Hi,

Today, third time I got SMS that “Application for personal loan has been approved Ref. no. is 59368383” now ref. no. is changed so what should I understand old ref. no. were only for customer satisfaction or to make fool that something is going on.

How many yearssssssssssssssssssssssss require for such a small amount loan. Could I expect any revert from respective senior persons. I m following since around 2 months.

Will somebody help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear all,

I am really mentally harassed by DSA & Pitampura Branch ICICI persons. Again they changed their commitments that they would be able to provide the loan amount of rupees 1 lakh in 12 EMI’s instead of 1.5 lakhs in 12 months EMI.

But as per urgent requirement I agreed to take 1 lakh on a condition that if provide the same as earliest means up to today only and again the time is extended by them. Some body called me & saying now your file is disbursing, the amount will be transfer after two days.

I am really in trouble situation, no body helping me out in case. Some of calling from ICICI & assuring that solution will be provided very soon. But still everything is same only the harassment - that why I applied for a loan in ICICI bank!!!!!!!

Actually I want to update one information with you that I am working with IBM and my client site is Vodafone mobile communication Ltd. That means from morning to evening I am available in strong network site and if any calls not getting through I always got MCA (miss call alert) for the same, that I don’t had.

Anyway yesterday I again got SMS from ICICI that “Application for personal loan has been approved Ref. no. is 59065544” so there is only fake SMS alert, DSA’s miss communication, no coordination through bank, no loan amount all the things going against the requirement.

What I was expecting from you that at least solution will be provided very soon but here it is mentioned that “We will revert to you by February 25, 2008” it clear means only revert no solution.

It is very bad experience with ICICI that I am suffering a lot. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee help me only to know that next escalation step in ICICI because at this level no one is helping me out.

Dear sir/madam,

I here by inform to you that I am suffering a lot due to non co-operation of ICICI bank & rude behavior of DSA Please let us know my problem in brief:-

Around a one & half month back I got a call from Ms. Gurlin (telecaller in DSA, Credit alliance, Janak puri, New delhi) and asked me to take the personal loan @13.5% ( but it was also changed to 14% at the end after insisting) reducing rate and after two days all the documents were collected from me. She assured me to provide the loan within week & introduced herself as ICICI bank executive. After many follow ups she again asked me to collect my current month salary slip and again same was provided.

On 8th Feb, 08 at 0950 hrs, I got an SMS from ICICI bank that “Application for personal loan has been approved Ref. no. is 59065544” and then I asked to Gurlin that my loan is approved please tell me that how long it will take she realized me that with in two working days it will happened but PDC cheques and MID form require, same day it was collected and provided by me.

Cheque Details : PDC cheque no. = 102827 to 102838 and clearance date 05 march of every month.

After so many calls to DSA, they were now trying to ignore me then I called up ICICI Cust. Care with complaint no. SR55508313 but no action taken on the problem & SR was completed. And parallel I had lost my relations due to money with my relatives because I assured to give the amount very urgently after loan taken but really I was not aware it will take a very long time even after my company IBM in cat. and everything was perfect. After some days I again call up ICICI Cust. Care and asked about previous (SR [protected] & I was surprised after knowing that without any action it was complete. Again they logged a complaint SR 56514272 but now I don’t have much believe in bank & DSA due to this.

And I got some information that my file is handled by Mr. Yashir Rehman ([protected]) in Pitampura Branch so I had had a discussion with but no help was provided by him & clearly denied to elaborate the things.

My first EMI is about to go after 13 days and I don’t get my amount till now. I am mentally suffering a lot.

Here DSA is about to making a bad image of ICICI bank in customer’s point of view. Please assist me in about the issue.

I want an urgent reply, please revert asap. Waiting for your affirmative response.

had taken 2 loans previously . i had and amazing experience ... this time it SUCKS !!!
i had request for a loan of 80, 000.00 on the 1 st march and later when i called back i got to know that the rep approved a loan of 2.17 lakhs without my permission, i had given 5 cheque already .
then i had to speak to a mamager and ask him to cancel that amount .
now i had to give 5 more cheques ...
on the 17 a manager called me to confirm that one of the previous loans need to be closed and the rest of the amount from 80, 000.00 will be sent through courrier .
i have sent nearly 5 emails confirming that and made several calls and wasted my money ...
which i understand will NOT be compensated !!!
on 20th i was supposed to receive the DD, which did not come as well .
on friday again i had to call back and again no sign of where the DD is ...
again on saturday i had to call back and they said there was some error thats why the DD was not cuorrired .
but they will arrange for an online transfer ...
which i should receive by monday ... WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN AS WELL !!!
today the agent calls and asks me to send him a track of the ECS paid for the month ...
and it would also take 2 MORE DAYS FOR THE GOD DAM DD TO GO THROUGH ...
this has been total nonsense i had to go through !!!
i am sure i have to be compensated for the trouble i had to go through ...
and im sure you will agree to that as well ...
I AM ALSO GOING TO TELL ALL THE PEOPLE I KNOW NEVER TO APPLY A LOAN FROM YOU GUYS ...
a) you take extremely long time to process the loan
b) you dont convey the right information
c) you take loads of documents and loads oif cheques and dont process it
d) managers say they will call back and never call back on time

the loan was promised to be given to me on the 13th and then they said it would take 3 mre days ...

the last Friday 21st, the manger called Pradeep said he could do the online transfer of funds before Monday 24th 6:00 pm ...

Monday when I called the bank, they said there was some issue, and the funds will be transferred to me either by 26th end of day or 27th morning ...

today a manager called Fahd called me and said the funds cannot be transferred and the dd will be couriered to me ...

WHICH IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ...

I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM YOU PEOPLE ...

THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP ME,

IS IT NOT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO TRANSFER FUNDS TO MY ACCOUNT AT LEAST AS A FAVOR ...

if the dd is couriered either on the 27th or 28th I can drop it in my Citibank account only on Saturday 29th ...

which would take at least another 3 days to reflect in my account ...

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE ...

i would also like to bring to your notice that I am only going to wait for a couple more hours for the funds to be sent to my account through online transfer ...

if this does not happen then I will walk in to the consumer court with the print out of emails I had sent to your managers and well as the calls that I have recorded !!!

Hum durgapru icici bank me ja ke credit card ke liye gye the(04/04/2008) To un logo ne mujse address aur M. no. liye aur kaha ke aapke paas khud hamara koi aadmi 1 ye 2 din me jayega aur aapka kaam ho jayega.
Lakin aaj tak koi nahi aaya. kya mai dusre bank se credit card banwo lu. Mai sirf 1 week aur intzaar karunga, agar koi kaam nahi hua to kisi dusre bank me credit card banwa lenge.

Actually My loan EMI is on 5th of every month, for the month of June they didn't withdrawn yet as when they withdrawn on 5th there was no enough money with my salary account. My mode payment is ECS.
So what I want to do at this stage to make ICICI to withdraw the amount now. I have filled my account with required amount now.

I am from INDIAN PUBLIC SCHOOL(AMBALA). I have taken loan for school bus in year between 1995 to 1997. I had given FDR that time & fiance that bus from Anagram fiance ltd.
that institute merged into ICICI BANK. But i have no record of FDR because in year 2000 there was flood in ambala so the record had destroyed. Kindly returned the payment of FDR. please reply soon
