i amardeep singh taken EDC service from icici bank & my MID[protected] TID[protected] & the last transaction of RS-11780/-on[protected] bank not given the payment they said u close ur account we wont able to givepayment & i replied have already open new account in ther bank in another branch & i also given request to link the EDC service to fresh account but they not linked & said i[censored] want ur cheque u have to widhrawl the EDC service then the bank made ur payment by cheque i do the same & bank collect ther machine on[protected] but they not given my payment cheque till now & i call customer many times regarding my cheque they replied nothing.

ICICI Bank — Payment for swiped amount not given

Sir/Madam
We had take a payment from a guest of Rs 110000 through credit card on 10 Jan 09 we did not get the said amount from Bank and were told its under verification and will be cleared after 120 days on 17 May 09 they have taken the money for the credit care holder in the same month the care holder has given also a written letter to clear the payment as he has made the payment to the bank. We did not receive the payment in may also so we called them again and wrote a letter as well but not proper response they now said its still under verification and the payment will be released on 17 Aug 09. We also sent the a notice but the did not take it.


Kindly help us on how to go about this now

This is to inform you that I had contacted ICICI Bank reg a card swiping machine for my business establishment and they had given me a reference no:[protected] and said that in the next three working days some one from ICICI will contact me to get the documentations done.
Perfectly after three days one Mr B Prakash – Merchant Relationship Manager – Payment solutions – Direct Team had met me giving me his card and told me that he would have the documents collected and have the same sent for verification and then the machine would be delivered. For this he said that I must take a policy[protected] from ICICI Prudential Life for Rs. 10, 000/- and he said that I shall get it back in 3 years with interest. Though I am not interested, I had given him the cheque in favour of ICICI for Rs. 10000/-
But later on when I call up phone banking then I come to know that My documents are not approved as there is no rental agreement, I would have furnished if it was requested, Instead of that I am getting a policy from ICICI welcome to the fraud family.
I had immediately organized stop payment of the cheque and got my self saved from this fraud. Just because I am wary I could save myself. But this letter is only to bring to light about the fraud ICICI is doing under the cover of expertus name and when I call expertus is saying that they have no connection with ICICI since the last one year.
I am also enclosing the copy of the so called business card given to me by the person which does not even have a landline number except that of the logo of ICICI bank and Expertus.

Pl do not cheat people like this, that’s all I can say

i m the prop of m/s lady fair shop.my mid no is 41015782.they hold my payment last 17/05/2010.they asked me ur payment is hold for 6 months.i agree,but after 6 months they do not give payment in my current account.i contact their customer care center many times.they asked payment kal ho jayega.
We Need SOME HELP FROM THE Government or Media person to release my Payment.

You are keep on jumping from one to another. And also you say on or after a date not even on or before. Now i am giving you a date 23 dec as said by you to release the payment. If are not able release it before 23th dec i would have go for a help of some media people, rbi etc. We have given you lot of time(78 days) . The payments are always released the next day so 78 days are very lot.

This is creating a mental trouble for all o[censored]s. As i have already told you this shop is run by mother you is a heart patient. Everyday we are fighting with some small business people for the payment that you are holding. As said before we are finding very diffcult to maintain our business as a very large amount is held by icici bank. Banks are there to help businessman but you are not doing that. Release our payment without creating more mental trouble. Keep the date in mind as 23th dec if you really look to resolve the issue. If you release the on 23th dec we would able to celebrate chrismas and new year

I sunil sagvekar, I hold a edc machine o[censored]r bank, MID NO:50041604 and TID NO:10448466 . My edc machine is not working properly as I swipe the card, I dont recive any slip from the machine, but my customers receive the message of d amount been debited form there account.All my November month transactions are like that only, details of transactions are:3400 and 3500 (1/11/13), 20000 (2/1/13), 1200 (8/11/13), 3300(19/11/13).I don have received slips of any of this transactions n if dey hve been credited 2 my account.I hve complained 3times in last few days but theres no help form ur side.My 2dayz complain no is71446618.kindly help me out of dis as soon as possible

Icici merchant services treats even a charge back as fraud transaction.

The people working in the fraud help desk are very rude and dont have the manners to speak.

They will hold your funds without notifying you and then will say tum fraud karte raho aur hum kya notification bhejenge aur koi kaam nahi hai kya humko

This will be their reply

They will never tell the real story as to why the transactions ar3 charged back or fraud they will never email yo about anything.

They are the worst payment gateway all my friends who where using icici merchant services everybody payment is on hold of round 3000 usd to 5000 usd.

Beware of this fraudulent company as we all have lost our money without even been informed about the complete transaction and why were the said charges fraudulent.

The fraud help desk executives don't even know how the payment gateway works so u can justify what knowledge they might have.

I have already filed a complaint regarding this on your toll free number to take your machine back, but there is no response from your side.

Also this machine was installed in my premises and COVID PERIOD STARTED and there was complete
lockdown in haryana and since then my office was closed and up till now there is no transaction or swiping from this machine so far.

I have been continuously calling your bank agent who installed this machine in my office to take back this machine as i don't have business in my office and there is no credit or debit card swiping.

He continuously kept on saying, we are coming to take it back and no body came.

One day when I called him, he said i have left the job and you are on your own.

I then called toll free no. and also visited the nearest icici bank branch for help.

Toll free no. registered my complaint and got service request no. 67616583
and the lady named Ms. Neelja assured me that my issue will be resolved before 13th of August 2021.

Now you guys are harrassing me and sending me recovery charges amount of 27138.82

Are you guys nuts or you don't have any business to do other than harrassing your customers.

I will not give even a single penny and request your goodself to kindly take your machine back
and reverse the above mentioned charges.

I shall be thankful to you.

    I operated ICICI ATM machine at Sec 7, Gurgaon and withdrew Rs5000/ on 24.6.2009. One Rs500/ note appeared fake and I told about it to the guard. I also entered details in the diary kept overthere. Earlier also I have received fake currency note from ICICI ATM outlet. Now I want the bank to respond to this as it is not an isolated case. Other people have had similar complaints.

      I have done 2 tranaction of railways so according to that i have to pay 3 + 3 EMIs but it was a error from bank and i wrote tham regarding the same also they aggree and mail stating sorry but after 20 days when i recived the statement it was not at all the mistake was rectify .
      with reference to the mail from ICICI BANK it clearly states that the both the entries are nullified than why i am being charged 4 EMI in my latest credit card statement dated 21/06/2009 instead of 2 EMIs, as i have called the call center executive and they are not able to slove it and not able to answer the same and always put me to the main menu and that had happen 8 times always i put my point and he transfer to the main menu again a i had to put it all the detail and card no and password and again when i tell him that i have been charged 4 EMIs instead of 2 EMIs he do the same putting me to the main menu please do the needful as you can understand how painful it is to call the customer call number for 8 times and that to for a pregnant lady as i am doing the same since last month and after doing the same i got the below mail than to i have to start again as i would like to discontinue with this card and please bill me all the totals outstanding as it very stressful for a pregnant lady to do all this thing with a baby of 9 month in her hand.
      Also i have a mail from railways that the amount of both the tranaction has been refunded to bank on[protected] and i was charge for only 2 tranaction than why ICICI bank is charging me for 4 tranaction .
      Pleas do the needfull as i am very much fadeup with ICICI credit card.

      on 05/04/2008 i made a payment in favour of vodafone by my icici credit card( no.[protected]) at that time the payment was not accepted by the bank and was canceled ...even a confirmation message was received by me from the icici bank that due to some security reasons payment is not accepted ..again on 11/04/2008 i did the same payment by my another credit card which was accepted but on 07/05/2008 i recieved my icici credit card statement which shows the debit balance of rs.1690 ...if the transactions was not accepted at that time how can icici bank can charge the amount which was not used at all by the costumer at that time...necessary action to be taken and necessary explanation to be given as soon as possible ...i will be thankful to you... kindly make contact as soon as possible (mob. no.[protected])

      I have recieved statement june 10, 2008.for payment of Rs.5540.00 and the due date is june 27, 2008.which is made within the date. After this no transaction is made so far.
      Again recieved a statement dated 10 july 08 .for payment of Rs.419.00.which includes charges for cash payment of Rs.10.00 which I didn, t made and intrest.I have already made complaint 2times over phone to 24 hour customer care centre B, lore.No responce from them.
      Again recieved a statement dated 10th Aug 08 for pay ment of Rs.894.00 charging late payment fee and intrest.Again no responce to the complaint and Iam not going to pay this bill.
      Due to this very poor kind of services I request you to cancell my Credit Card.

      ICICI Bank Credit Card — Wrong Statement Generated

      on last 09.01.2008 I tried to do reservation through icici credit card at irctc site by two times from Jamnagar to Howrah and both time amount @ Rs 2278.28 deducted from my credit card and same amount credited to my account which was showing in statement but other transaction amount of Rs @ 1480.17 which was showing in statement it was totally wrong because that day I tried to do reservation only for Howrah in Porbandar Howrah Exp
      Immidiatedly I called to icici customer care and suggested me first to deposite the amount @ Rs 1480.17 and to send a complain letter by Fax. and same instruction I followed and they gave a complain number ( SR[protected]on 16.02.2008 and also told me it will take two month .After two & half month again I called to customer care to know the status of my complain and again gave a another complain number ( SR[protected] after checking and told me to dial after seven days .
      After 10 days again I called to customer care to know the latest status of my complain but there was no positive answer and told me again to do fax the complain letter and gave another coplain No:(SR[protected].Again I faxed the letter at least ten times but every time they told me not receiving any letter .Fax No : [protected]. The matter is already 8 month gone but icici credit card section is not taking any responsibility. I am a regular customer since last 8 years and I had no bad record .

      I have purchased some items for Rs.45000/-on 6/6/2008 through ICICI CREDIT cARD.Bill was raised by the bank on 28.6.2008 which(Rs.45000/-) was paid on 10.7.2008 through my SBI A/c. Now on 29.8.2008 I received another bill of Rs.1326.56 stating that there was a balance of Rs. 838.64 +Late fee of Rs.400 +Service Tax 49.44+Interest charges 34.25 and again Service Tax of Rs.4.23.
      I tried to understand this at local ICICI Bank but nobody could give satisfactory reply.When I have cleared the total billed amount why this wrong is being sent.Please see .

      ICICI Credit Card — sending wrong bills

      Dear Sir,

      I have a ICICI credit card no. [protected]. My final settlement with ICICI credit card division has been done by their Bangalore Branch. I have also got a settlement letter from the branch after paying them full payment, but still I am getting the bill every month with late fine, interest and taxes. Please close my account. Once I have paid the full amount why I am receiving this bills every month. I can send that settlement letter if needed. I have done several communications with ICICI Bank but all went in vain, today also i got a bill with interest, tax and late fine included.

      My credit card no.[protected]. I had paid Rs.640 for the month of Sep 08 before due date and ICICI bank has charged late fee of Rs.450/- and interest on that. When asked customer care of ICICI bank about the why you have charged late fee as I have paid before due date he told that it is not possible as we have received after due date but when I told him that I have proof of my bank statement that cheque is cleared before due date. As a reply from him he told me that dont worry sir we will reverse this amount in your next bill. But when I say my next bill they have not adjusted at all.

      icici credit card. — Wrong staement is sent

      Had a Food Bazaar credit card and whatever purchases were being made payment was made regularly. Later on since I have an ICICI savings bank account they wanted me to opt. for auto debit payment facility and same was activated and the puchase payments were being auto paid from my account. However, one day I realised that they have taking auto debit payment from my account for no purchases made but they were debiting me for delayed payments and late fees and service tax for which an extra amount of Rs. 13400/- approx has already been realised by them. However, when I sent various mails to their customer service dept. regarding the wrong collection of payment and provide me with proof of purchase they do not answer but just reply back that the paynment is due as per the statement. So I stopped the facility of auto debit and whenever I received a call or a personnel coming to my house from their dept. for payment I have tried to explain them the reasons for non payment but they do not reply but inform that the payment is due as per the statement. Moreover, last month I received many threatening calls from a mangaer credit dept. by the name of Mr. Navin Shetty who was very abusive on the phone and even after explaining him the reasons for non paymnet he went to the xtent of informing me that they would do any thing to recover the money.
      Kindly let me know how to address my complaint and recover my excess amount paid to ICICI Bank- Credit Card with damages for mental tension caused to me.

      ICICI Credit Card — Extra billing

      I purchased two railway tickets from Dehra Dun to Delhi and Delhi to Dehra Dun thru IRCTC online using my credit card no.[protected] xxxx6, for Rs.478.46 p each on 30.10.2008. but the statement shows three transactions on the date. The this third transaction is not made be me and hence the extra billing should be reversed.
      I have also contacted the helpline o[censored]ttaranchal state and registered my complaint.
      I have already deposited my dues minus the extra billed amount.
      Kindly ensure that this does not feature in my next statement.

      I NEED MY FULL STATEMENT OF MY CREDIT CARD FROM BEGINNING
      Dear Sir,

      An attempt was made to book tickets on KSRTC (by Airavath bus) for travelling from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 07.01.09 & Back on 10.01.2009. and transaction couldnot be completed as I didnot have ICICI bank access code and password to key in. KSRTC reference number is 0B747090. On enquiring with KSRTC, I was informed that there is no reservation and I travelled by APSRTC on current booking. I informed through internet ICICI website about the non completion of intended transaction. Customer care was provided this info on 20.01.2009. On 21st Jan 2009, I was sent an e-mail stating that the transaction has been settled for Rs.1, 348.00. I enqired from them what has been settled with KSRTC/ Now the bank has billed it to me and demanding that payment has to be made.

      They are asking me to send a duly signed dispute letter by fax or courier with the following details:
      1) Credit Card No
      2) Merchant name
      3) Transaction date
      4) Amount
      5) Details of the dispute
      6) Type of Dispute & Signature of the card holder.

      I have been further asked to contact the merchant for the refund of amount as merchant has confirmed to you about the non receipt payment.

      When there was no authorization for payment via internet as I couldnot key in the access code and password, where is the question of KSRTC receiving the payment. They had not booked the ticket against KSRTC reference number 0B747090, to which this subject is referred to.

      You are requested to advice ICICI bank not to harass me further on this issue.

      I have deposited cheque 512071 of Rs. 7660/-. The same amount was debited from my saving account whereas it is not credited in the card. Number of calls were made to the customer care but no resolution is being provided. Complete details are given to the customer Care Executives (Suman, Manish and Rajeev) and they agree that this is the wrong entry made by the bank executive. Kindly resolve the matter immediately

      Credit Card — Wrong Entry

      I have made the payment of Rs. 7660/- vide cheque no 512071. The same amount is being debited from my saving account whereas the same is not credited in the credit card. The amount which is being credited in the credit card is 1660 which i never deposited. Number of calls were made to Customer Care Executives (Suman, Manish and Rajeev) but no resolution. The resolution what i got is that it is Bank Executives mistake and we will do the needfull. As per them instead of 7660 that by mistake enterted 1660. This is unnecessarily harassing the customers and moreover as told by them it will take another 3 days to resolve the problem. Kindly resolve the matter immediately. My Card Number is [protected].

      Subject - Wrong Billing
      Last time i fill recharge of 333 rupees in mobile by using credit card no. [protected] and credit card 28 Aug09 statement is generate Rs 443.72 so i talk to custmer care they send me details of bill but i didnot issue credit card statement, only i got sms every month of amt due.Please check below

      icici/credit card — wrong entry in billing

      i have credit card of icici bank no.[protected],for nov.2008 billing bank showed entry of rs.500,without any invoice no.,same reported to customer care on receiving dec.2008 billand blocked my card ,but bank not updated the record and made me responsible for not filling dispute form etc. at there branches,why bank not ready to accept wrong billing despite repeated reminders,if there is phone,net banking for transaction ,why complants cant be raised on phones,mail,

      Which has been already informed by me to the said bank but still it stands in my invoice and i have charged interest for non payment of thesame also no details of the transaction are being forwarded to me (i.e. where this amount is being paid and on what accounts) for me to be enable to track the person on whose behalf the money is recd.

      ICICI Credit Card — Incorrect billing & transaction

      Hi Sir,

      I've blocked a credit card [protected] in 2007.
      The bank says they sent a replacement card. But I didn't receive any replacement card.

      There is a transaction amount billed to 74,000/- on Jan 18 2010. I complained to bank saying i've received no such card. But the bank officials say they are not responsible.

      Kindly tell me how to proceed.

      icici/credit card — false billing even in blocked cards

      I had to settle a false bill of Rs 5510 to ICCI credit card which was billed as cash withdrawl from ATM using credit card. I never withdraw this amount and raised a service request against this SR[protected], however, I had to pay this amount. I settled this bill before due date 16Dec and blocked the card on Dec 03 DDec 2010 soon aftre getting cash withdrawal bill. I am surprised, again I am billed Rs 175.00 in recent credit card statement generated on 28Dec whereas I had blocked the card on 03 dec 2010. ICICI credit card genertaes false bill even in blocked card.

      sales representative told me that your profile is high thats whay bank offer you the c card.
      i never recieved any pin no. from the bank.
      so i never used the card.
      in spite of this i have come to know that there is an outstanding amount of rs 21000/- which is to be paid by me.i got to know this when i tried to return the card.
      i have talked to several customer care executives and legal dept. of icici bank.
      they have always assured me of sending zero blance statement and pin no.
      but i naver recieved a any of these.

      sir, it is a very sorry state of affairs and reflects the bank's inefficiency.im sending the credit card after cutting it.pls send the printed statment at the following address.
      kindly looking to the matter as soon as possible as i may be forced to take some legal action in case there is no response from your side.

      icici/credit card — Harrasment for due amount of EX-Roomamte

      Dear Sir/Madam

      6 Years ago an ex-Roommate got the ICICI credit card,That time he has given my number as a reference.He may have been due some amount now,Which I don't know.

      Suddenly from 4 days from ICICI credit cards department a guy named Karan is calling from number [protected].
      1st day he asked me to convey the due amount information to my ex-room mate. I tried to call him but he is not responding.Then I conveyed the same message to Mr.Karan
      Today Mr.Karan is again called and asked again the same,I told him that my ex-roommate is not answering my phone.But he is saying that in such case I should pay the due or else he will create scene by calling my Home and my office.

      After lodging the complaint also, The same guy Karan Called me again from another number([protected]) and harassing me.
      He is saying that he will send goons to my home or my office. How can a responsible bank like ICICI can do this things.

      The thing is it is not my due amount.

        I have a demat account with ICICI direct since 2003, ... Last 4 years, every year they are asking me to submit the application form and other proofs...reasoning that they have lost all my information in 2005 floods... However after that i have already submitted all information atleast for 3 times... Now they have de-activated my demat account and am not able to do any transactions... although they are charging me for this service... i have few lakhs of shares in my account and since am not able to do any transaction... i am loosing money...
        This is causing me huge mental trauma, financial and emotional harrassment... pls help

        I have seen lot of similar complaints on this site, san we work together and fight case against ICICI for compromising customer information. If they don't have these documents now we can put charge of illegally accessing our savings account without any authority. ICICI is harassing customers for their own mistake. Let me know if we can take any serious action against ICICI cribbing alone will not help, we need to get all such guys together and fight this case together otherwise these guys will keep screwing us if we are not united.

        I am not sure we alone can do much with such bank. lets reach to kejriwal. may be if he raise something on this. this bank is very big deef and blind. they simply do not respond. what we do. we are stuck as we have bought bonds using this bank. i am checking option to shift my investment to some other bank.

          Dear Sir,
          I have taken Auto Loan from ICICI Bank, Guwahati, almost 36 instalments are paid. Only 24 instalments are to be paid. Beacuse of loss of Job since December I could not pay 4 instalments. Earlier seven instalments were lapsed and The Recovery manager Mr. Manas Choudhary- [protected] was never so aggressive to use abusive ways through the network of Recovery agents. I paid all the seven instalments with in two months. Now only 4 instalments are lapsed and Recovery agents are using all sorts of Abusive ways of Recovery that is against recent RBI Regulations.
          1. The bank is using more than 20 unknown numbers to make threatening calls: I am giving few of it: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

          Sir, these are few of those numbers which are saved in my cell. there are more numbers through which ICICI Collection manager is harrassing at Odd times, on Sundays etc.

          I have assured the manager that with in two months all dues will be paid. But he, may be, under influence of some local companies, who want to hire me on Cheaper salaries, which I refused, is harassing me this time like any thing.

          Pls. help me in undue harassments by influenced ICICI Collection manager and its team.

              Hi,

              I am very much frustated and dissatisfied from the services of icici credit cards (rewards point).
              I am holding 4-5 icici credit cards including platinum, gold, silver, amex and virtual.
              From last 1 year, i ried to redeem points but only 1-2 items (waste) available for me, every time your customer care told to wait.

              Issue -- Now i got to know that all my cards are having main card as Amex type, and for that reason i can redeem only 2-3 items but simple gold and platinum holders can get a big list of items.

              I go through some conversation with customer care they are not ready to help and even they suggest to cancel all these cards and freshly apply for paltinum if i want. They even not ready to issue imint card on top of my any credit cards.


              Finally i registered complain -- SR[protected], with one hour long call your customer care people give me the resolution by sending me 'Gold Card Gift List'. When i got list i having 6-7 items only.
              I tried to call customer care again and want to order one item from list, and again customer care people told that they will not give this gift to me, i give all refernce of complin also but they refused to give gift.

              Now i want one staight answer, you people will give that or not ??? if not i happily want to cancel my all cards, and update the same to my company HR so thay will take care next ... b

              becuase the feeling is that .. you don't care customer----i am having 4k+ points .., done 4-5 lacs tarnsaction per year...and ... my friend with simple gold card will getting all gifts but not me... its ridiculous...

              ICICI Credit cards — Fooling the customers

              ICICI Bank credit card without any intimation transffered all points to new program imint where every item points are more than 200% than previous reward program, The item which use to cost 750 points now it cost 1800 points with new program. I have earned so many point for last so many years, it is now less than half the price with this change, and that is without any intimation or concent.

              This is simply nonsense, other ways of covering their losses with customer's rewards.

                I had taken Auto Loan from ICICI Bank, Guwahati. Due to loss of my Job I could not pay the Four Instalments. Befor that my Seven Instalments were lapsed and were paid back. At that time Bank officer Mr. Manas Choudhary[protected] did not put such pressure. Now while four instalments are pending, but mr. Choudhary, influenced by the same company which I left and do not to join again, is puttind undue pressure.

                I asked him to send an email what he was telling verbally that 29th June 2009 is closing date, he furiously refused it.

                Sir, some local companies want to hire me on cheaper salaries which I refused. Mr. Manas Choudhary and few of his collection agents-Mr. Diganto Gogoi-[protected] are designing to put pressure on me influenced by those companies.

                Sir, pls. help me out, I will pay all the dues of Bank before October 2009, as I am in process of getting good assignments. Because of General elections 2009, I could not get any assignment for last three months.

THEY HAVE GIVE US ASSURANCE THAT THE PAYMENT IS BEING SETTLE DOWN IN FEW DAYS.                 I had applied an application for Rs. 50, 000 as a personal loan from ICICI Bank but bank disbursed 4, 88, 764/- in place of 50, 000/- in my SB account without any information without knows my repaying capacity, I went to Bank to return this loan but bank said as per the policy we can not cancel this loan before six month. I have informed to Chairman, CEO, PL Manager, Credit Manager of ICICI Bank that my salary is 6500 per month and can not pay 16030 per month so cancel this loan but bank have not listen my problem.

                At last I have planned how can earn money to repay this amount with interest to Bank, I have invest in business and failure in business. Presently I am jobless, now due to which I could not repay the loan amount. The bank guys started harassing me by sending goondas to my company and to my residence

                I would like to inform you that I took Personal Loan from ICICI Bank. I did the settlement with Bank by paying them 20, 000 Rs and paid the amount by Pay order from my current account to ICICI BANK.

                I have full and final settlement letter from them however they did not return my cheques and presented one in the bank and it got bounced and they sent me notice under section 138. Kindly suggest me what should i do because i have paid the full amount and than also they are harrasing me.

                I have taken car loan of Rs 7 lakhs from KarurVysya Bank repayable in 48 months at Rs17089/-PM at 8 % ratae of interest in February 2006 to be closed by Febraury 2010.Bank gave me EMI Work sheet& i have been paying the installments promptly since bank was debiting the car laon monthly payable amount from my SB account. In 8/2006 i got a letter from bank staing thay we are compelled to increase the rate of interest (ROI) for your borrowal account/s from 8.5% to 9% with effect from 7-8-2006.There is no clear noting in hypothication deed also wheather the loan i have taken is fixed or floating ROI. Now after having paid all the installments the bank is telling i have pay another 35000/- being the change in ROI.I asked the bank to give me the detailed caculations how the said amount has come and the exact dates as & when there was change in ROI from time to time Till to though 2 months past there is no reply or letter of clarification from bank and they have not given me HP Termination letter also .by this i am unable to sell my car & clear personal loans. Plz advise how to proceed further? Wom to be contacted Or complaint to be made.

                  I am a regular customer of ICICI Bank Credit Cards Since 2004. In the month of April'2009 I have paid my Credit Card Bill's Minimum Amount due Rs. 3000/- by cheque vide cheque No. 124444 favouring ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD WITH MY CARD NO. But in the Next Month, i.e in the month of May, statement didn't show credit of said cheque to my Credit Card account.

                  More over, they charged me late payment fee & interest charges. on my inquiry, they waived the late fee and interest charges levied on late fee. but didn't credited my cheque of Rs. 3000.00 in the said account. I went to my Central Bank from which I have issued cheque of Rs. 3000.00. The Bank personnel told me that the amount is debitted from my a/c in favor of Credit Card. Again I went to ICICI Bank Navsari Branch with my Central Bank's statement. but they are still ignoring that my cheque is not credited in my said credit card account.

                    Settlement of the Credit Card was declared by the company settlement department along with the issue of settlement letter. Company had sent their collection agent to whom the cheques were issued for the month of feb and march.

                    Regular account balance was maintained but the company did not represented the cheque and debit my account.

                    Further to the above, company ICICI Bank had frozen my account carrying balance more than the settlement amount.

                    Visited ICICI Head office in Bombay and in Delhi, bank does not have the records of the cheque issued to the recovery company.

                    Further to the above on representation of the receipts along with the copy of the cheques issued at rohini branch, New Delhi. Bank official claims that the receipts issued by the settlement agency on behalf of ICICI Bank Credit Card department is fake.

                    The Bank after 15 days of regular followup unblocked my salary account with a debit of Rs. 8000 without intimation on the prior and defaulting the arrangement made by the credit card division.

                    Wish to unlink my salary account and settle the outstanding of my credit card as previous arrangement agreed between myself and the bank.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I need to bring to your attention my experience as an ICICI Bank customer.

                          My Name is Vishal Dewan residing at Sec 56, HUDA Plot 430, Gurgaon - 122002. My Wife had an Icici credit card for about 2 years. We had got the card closed in April 2008 as an ad-hoc Icici card which we had got lost. At that time the balance (principal + interest) was 38, 000 rupees. We got the card stopped and were continuously paing every month In March 2009 we received a call from Icici Mumbai Office that the settlement has been done in 24, 000 rupees, without talking to us or informing us. The card limit is 48, 000. There was a lien put on our icici account and 9, 000 was deducted against the credit card. we stopped paying and called customer care and asked for help to settel this card and were ready to pay what we can. That's when my trauma started. My wife was subjected to unending calls asking for the money.


                          We called at icici customer care to settle the credit card several times to no help and avail. Now since past few days we have been receiving calls from Icici collection agency agent Sandeep. His phone number is[protected] who claims that his agency is in sec 14 gurgaon. Even after informing the caller of the situation, the calls did not end and at times were threatening in nature. He came to my residence and started abusing me yesterday 25th June2009 and demanding for 25, 000 rupees for settlement. I told him that I am going through financial crisis and can pay upto 8000 or 10, 000 rupees. Infact he refused to show his identity proof and any contact information related to him and started threatning "tu dekh, tere baat samajh main naa aa rahi hai naa, tu dakh ab".

                          Now my wife is trembling and today is suffering from, permanent incurable phobia due to ICICI Bank recovery agents. She has ruined her mental and physical health both because of horror of ICICI Bank recovery agents. Today she is suffering from much health related tensions including insomnia because of ICICI Bank torture for the agony caused to her.

                          Some illegal acts done by Mr.Sandeep

                          1. Shouted at me.
                          2. Used foul and raw languages
                          3. Gave threats and was very abusive.
                          4. Taunted and tried to humiliate.
                          5. he says that he is a local resident and can do anything to make my life hell which he already did.

                          And to mention a few words that he used, have a glance at the following utterances of that person –

                          1. "Jab tumhari paise wapas karne ki aukaat nahi hai to fir loan kyun lete ho"
                          2. "Ya to payment kar de, warna bahut tarike hain bank ke paas paise lene ke"
                          3. "Ek o tu payment nahi kar raha hai, aur upar se pooch raha hai ki identity card dikha".
                          4. "dena to parega saale, , "BC"

                          These are not the only statements that the bank executive used, but were also accompanied by an offensive and abusive behaviour and language, which is legally and ethically against the Human Rights and Indian Penal Code.

                          We are in financial crisis and I have to support my family and do not have that amount of money what he is demanding.

                          However during the course of loans, paying EMI - Business, health, and services can cease or pause, Natural disasters, casualties, diseases, accident, incidents, profit and losses are beyond human controls and bank should understand it. Wise bankers should not consider every client as cheat or slave. During such situation if the client fells, Bank should cooperate and not traumatize and humiliate their customers. During such destiny laid stages, if the bank could not support the hospitalized client (loan taker) on ventilators at least it should also not try to pull the tubes of oxygen.

                          In all fairness, ICICI Bank should have at least checked our credit worthiness before going on this harassment and hounding 'rampage' till we had no option but to carry out our own investigation and point out the problem your Bank.

                          We hope that you take note of this experience and prevent the same from occurring again.

                          If this does not stop then I will go to the court of law/consumer forum, circulate the message to the news groups, and caution all my friends about the incident.

                            Hi,

                            This is Amol Ghadigaonkar regular customer of ICICIBank for last 6 yrs. I was happy with the service they provide to the customer. But this month due to some issue i didnt pay the minimum amout of due i.e 300Rs. and now bank charges me with Autodebit return charges of 600 and added Rs. 250.

                            So against Payment of 300rs. ICICI charges three different charges Rs.300, Rs. 300 & 250 .

                            My self shabbir kureshi having your credit card no [protected], i am regular user of your credit card service. i have a problem with this card . so many interest and late fee in charge . because of that i am very much confused. you are requested to revrse this amount so i can be regular.

                            in month of august 08statement late payment charge 600 Rs but i had already paid before 8th unfortrunately it was recieved on 9th that 1 day is called late payment. so in sep i paid after deducting this amount . insted of Rs 7777 i paind 7200. in month of sep Rs 1545 is intrest chrage is their so hw this intrest is chrge and what for it was chrged. for that i talked to your customercare with some one. he told he will reply and it will be solved then after every month that amount i deducted and paid my actual amount. this is continue every month i tried to contract local in rajkot credit card office but they are unable to solve mnmy problem.so you are requested do needful as erliest

                              I Satin Gopaldas Shah from Baroda posting you these mail regarding problem of not receiving my provident fund on time. sir, i am very honest toward my job in ICICI BANK LANDMARK BRANCH. my (I Solution) from 25 Aug 2007 till 1 Aug. 2008 and ( i process) 1 Aug 2008 to till 16 march 2009 . my employee code of (i solution) is 27563 and for (i process) is C31466.

                              I had already applied for my provident fund before 8 to 9 months. after fulfilling all requirement, I Handover my all documents to (Mr. Rishi Thakkar) at Ahmadabad office. but my provident fund is yet not come to my home so please sir do the best for my provident fund as soon as possible.

                                I have tried to withdraw 20, 000rs from my Icici A/c through State Bank Of India ATM on 15 June 09 in Haldwani. I made two transactions of Rs 10, 000 out of which I got my 10, 000 for the first transaction but for the second one I got a message that last transaction failed & I havent recieved the money, but the very next day I got a message that the same amount has been deducted from my A/C. I have made a complaint for the same in Icici bank on 16 June 09, they told me that the amount will be credited to your acconut but till now it has not been credited to my A./C, i am not getting any satisfactory answer from there side, everytime when I am asking them about my complaint they are asking me to wait till 30 Of June they are not giving any confirmation whether I will get my money back or not. Please take necessary action & guide me what to do next.

                                  My name is yathiraju. From past 15 days, i started receiving the call saying you need to pay 26000 amount for ICICI Credit card. to my knowledge i never applied for ICICI credit card.

                                  People started harrssing me and keep calling ever day that i have told i have promissed to pay their amount.

                                  If i would have applied for the card i would have received the welcome kit and monthly statement there after. This seams to be a mall practice going with ICICI. Kindly guide me how to come out this issues.

                                    When I receive schedule payment from ICICI on Date 13/06/2009 I See that from the Month of July 2009 my EMI Amount has been Increase from Rs.5500 to Rs.7000 I shocked & Regarding this when I call to Customer Care the Executive tell me that you have give the request for EMI Increasing on Date 04/06/2009 time 4:26pm but I am assure that this type of request not given by me & when I tell to the Executive to Reduce it at my actual EMI Amount Rs.5500 he/she tell me that is not possible from our side regarding this you will visit our nearest ICICI Branch so Regarding this I visit ICICI Branch on Date 22/06/2009 & give my Complaint the Executive also tell me that you EMI has been Decrease at Actual Position Rs.5500 but in the Month of July2009 you will pay Rs.7000 it is not possible to us so you must pay this amount, Sir but I am unable to Pay this EMI Amount Rs. 7000 about this I also give Written Application to ICICI & also give so many mails to ICICI but NO ANY REPLY GIVEN BY ICICI TILL DATE From ICICI Branch I came to Know that Mr. Amit Pandey take the Request for EMI Increase on Date 04/06/2009 4:26pm (old EMI 6334 to New EMI 7000) but my OLD EMI (Actual EMI) is Rs.5500 so this is also show that the Incident has been done by ICICI Customer Care Executive Reg this I also call to Customer care on Date 23/06/2009 that I am unable to Pay Amount Rs. 7000 & the Incident is from your side so you have tell to Mr. Amit Pandey that he bear the Amount which was his mistake the Complaint no is SR[protected]

                                    ICICI Bank — Debt of Rs 7000/

                                    I went for withdrawl of Rs 7000/ from ICICI bank ATM in Pashan , Pune -21 on 26/02/11. But before I could take out the cash it was sucked back in to the ATM. Immediately I went to Baner Bank & submitted the written complaint. I was told that the amount will be reversed in 24 to 48 hrs which did not happen.
                                    Now i got SMS from ICICI bank that my SR[protected] today .
                                    Please help in reversal of this amount

                                      I have seen these two transactions due to ATM decline charges? I don’t know what these charges are and why bank deduct 56 Rs from my account even I have sufficient balance in account! I came to know that if you withdraw money from other bank ATM (other than ICICI ATM) and if that ATM doesn’t have enough money then it will charge on customer. So it is ethical to charge on customer? Is this reasonable charge by ICICI bank or is this under RBI rules.

                                      Please verify at your end and provide me detail (With RBI notice) so I can put my case to consumer services.

                                      Did yopu get any resolution for this? Same thing happend to me. Why stupid ICICI bank doing like this? How to convey this things to RBI? The main purpose for using Other bank ATM policy is entierly damage here. I frusturated for these kind of stupid things.
