Non availability of surrender form on co. website.

I want to surrender my Life stage Pension plan policy. I live in Dhar (M.P.). I purchased the policy through sales executive available at ICICI bank brach DHAR. Now I want to surrender above policy. I have approached the branch for getting policy Surrender form . But since last more than 15 days I am regularly being turned back without form for one or the other reasons.

Dear Sir,

Myself Pradeep Singh Negi I had LIFETIMEGOLD POLICY NO. 12757466 & CRISIS COVER POLICY NO. 12759499 When the premium due date coming close, Mr.Shivam Tyagi([protected]) called me & said your both the policy premium due and the agent who starts your policy has left the job and the comission goes to agent comes to your account directly if you split the LIFETIME GOLD POLICY and get 2 New policies of Rs 15000 each[protected] &[protected] after 15-20 days Mr.Shivam called me again and said that your 2 New Policies rejected due to some documents issue so you have to pay Rs.32000 again for the policies [protected]&[protected] and paper document and said your rejected policy amount is refunded with interest at the end of November 2011, when i am not getting the refunded amount i called Mr. Shivam , then he said me that your file is in under process and your refunded amount will come to you at the end of December 2011, After that Mr Abhimanyu Rathore ([protected]) called me and said your life time gold policy is lapse and you have to pay the premium for that and i told him about my previous policies and also said abour mr. Shivam Tyagi he said he is my coleague and asked him about your refunded amount than Mr. Rathore said your refund amount come to your account at the end of Jan 2012, and told me to given Rs 27311.00 for the premium of lifetime gold policy, i given the cheque for the same, and he given me another policy no. 16291703 , and after 31 st jan i again called mr. Rathore for the refund amount and reniew of my lifetime gold policy then he said your file under process and mr shivam tyagi is in Mumbai head office for processing my file urgently, when after 25 th feb , when i am not get my refund amount and reniewed lifetime policy and called Mr. rathore and he was not picking my phone call, when i call him from another mobile number he pick the call and when i said i am Negi he disconnect the call, after that i understand they both making me fool , Than i give the complaint against both of them and also cancelling my last 5 policies, please help me in this matter. I am very dissatisfied with icici prudential really. I m already complained 3 to 4 times to the company but they always denied plz look into this matter,

    NO help from ICICI
    I have a policy general life insurance policy with ICICI Pru life...Policy no: 15617715 I am a regular payer. I wanted to speak to some one related to my account. whenever i dial their customer service no for any or every info i want they say it will be text ed to ur registered mobile no..MY REGISTERED MOBILE NO IS NO MORE WITH ME. I need to update my name my contact info my details like nominee on the account i am married no longer live on previous address... no one is helping me..I am feeling like withdrawing my services from them. I emailed them from my registered email address and their reply is my email is not registered with them.I have initial policy papers where in it says my registered email address is with them...

    Services from them is awful. I am paying for something for which i am even not getting sufficient services..

      umesh kant cheetu take one prudential life insurance policy from ICICI
      Agent.My policy no is 10145342.I diposit 30000rs at first time.After
      that Ideposite 2500RS per month. Now I Deposit 90000Rs till2011.the
      agent told us after 5 Years I got 1,50000.But now told me that this
      policy is under share Market.that is going down and your amount is only
      67000rs.Tell me now What can i do.I Purchase this policy from Ludhiana. The agent cheated me.

        Dear Sirs,

        With reference to the above policy termination and surrender I wish to
        inform you as under :

        1. I have approached your local ICICI Pru Insurance co. office in Banjara
        Hills, Hyd during 1st/ 2nd week of March''12. and enquired regarding
        redemption of deferred pension RP policy no. 00086830 at customer care
        / front office desk.

        2. I was informed by your customer care executive in the front office that
        all the payments due on the policy for 10 years has been paid by me
        and that I can either surrender the policy or opt for monthly pension
        amount of around Rs. 3000/-. I was told that I will get a lumsum payment
        of around Rs.115000/- if I do not wish to opt for monthly pension
        payment.

        3. I was told that I have to opt for whatever option before 31.03.2012
        otherwise it will be converted into monthly pension payment type.

        4. As per the policy the due date for last premium payment is 05.03.2014
        and the vesting date is 5.03.2015

        5.Here I find that I was not given proper communication and advice /
        guidance on the benefits in continuing the policy upto the maturity date.

        6. Since I did not want to have a monthly pension of a meager amount of
        Rs. 3000/- p.m. I have opted for lump sum payment and accordingly
        submitted the policy documents for redemption on the advice of your cc
        executive and I was told that I will get a ECS credit to my Bank
        account in 10 days time.

        7. I did not get any retention call from your retention team explaining
        the maturity benefits I would get if I continue and an amount of around
        Rs. 115000/- was credited to my account after 10-12 days.

        8. I have changed my residence during Sept'' 2012 and incidentally I have
        traced out a letter dt. 23.09.2009 ( scanned copy sent here) and
        noted the benefits explained therein which I would have got on
        maturity. Surprisingly these details were not explained to me during my
        interaction with your customer care executive at the time of my
        submission of the policy for redemption either deliberately or the
        executive
        was not aware of the information.

        9. Here there is gross negligence indifferent attitude on the part of the
        executive in suppressing the facts and information about policy maturity
        benefits and not briefing a long standing customer like me who is
        also a privileged customer of ICICI Bank and who has been regularly
        investing in various schemes of ICICI mutual funds and life policies.

        10.Currently I am also holding the following additional policies for your
        information:

        1. Policy no. 03618692 Smart Kid- new unit linked RP - sum Assured
        Rs. 250,000/-

        2. Policy no. 11621713 Life stage pension Premium Rs. 25000/- p.a.

        11. I have met Mr. K.Ravinder Kumar, customer Services Manager- Priority
        Circle, ICICI Prudential Life Insuarance co. ltd., Hyderabad last
        week of April''12 after I traced out the above letter ( copy enclosed
        ) and explained him all the above facts and he is also of the opinion that
        I was wrongly informed.

        12. I could not revert to you immediately on the subject and represent my
        case as I was sick for about 10 days and was pre occupied with
        my official tours later.

        In the light of above now I request you to restore me the policy
        continuation benefits as I was wrongly informed and coerced to submit my
        policy for pre- mature surrender/ termination.

        Iam not a fool or to miss the substantial benefits I would be
        getting in case of maturity if properly explained during my visit to your
        local offices and during the retention call which was not done at all. I
        was not paid the guaranteed additions and bonus as explained in the letter
        dt. 23.09.2009 which was misplaced and not noticed by me. This information
        of guaranteed additions and bonus was also not disclosed to me during my
        interaction with your CC executive.

        Had I seen this letter before surrender of the policy I would have never
        opted for the pre-mature surrender / redemption.

        Iam sending herewith the scanned copies of the letter and my policy
        document.

        I now humbly request you to restore me the benefits and the loss I have
        incurred without my mistake and knowledge failing which I would have to
        resort to necessary steps to get justice.

        ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE CO LTD — Policy Matured Amount

        I have sent so many mail regarding my Policy for requesting to withdraw my full mature amount and given so many reasons that I have not recieved any communication from their sides . I have conected many times in nearby brances for maturity amount . They are responded that you should have opt annuty . before maturity date you can withraw the full mature amount . But I have explained that I am not aware about this you should have to send infirmation before maturity period .
        After maturity the total amount is Rs 95110/-
        After Eight years the said amount is withdrawn only 33 % balance is given through annuity . Is it right for the client . Wrong guidence is given from the branches . Please note that before maturity No letter is posted to me . No phone calls is delivered to me .
        All this matter is suffered to me
        Pleasew sympathically consider my Policy and reimbursed my full matured amount .

          i have taken policy in iciciprudential life insurance.health saver 11163075. they foreclosed my policy now without my knowledge.then i paid as per there suggestion for three months and submitted pdr. after 15 days also no action is taken on my policy or i donot know whether my policy is active or not.

            Dear Sir,
            in the month of OCT'''11, I got a call from one agent name Sri Swapan Debnath, (Mobile no. [protected]) claiming to be from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd, requesting for purchasing a policy of the company. As at that time I was looking for a Pension Policy from an Insurance company, I showed my interest and told him that I want to purchase a monthly premium policy of about rs.5000/- p.m. which would offer me a pension amount of Rs.10000/- after my retirement which is about 12 years hence. The Agent sent one of his representative and accordingly, I signed a form and paid Rs.30000/- by cheque as he said that first six month premia have to be paid for iitial registering. After that the agent intimated that if I do another policy of Rs.60000/- (yearly premium), the insurance company will offer me same beniift and an intensive of Rs.18000/-. He was repeatedly assuring me that he was from ICICI Prulife Insurance Co. and .all the conversations were duly recorded as per company policy and he cannot deny any such statement in future and the intensive will definitely be paid. Trusting his statement, i agreed to take another policy of yearly premium of rs.60000/- and my wife signed another form. After that, I got transferred to another town and I could not verify the policy documents when these were received by me wife. Meanwhile, my wife continued to make querries regarding intensive, but Sri debnath was repeatedly assuring that it will be given. After two/three months, when my wife inquired at the above mobile no., she was informed that it was official mobile number of the company and Sri Debnath was transferred to Cuttack. No intensive was paid to me as was assured by him. And now ICICI Prudential Co. is asking for rs. 90000/- as half yearly premium to be paid. They are claimimg that I had aplied for three policies and they are not responsible for the act of Sri Debnath., whereas me and my wife had signed only two application form. The insurance company is now advising me that otherwise the amount which I paid will be forfeited by them. I feel cheated and completely misguided by Sri Debnath. For ready reference, the policy numbers are: 16117621, 16117006, 16147706. I requested ICICI Prulife to refund my money after deducting their charges, but they are not aggreable to refund any amount, nor they want to help me in any manner. I want that, i) money which was paid by me should be refunded, I) i should be compensated by the amount that will be deducted by ICICI Prulife towards their charges, and .iii) censure by ICICI Prulife to the Netambit Insurance Broking Co.                   this is firdaus ,i went for interview in icici prudential vns branch for DM profile. bt i found ur hr who is hirring has is own criteria of hirring and salary slab of hirring mba marketing(fresher) .is this ur criteria of hirring sales person with 1.5 lac on d other other side others r hirring with 2.5 & also his behaviour is nt good

                    no information about nav & fund value till date.how much withdrawl policy and i know surrender charges

                    ICICI PRU LIFETIME SUPER — NON RECEIPT OF REFUND

                    I had submitted my form for refund of the amount against my ICICI Pru Life Time Super - Policy No. 05377001 on August 24th. A cancelled cheque was also provided along with the form, as required, for transfer of the said amount into my account. At the time of submission, was given to understand that it will take 7 days for the process to be completed. Then, on following up, was informed that it will take 10 days. Again, after 10 days, was told that it will take 14 days. Now, even after 14 days, the amount is yet to be credited to my account. Am in need of money urgently and this is delay is causing a lot of inconvenience.

                        This is regarding the wrong information and misguide by ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE person/ whose adviser code is 00101087. Adviser contact no- [protected]. Last month from above company person whose name is Abhishekh call up to me by cell no- [protected] and ensure me to get back my money just after one year with ICICI Insurance with benefit of interest. But now I have informed by the company that I can not get back my money after one year. Now I am feeling harassed at this moment.                             Icici Prudential Life Insurance company gives unclear / rosy while perusing for insurance but when policy is received that terms & conditions are all together different. Moreover the Mobile Nos.used when earlier are put off after sending the policies. and not this their branches also do not co-operate with excuse that these policies are not sold by us.

                            More over even after so many complaints company also don't bother to inquire in to the complaints.

                              I am Pratip kumar pal an advisor of icici prudential life insurence. My advisor code is 01006068. From December 2011 I cant get my commission cheque which were generated by the company. After visiting repeatedly my branch (15, G.C. Avenue kolkata) is not giving me my cheque and also dont allow me to meet branch manager to report this problem. My Unit Manager Bikas Mallick who is the authority to give me my cheque is demanding 25% commission against my chequesCustomer care also send me email that they are unable to help me out.
                              Where a reputed company is harassing his advisor then customer must be harassed with their investment.
                              In this situation I am helpless.
                              Please help me to get my cheques.

                              i used to work as an advisor code 00786375 nima l lepcha in icici prudential siliguri, west bengal. when i went to collect my cheque mr ashish das and dhuba narayan das are refusing to give me my cheques neither are they taking my request to take my account no for direct commision transfer thru neft. please help. this is harrasement i have given this company a hell lot of business and now these managers behave this way.

                                  we purchased two save'n'protect policies no.14573723 &14583281 in the name of Smt.Kusum Mundhra & Mr.Narendra Kumar Mundhra of ICICI Pru.life insurance by paying Cheque of Rs.50,000/- for each policy in Oct.2010,after getting policies documents in March 2011 we came to know that terms&conditions mentioned in document were not matching to whatever was promised by the agent at time of selling these policies,after this my husband Mr.Narendra Kumaro did so many complaint on the web site of this company but they didn't resolve our grievances,so after that my husband registered a complaint to IRDA (Insurance regulatory development authority) no.[protected] on dt. 31-10-11, in redress to this complaint company agreed that these policies has been sold by doing fraud &cheating with us by the agent in the greed of his huge commissions which company pay to their agent to sell such type of policies which are not customer friendly & informed us that we will refund back paid premium amount back only for one policy out of these two other we have to continue for that we will send you new terms according to this we agreed & company refunded back only paid premium amount of Rs.50,000/- back for the policy no.14583281 of my husband & E-mailed terms & conditions for my policy which were the same as mentioned in documents after that I requested the company to refund my paid amount back with interest because I don't want to continue this policy any more nor I paid second due installment,but company refused to refund my paid amount back in spite of my complaint no.[protected] on dt.13-01-12 to IRDA. So sir you please direct the company to refund my paid amount back &in future don't sell such type of policy to other customer by doing false promises & miss informing.

                                    Myself,Ms Rubina Rahman,a student,has applied for a policy on The product above by paying the premium amount of Rs 3,50,000/-.as ONE TIME PAYMENT for the entire period of the policy.This was as per pre-discussion held with the concerned bank officer of ICICI BANK,Mintoo Park branch,Kolkata.The policy has recently been received by me on 10th March/2012 from the security guard of our colony complex as i was out of station for last five months.After going through the details of the policy,i could see that the policy is not for a premium of ONETIME payment but premiums are required to be paid in every year up to 10 years.I have immediately lodged the complaint to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd,Kolkata on 15th March/2012 within five days of receipt of policy(Within 15 days of Free Look period).and obtained the acknowledgement receipt ,bearing no 43556229,dated 15th March-2012.

                                    I Have submitted the complaint to IRDA also and They have mailed the grievances no as[protected].
                                    Customer care service of ICICI Prudential has also mailed the grievance no as 43586469.
                                    Till date no action appears to have been taken seriously either by IRDA or ICICI Prudential,.
                                    My claim is justified as This is a fraud case by misinterpreting The payment terms of The policy.FurTher, The Benefit Illustration page,where payment terms are given,has not been shown to me at the time of filling the form and now i have seen the signature therein is a FORGED SIGNATURE.Forged signatures are seen as RUBINA SAHANI in one page and others as RUBINA RAHMAN.
                                    You are requested to kindly help me resolving The fraud case by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd.and help me getting The amount refunded.
