[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential — Poor ICICI Prudential Service

I had made a payment of Rs.15,000 against the Renewel of my ICICI Prulife policy but i had received receipts only for Rs.13,500. I posted them the same case twice and again they have posted me the same receipts. In a telephonic conversation with them they said the Rs.1500 is balance with them and will be adjusted in next payment, they said the amount will not debited form my account but again the amount Rs.1500 was withdrawn from my ICICI account and also they have adjusted the Rs.1500 amount for the same month. I dnt know how they people are doing these things and why anybody not stopping them but i have decided to do the same.

Dear i have deposited my cheque at your designated branch at defence colony new delhi 110024 before talking at your customer care and person who was sited at reception icici for prudential life premium but after 10 days cheque was not presented for clearing. Now when i talked again customer care told me that we are lifiting cheques from that drop box and you stopped payment issue again for premium cheque.

i want to know what is your management and what a bloody fool your employee.

I received a call from ICICI prudential, no.[protected], name Raj Verma . Offermed me policies, even after saying myself on roaming and please do not waste time he said what ever you want you do I will call evry time and do not care where you are . This is absolutly disgusting and harrashment. They are not even bothered even if person complaints to the pocle, he said he does not care for anything.
Please advis how to take actions against them

ICICI Prudential — Pan card status shows couriered, but not recieved yet

My application# is[protected]. I have checked the Pan card Status on internet,. the status shows as despatched, but I have not recieved it yet. My pan# is AUKPB4030F. Consignment number is ETH[protected]N
I am working for ICICI prudential. It is not a complaint against ICICI, it is a complaint regarding my pancard which has been despatched, but not recieved
Some one calling from Chennai ICIC pridential and using bad words the phone number is "[protected]"... and when calls back just picking up the phone and disconnecting.

ICICI Pru Healthcare Sarvies — Warst Servies and Cheeting

I had bought 3 family floter ICICI Pru Health Saver policy 6 months back and one of our family member got admited in the hosptital on july 2009. pre outhorisation declaind and when applaid for claim lesser amount was approved and higher amount rejected with out reason. the amount was approved on 24th July 2009 and till today they haven't send the cheque. I had called ICICI pru health care claim center no[protected] nearly 25 times but there no update regarding this.

I request the public while buying ICICI prodoct think 100 time and buy

I was under impression that ICICI Prudential is Professional with Customer but Yesterday I know That They are Doing only Business, They Are Making Profit By making fool to customer. Please Find Attached one Example
1. Yesterday (15.09.099) I went Mathura Branch To Deposit a Cheque amount of Rs.2000 only (Policy No.[protected] Life Time ) Which is due on 18.09.09 . They Refuse to Take cheque in Advance. They have given in written also (Please See attached Paper). Today I Went to Brach To meet Branch Manager ( Pankaj Parashar) By chance he is not in office . I called up his Cell [protected] as he said I am in meeting please Call after one Hour. After That I made a call to Mr. Amit Tomar ([protected]) That I am Facing This Problem Is it Correct
2. As he replied I don’t know Please Come After 18.09.09
Now I want to know that we can not deposit or pay in advance if yes Than I need written explanation by it happened other wise I am going to close all the policy’s. one side are sending a SMS on Cell
I need written explanation with in 24 hours. I will Highlights this issue in Local News Paper Also

I have applied ICICI prudential life Insurence on 26.07.2009 through your associate M/s, Net Ambit Value First service Limited, Noida (UP), after several times request by Smt. Manshi Verma is a team leader of such company. Smt. Verma sent to me on 26.07.09 Mr. Manish Trivedi for collect the cheque and signed on Application form. My Application form No. LL 34277031. dated 26.07.09
Till date I have not received my Policy. Even Smt. Verma not receiving my telephone. Now I request you please refund my cheque of Rs. 30, 000/- immediatelty. I don't want Policy. Hope you will take action immediately. the same case was happened with me also in March 2009, with Net Ambit Value first Service Limited, Noida. How can we trust one reputed company ?

ICICI Prudential / Life Time — Unable to get my money back

Dear Sir, I regret to say that I had taken a policy from your company on date 13th feb 2006 wide policy no[protected] of premium amt. Rs. 40000/-. Unfortunately I met with an automobile accident in 2009. By that time I had deposited 80000/- in the said policy. In that accident I lost my right hand and since I am a self employed person with very limited earnings, so I approached your office to get my money back so that I could arrange my medical expenses. Your office in Varanasi(Arihant Complex) informed me that I can get my money only if I deposited the pending renewal amount of Rs. 80000/-. So I took loan From my relatives on high rate of interest and deposited Rs. 80000/- in your office. Then they told me that you will have to undergo some medical examination on my own expenses in order to deposit my renewal in the company. So, I did that, then after several visits to your office I was told that I can not get my money back because my blood pressure was a little high. And they returned Rs. 80000/- to me and told me that I can not reinstate my policy and hence I can not surrender the same. Afterwards when I went to your office each time they came up with a new story that why I can not get my money. Since I am a handicapped person now and I can not drive myself, so it is a tough task to come to your office everyday and beg for my own hard earned money.
So, I want you to tell me that am I entitled to get my money or not. If no then why? If yes then what is the exact process of the same. I further want to state that I have submitted all the required documents whatever demanded from me and have talked to every available person in the said office.

ICICI Prudential — Disturbing in personal hours

I activated my DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE last year but I'm still recieving calls from various company offering their investment products. I have already complaint to Idea celluar who is my service provider. My mobile no is [protected].
I recieved a call from ICICI Prudential for some type of investment on 05/10/2009 at 19:21 IST from[protected].
I told him that I have DND service but they didnt stop their conversation lastly I disconected the phone.
I'm facing such type of irritation with these calls.
I want compensation from these companies for disturbing me in personal hours.
