID A/c DURING 08/06/13 FRADULENTLY THROUGH NETBANKING BY REGISTERING HIMSELF AS THIRD PARTY. HE ALSO CHANGED ALL MY DETAILS SUCH AS MOBILE NO., MAIL ID ETC. SO AS TO ENSURE THAT DURING TRANSACTION, THE ALERTS FROM BANK GO TO HIS MOBILE ONLY. AT NO POINT OF TIME THE BANK BOTHERED TO CONFIRM FROM ME ABOUT THESE CHANGES WHICH ARE NORMALLY ENSURED. IT APPARENTLY APPEARS THAT BANK IS DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN FISHING OUT MY MONEY. PL. HELP.

            ICICI Bank — Fraud in ICICI Bank

            I have a Saving A/c in ICICI Bank which has been debited with Amt.of Rs.21616 on dated 26-Mar. against the Credit card no. [protected] Payment.

            This is to my uttermost disappointment that I don't have any ICICI Bank credit card & I don't know who has received the said card and where this was delivered. To inform you I have never applied for any Credit card in any of the Bank.

            Surprisingly on 27-Mar I received a Letter from ICICI Bank saying Lien marked on my bank A/c towards unpaid dues of Credit card. Prior to this ICICI bank has never sent me a letter and I have never received any call and any document regarding same at my Address.

            Same day when I visited at ICICI C-scheme Branch and there I met with Mr.Jagdish Kulwani. I explain him the matter he checked the card details and A/c details when he show me the card details no detail is matching with me except Name & DOB. I think only match of Name and DOB does not allows ICICI bank to take out money from my A/c and that too without my permission and in spite of this he clearly refuse to help me out in this. I launch a complaint also on phone banking but no satisfactory response is there from them till date.

            I feel ICICI Bank is a Private Bank where such kind of mistake is not acceptable. Despite of this when the customer reaches to Bank to express his concern there is no one to listen and give positive response.I was struggling in each and every Dept.for long hours in a day but no one is ready to help me out in this case.

            If Such Things happen how anybody can be safe to have an Account with ICICI Bank and can trust that his money is currently safe in the bank.

            Please help me in this case as I am in urgent need of money. I am mentally harassed due to this problem and need to beg money from some of my relatives and friends to fulfill my daily needs.

            Kindly provide your help in debiting back this amount into my account along with the penalties which revolves around this due to this mental trauma which I am facing currently.

            I need to know that what is happening to your website after entering the correct transaction password it shows that the password is incorrect. this is not fare.
            And then when i choose the generate password option it again shows that your password has been disabled, what is this ???. I still know my old password and i need it back, this is totally worthless service provided by you.
            I don't know what you guys are thinking of your customers.

            This is very hectic for me to see these type of things whth such a big bank.

            there was an out standing of my credit card you deparment has freezed my account no[protected]. And after payment and clearance of all out standing i mailed to your concern department for verification of my account that my account is in active or unfreezed or not but i got prompt responce that "SIR NOW YOU CAN USE YOUR ACCOUNT" not one time i got this verification near about 4 to 5 times but now when i deposite one cheque in your Jabalpur branch your officier told me "SIR YOUR ACCOUNT IS STILL FREEZED AND AS IT IS SALARY ACCOUNT SO NOW YOU CANT CONTINUE THIS ACCOUNT YOU HAVE TO CHANGE IN TO NORMAL SAVING ACCOUNT THEN YOU CAN YOU" my question is due to my out standing my account has been frrzed but now when there is no out standing then what is the problem to unfreeze my account 'I WANT TO CONTINUE THIS SALARY ACCOUNT , SO NOW YOU TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO.

            ICICIBANK — fraudulent debit of money from my icici account

            i have an account with icici bank ,.on 18 december 2010 five purchaces were made between 2;45 and 4;15 pm amounting to rs 24157,using my visa debit card at big bazar chennai without my knowledge though i was in trichy and my credit card was with me .i raised a camplaint immideatly through costumer care and blocked my debit card .my complaint no is sr[protected].i would like to know what action has been taken and when will i get back my money

            I know money is trasferred to syeed noor hussain zaidi's icici bank account and he has withdrawn money but still then icici bank can't do anything
            what a chiter bank
            it is better to close the business with icici bank
            i believe some of the icici bank employees has opened a fake account and done this time of a scam due to no KYC compliance at all.

              On 5/6/2013 I got a message from Blue Dart that they tried to deliver my ICICI Bank credit card having a shipment no. of [protected], though nobody contacted me.On 8/6/2013 I contacted their customer care from where I got a reply that they tried to deliver and it was from my side no response was received by them ,thus they returned the card to Delhi branch.

              Now my simple question is that how they are expecting a response if they don't contact the concerned person at the first place. My humble request to ICICI Bank is please have a look in my case and deliver it with a efficient and reliable courier.

                I had taken two Wheeler vehicle loan amounting to Rs-25781only from ICICI Bank.. at the time of councelling, the bank personel told me 13% as interest rate...but latter it charged me 20.75% of Interest loan....IS IT JUSTIFIABLE?? DOES FOR A TWO WHEELER Electric BiKE this should be the interest rate ??

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    Sub:- I have done the full and final settlement of my personal loan in 08/06/2009 but ICICI bank is saying personal loan is not closed.

                    I was having personal loan LIBNG[protected] with ICICI bank. Full and final settlement is done on 08/06/2009 .i have the supporting documents to prove the settlement.
                    But i receiving phone calls saying that personal loan is not closed and outstanding is Rs.27600.
                    This is really shocking for me.
                    i never expected this kind of poor service from ICICI bank ltd.
                    mainly no 1 is there to listen the customers,
                    i think ICICI don't care about customer satisfaction,
                    please help me out in this regards
                    my CIBIL score is in bad shape because of this negligence.

                    i have icic bank master card i want to full & final icic credit card represantative contact to me on phone
                    than i told to him full and final of my card but no body take interest .

                    ICICI Bank — Regarding Repayment of Personal Loan

                    If your prompt in your EMI payments, none can do this.. in case when your are unable to repay due to various reasons, you can always tell them by writing thatdue to so and so reasons i am unable to repay. ICICI is good organisation, you can see they have started DISHA which is helping people like you. You can contact on[protected] and tell your problems, i saw many people got releived of their debt problems . Never Blame the banks.. it is you who have borrowed, you should promptly pay it.. Never crib for things because you have felt short in meeting your promises in repaying..
                    ICICI BANK has blocked my Salary Account[protected] without any prior intimation to me. I am liable to pay the personal loan which I availed from the bank. Now I am ready to pay the loan but the Bank is not responding properly and the Customer Care Center Executives are also not respoding to me in a proper manner and not clarifying my queries. I am liable to pay and I will pay the balance amount of my personal. But the bank is not giving me chance to pay the amount in instalments. THe bank has deducted 9 EMIs each of 8, 567 in the last month from my Savings Account.

                    ICICI Personal Loan — REGARDING REPAYMENT PRINCIPAL PLUS 3%

                    Hello Sir/Madam,
                    I HAVE TAKEN A PERSONNAL LOAN OF 478000/-, YOUR REPRESENTATIVE GAVE ME IN WRITING REGARDING REPAYMENT, THAT IS PRINCIPAL AMOUNT PLUS THREE PERCENT, BUT WHILE I CONTACTED YOUR BANK AND CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE TELLING TO REPAY THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT PLUS FIVE PERCENT & SERVICE TAX OF 12.5 PERCENT, PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, SO I WANT TO REPAY THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT BY THIS MONTH END.
                    AND Rs.7500/- deducted in my first EMI for the repayment option for 48 months, HE TOLD THAT THIS AMOUNT will be refunded for the remaining month.
                    Please help me out as i am in very financial crises, but i am willing to repay all my principal amount.

                    I was used ICICI Credit Card 5 years before and later in 2008 i have settled my card and i got the settlement letter from the representative and i have not got any receipt for the payment made. And Now its almost 3 years later they are troubling for the payment. When i had a conversation with the ICICI Customer Care they said that the money i have paid has not entered in the system.

                    I showed him the settlement letter and then they are asking for the payment receipt, which they have'nt given to me.

                    This shows that ICICI Bank doest'nt have better process or system to organise, I dont know why they are playing with public money.

                    Can anyone suggest how to deal this case.

                      Respected Sir/Madam,

                      I am Dhiraj Danode holding an account in your reputed bank. My account is with civil lines branch, Nagpur.

                      I am writing this mail with respect to the SAMSUNG OFFER on ICICI credit card.

                      I have recently purchased the Samsung Mobile on 25th April 2013 under the offer from Samsung store eternity mall Nagpur.

                      As per the offer, if I purchase the mobile from ICICI credit card, I will be entitled for below offer
                      -- 12 months EMI
                      -- 15% cash back
                      -- 0% interest.

                      The time when the card was swiped (Card no: [protected]), I received an success sms and on the receipt it was mentioned that the EMI will be converted into 5 working days.

                      After few days when I logged into my net banking, in the credit card section I saw the EMI conversion was credited to card on 27- April -2013 and then it is again debited from my card on the same day with the interest been charged for that transaction.

                      I have contacted the ICICI support team service to help me out.

                      Below is the information (notified as ##) provided by customer care when I have contacted them.

                      ## The problem is from merchant side. The merchant has not swiped the card with offer.

                      With this information, I have immediately contacted merchant for the same. The merchant told me that it’s not problem from their end. I again contacted ICICI customer care department to give the solution for this.

                      Below is the information (notified as ##) provided by customer care when I have contacted them 2nd time.

                      ## The Card is EMI card and the offer is not valid on this card. (NO EMI, NO 15% cash back)

                      If the card is EMI card why the machine has accepted my card and why the EMI conversion was first processed and then cancelled.

                      I have escalated my request and contacted the higher authority.

                      Below is the information(notified as ##) provided by customer care when I have contacted higher authority.

                      ## I have 2 credit cards and how can I get the cash back on both the cards. They told me that I should have contacted customer care before going to purchase the second mobile form my 2nd credit card(Card no: [protected]).

                      I have two credit cards, I have purchased 2 products, the offer should be valid on separated cards and should get benefits on both cards. Company applies maintenance charges on individual credit cards.

                      My concern Points:

                      -- I am maintaining 2 cards, I should be availed with offers on both the cards.

                      -- I have purchased the mobile keeping in mind that I will be getting the 15% cash back and 12 months EMI. As per your current bank conditions, I will be in loss Rs 3225/- plus no EMI. Which is a big point of concern for me.

                      -- Why the offer is skipped on the first card and applied on second swiped card.

                      -- Why the EMI conversion is cancelled without informing me.

                      I am waiting for your response.

                      ICICI Bank Credit Card — EMI

                      I am Mahesh holding ICICI Credit Card No:[protected] for about 4 years.I have received call from customer care on 28th MAY,2009 saying my total outstanding will be converted to EMI's for which I had accepted and confirmed in the same call. I haven't received any further calls and the EMI conversion of total outstanding offered is not executed. After repeated complaining the response is, "We regret for the inconvenience caused". If they can't process it, Why the customer care called me on this respect. From past 30 months I am paying an interest of Rs:2800 every month and they simply don't bother about it.

                      Recently I made purchase of Rs:43000 on 28th october 2009, and when I called the customer care for EMI conversion of same they says the offer is closed for no reason.How can they do this with out intimating the customer.

                      Finally the customer care people doesn't really care about customers, they will never allow you to speak to the higher officer. and simply escapes from duties by saying a useless Sorry/Regrets. and if Icici cannot continue to cheat customers this way.

                      First of all I would like to tell you that I am using you banks credit card from last 7 years and faced no issues in past. But from last 2 months I am confused and strongly would like to cancel the credit card with immediate effect. Because my credit card payment due date is 5th of every month and I have paid the total due amount through online on ICICI Banks website on 7th OCT 2014. Why they have charged me Late fees, interest charges, service tax? As all banks mostly giving 2 days grass period and this facility not first time I have used it.

                      And secondly I would like to tell you that if gold purchase transactions EMI conversation facility stopped by bank.. Than why it is not informed & intimated to us by Massages & by emails to all customers like week by week we are getting calls from ICICI bank for promotional offers, insurance, recurring, Pre approved loan, car loan etc.Also if this transaction is not allowed to convert in EMI than why it is highlighted in statement for EMI Conversion facility? This all things happened to me first time and bank has charged me interest for 3140.79 & Service Tax 388.20.

                      So I am requesting you to please reverse this above mentioned charges as I would like to pay the full amount on due date excluding above charges and do not want to break the better customer relationship with bank.

                      If not possible than I would like to request you please cancel & withdraw my Credit Card services permanently.The balance due amount I will pay to bank but in future I will never apply for credit card from your bank.

                      So I am requesting you please do the needful or else what step you have taken please inform.

This led to the account closure and I received a no-dues letter from ICICI bank. However, my recent CIBIL scorecard still not updated with the correct information, which still shows the outshanding amount pending and account not closed...

Lady on other line had confirmed from me that, Do I know Paritosh Parmar? which I confirmed that Yes . (As I have work with him in Jet Airways Indore, in[protected] and he is in a facebook contact.

                            Lady on line informed me that he has taken some loan from ICICI in 2007 and now is absconding as there is my reference on the loan they are approaching me.

                            Its was shocking for me as I have never given any reference for Paritosh Parmar and not even I have ever received any such call from ICICI bank in past.

                            Now this lady is constantly calling, misbehaving with me over the phone. I have informed them that his email address id is there on facebook, which i am willing to share.

                            She further accusing me and asking me to make the payments. I would like to loge a official compliant against ICICI bank and Paritosh Parmar.

                                This is Dipak,
                                I had applied for personal loan on 21st Dec 2011 in ICICI bank. I wanted the load for my friends Sisters operation and I wanted loan before 25th Dec. The executive said that I will b getting the amount by 2th Dec 2011. I had signed the documents for loan but I did not get the loan amount before 25th Dec.
                                I was waiting for the loan amount till 10th Jan 2012, but unfortunately ICICI did not disperse the loan. On the 10th Jan, I had asked the corresponding ICICI executive to cancel the loan and he agreed.
                                But on 17 Jan 2012 he called me and told me that your loan amount will be deposited in your account in 2 days. Then I wrote mail to ICICI to tell them not to disperse the loan but they deposited the loan amount on 19th Jan without my consent.
                                On 19th Jan I had filed complaint with ICICI to cancel the loan, after 16 months of followup they agreed to revert the loan but they are asking for 7000 more money as processing fee.
                                I want to take this issue to consumer court. I have complaint number, e-mail communication and sms communication.
                                Could you please help in how should I go about filing the complaint in consumer court ?

                                  I have a salary account with ICICI bank. I had an outstanding due on one of my ICICI credit card. The bank had linked my credit card account with my Salary account without notifying me and placed a Lien on my Salary account.
                                  On 31st May 2013, they have debited my Salary account for an amount of Rs.38000, without my permission.

                                  Is this a legal mode of action?

                                  ICICI Bank — Personal loan given without consent

                                  I never applied for any personal loan from icici. They had sent me a checque of Rs 87000 couple of days back without asking me and charged processing fee and service charge on my credit card. I feel this is a unfair way o[censored]tilizing some one credit card information. It's a unfair way of forcing some one to take loan. It's cheating by putting that amount (processing fee and service charge) on some one's credit card, when that person has not used the card for taking loan. i would like to pursue a legal action againt ICICI credit card. Please help

                                  ICICI — Amount debited from my salary account for non payment of credit card

                                  Sir,
                                  My salary account has been frozen and a sum of appx 12000 /- deducted from the account. The account shows negative balance.
                                  While talks were going on for the closure of my credit card, since I have been under enormous financial constraints. How can the bank expect to be paid back if my account itself is frozen?

                                  I believe the RBI does not permit this action since the Credit card is an unsolicited offering. Also since I had already expressed my desire to clear my debt, but the bank itself kept enhancing interest even after repeated requests of closure.

                                  ICICI Bank — Money debited from my Salaried account

                                  I have salaried account in ICICI Preet Vihar branch.
                                  On 05.05.09 before noon my account balance was Rs 13, 512/-
                                  Then I withdraw Rs 200/- from Canra Bank ATM at 2:41 P.M. & balance was Rs 13, 312/-
                                  On the same day my ATM debit Card was misplaced. And next day I was shocked when I found Rs 13, 300/- debited from account at 6:21 P.M. on 05.05.09.
                                  Sir I am surprised that only I am known to my Pin number then how someone can access my account. After taking repeated quiries from the bank, but nobody gives the satifactory answer.

                                    I went to ICICI bank to avail the locker facility. I was asked to pay 4500/- anually and get an FD od Rs.20000 opened with Bank. I was okay till this point. but after that I was asked to get an investment plan worth Rs. 50000. to get locker immediately otherwise I'll have to come through the queue of 100 people. I was wondering how come these banks don't follow the standard guidelines issued by RBI.

                                      I recently had my my debit card stolen, and have been facing a nightmare ever since.
                                      Firstly, it was really difficult to even access the customer care on the phone. After you dial the option to report a stolen debit card, the automated system asks you to enter your debit card number (which I had just had stolen, DUH!) / or account number, which I managed to do.
                                      Cancelled my card, and asked them to issue a fresh one, which is when the nightmare began. They sent that card through some random courier company called SIGMA courier. My card never showed up. Called ICICI and got the AWB number and courier number. Courier claimed to have attempted delivery (but there was no note from them, and I have been home ALL day all week), and returned the card to the bank. Called ICICI again, they have no idea what is happening, keep repeating I should check with SIGMA who keeps telling me to check with ICICI.
                                      After a lot of yelling, finally someone at ICICI informs me I can walk into a bank and get an instant debit card!!! I cannot believe they waited 15 days and so many phone calls to impart this basic information. This should be the first thing they tell customers who lose debit cards. Either ways, decided to go to ICICI and shut down my account. Advice to ICICI to keep your customers:
                                      - Improve your customer care,
                                      - dont try to cut cost by using random service providers like SIGMA (a quick scan of this message board will show you that many, many customers are unhappy with them)
                                      - start a call back system, to check if customer complaints have been addressed.

                                      i got a message from icici bank regarding one courier. But i did not receive yet please let me know the status.

                                      ICICI bank's Credit Card* — Never delivered ... !!!

                                      This is Shiv Kumar, An ICICI Bank's Account Holder, I requested for a Credit Card Online that was a preaproved offer for Me, They Did varifie My addres and evrything wich is mandatory, Card was aproved on May 9th 2008, i got to know that my card has been aproved i will that with in 7 working days, its 20dys but dint get any call or any other informations... And Express IT is the courier services that they use, I am vary upset with the services that they are giving to thier customer's.

                                      ICICI Bank — Debit Card

                                      This is Jayaram.K
                                      I called ICICI bank to generate a pin for my debit card and their phone banking division have been telling me that they have a technical snag since 12:30 pm today[protected] it is 6:00 pm now.
                                      They have been telling me to call after 10 min, 15 min and now they claim they have some problem with the technical system.

                                      I havent seen this kind of harassament even in government agencies.
                                      There officers are absolutely pathetic and do not know how to talk to customers.
                                      I guess their management should look into these issues seriously or else they would be working from 8 to 8 but not serving any customer!

                                      Debit card — NOT DELIVERED

                                      MY COURIER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED ON 20 MAY 2008 THRU EXPRESS IT COURIER(AWB[protected]). BUT I DID NOT RECIEVED TILL 09 JUN 2008. KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM

                                      ICICI Bank Credit Card — REGARDING NOT DELIVERING OF CARD

                                      i got a message from icici bank that my card has been dispatched through your courier with airway bill no:[protected] and next day i got the message that we are unable to locate you at your place the matter is that no one visited my house as i was at home and provided with a number to call[protected] i am calling this number but no one is lifting the call.As i am receiving all the courier at my residence if they dont find they used to call me and deliver the courier but this is the first time with your courier sending me information that u have visited my house i was not avaliable is it not your responsibility to call and deliver your courier

                                      internet Banking Password has been dispatched at 15/7/2008. but still 24/7/2008 i am not get it. i will check your way bill tracking. the tracking is delevered. please check and send to me my way bill no:[protected].

                                      ICICI Bank — debit card not provided so long

                                      ICICI has bloceked my old card and i lodge a request for new card.I have contacted them so many time.and they again and again say they have dispatched it and it has reached to 0581 branch, pune.I went so many times to bank they say it has not been dilivered to them.Now i am suffering so much.Iam not able to do any transaction nor internet banking .it is a high level mental harassment to me.is their responsibility is just to send a sms that colloct ur card after 3 days we have sent it to so n so branch.if it has been come to that branch then what?
                                      what the hell their system is? everyday i am going to that branch where it was expected to come.now i m fed up and want someone to seriously look in to it.

                                      But My New HDFC Debit Card has send to My Old mailing Address . Kindly send The New Debit Card to My New mailing Address
