Hi all,
I have written and called ICICI multiple times as well few blogging as well but it seems they dont care about their customers anymore, please have a look at the emails content sent to ICICI greviance as well posted on few blogs months ago, you can also visit the blog where I posted this email to SEE how WONDERFUL is ICICI'S SERVICE.

I have written this email on Thu 9/29/2011 4:09 PM to [protected]@iciciprulife.com
and again a reminder on 10/18/2011 5:44 PM from my office email id, but nobody will respond or ready to help. Will somebody please help me take appropriate action against this.

Following is the email content which I sent.

Hello team,

My Smart kid Policy #06124195 which is taken 4 + years ago. I myself worked as a part time financial advisor and helped many people join ICICI PRU family HOWEVER I am very disappointed with my policy performance where I have paid 1 LAKH 20,000 RUPEES In total in the first 3 years and now I see the fund value is at Rupees# 77086.0833.



I HAVE TRIED MY BEST to manage my policy and made switches based on market fluctuations/whenever I have time as I work in night shifts most of the time, Failing to SEE my MONEY GROWING I decided to seek help from ICICI customer care and initiated many chat sessions online and phone calls where they have PROMISED to send an executive to my home to assist manage policy also ask a dedicated fund manager to look at my account however NO ACTION has ever been taken.



NOW…. My Only questions is if YOU are in my position will you let your MONEY grow NEGATIVELY from 1 LAKH 20,000 RUPEES to 77086.0833 RUPEES that too in a 4 years’ time which is a decent time for markets to fluctuate and stabilize.



ALL I want is SEE MY MONEY GROWING else return my complete MONEY I paid towards the premiums.

You will lose me as a customer as well ALL MY friends, family and company and corporate network who will never BUY ICICI PRU after sharing my experience.



If required I may take appropriate legal action as well with all the PROOFS I have.

    i had purchased an ICICI Prudential Health saver policy from them in 2009. the agent clearly told me that the maternity and pregnancy benifits are covered by the policy after one year. i now need the benfit and called them, however, they say that it is not covered.
    The agent who sold me the policy still says that it covers the same.

    i took the policy for only this purpose and need help to get this benifit as promised.

    ICICI, one year on.. no response, do you think i will advocate you ever... in this period... i have done the following:
    Stopped banking with ICICI. i have no account with ICICI now.
    Have stopped the medical insurance policy with Lombard.
    Not renewed my car insurance with ICICI for any of my cars
    Told my friends and colleagues about how courteous you have been in responding or talking to me.

      Sir i am Sagar Anand, Contact no. [protected], i have an complaint regarding ICICI , which i am mentioning below, i sent complaint at IRDA and Insurance Obdusmand also but even they didn't helped me till now,

      i am a policy holder of icici prudential my policy no. 02850592 monthly premium is 1500/-. I took his policy in may, 2006 on my name Sagar Anand and Proposer's is my father Mr. Kewal Kishan Anand from may 2006 to aug 2009 i paid amount in cash, last year was the third year of the policy and i paid the total amount in cash to the advisor, in aug 2009 he paid the amount but payment got bounced again he paid but again it was bouned and in aug, 2010 when i went to check the policy i came to know that policy is lapsed due to non payment, by some how i made the payment till aug 2010 even though i closed it in aug, 2009 and during that gap of 1 year from aug, 2009 to aug, 2010 i didn't get any call or any message or any letter from your side. i used to got useless letters but no information has givn to me regarding this that time your icici has leisure papers to waste but when it was the time to inform customer did your company got "Paper rrupt" ,due to recession, i have three other policies on my name. i tried to registrerd complaint at your call centre but no response from , just tell me why i have to suffer due to your thief advisors, just because we trusted your icici. for the entire one year policy was lapsed and i have to suffer only not you or your agents. kindly tell me who will full fill interest i lost and trust i lost. my new no. is[protected] and mailing address is k-47, andha mughal, Pratap Nagar, Delhi 110007, premium amount is 1500/- monthly. and please don't tell me that i didn't give you full information so you can't answer me back,. you got my and my father's name who is also the proposer and old no. which is[protected], [protected] registered at you don't work so please revrt back on new no.

      In Reply of this mail after one year on 30, sep, 2011 i got a call from this no. [protected] a lady was on line who spoken to me very harshly didn't reveal her name and said it was not our authority to tell the customer that policy is lapsed or premium has to be made, customer has to check, they sent me a mail also which says,
      In reference to the same, I wish to inform that your above policy was issued with a Risk Commencement Date (RCD) of May 23, 2006 with premium payment frequency of ‘monthly’ mode via Cash/Cheque.

      Due to non receipt of renewal premiums since February 2009 to August 2010, the policy was in a ‘lapsed’ status.
      Post receipt of the renewal premium paid by you in August 2010, the policy was revived and currently the premium paying status is on ‘Premium holiday’ mode.

      Further to your concern regarding non receipt of lapse intimation notices, the company tried contacting you on your registered number updated in our records on March 06, 2009 and June 20, 2009, however we were unable to establish contact.
      Also lapse intimation letter was sent to your registered mailing address in March 2009 via India Post.

      As per our telephonic conversation earlier today with Mr. Sagar Anand, I wish to inform that, as per clause 4 (ii) of the policy terms & conditions, ‘Premiums are payable without any obligation on the company to issue a notice for the same’

      We request you to refer the policy documents received by you for more details.
      With this, we are closing your grievance as resolved.

      It is really sad to know your story.

      What do IRDA and Ombudsman say? Not responding? If IRDA and Ombudsman sleep who will save from cheats?

      I think you may have to consult consumer court. It looks that the Advisor is the culprit. Is he an ICICI employee?

      Please share your belter experience amongst your colleagues/friends verbally, through mails and networking sites like Facebook and Twitter. This will not only help them save from such losses but also make them think twice before opting for ICICI. Consider seriously switching other policies to some other Insurance Co which I think is possible. This way you may not recover you loss but can cause much bigger loss to ICICI.

          ICICI Bank's branch , Hamirpur in july but still i have not recieved my policy I contacted the branch but they are not giving me a good responce and they are ignoring me.
          And they are giving me the policy with wrong address.
          i asked them to give me the application number but they are not giving me the aplication number also.

          Please take some action as soon as possible

            I am elite customer of ICICI. I have taken Life Stage Assure ICICI Prudential policy on 16/09/2009 which is 300,000 Rs per year for 10 years. But when I checked after 3 years :-

            1. It was 15 years policy
            2. 1st year premium (300,000 Rs) is premium allocation charges
            3. Funds value is going down
            4. ICICI Bank Manager promised 20% compounded increase

            ICICI Bank are fraud and they misguided and they are enjoying on customer money. Please register this fraud against ICICI Bank.

              My name is Anurag gupta I have an policy of Icici Prudendial Life.policy no. 09867914
              From last 3 years and the person who tell me about this policy his name was Mr.sandeep that I have to invest in this policy once and I will get 35 to 40 % return/year.bt after one year icici staff called me and tell me that you have to submit another installment.i told him that sandeep telled me to submit installment only once so they told me to talk with sandeep.i told him bt he told me that you have to submit this only once.and when next year again Icici staff ring me and told me again Then I told that I talk to Mr. Sandeep Bt then He left the company.And suddenly Icici prudential life insurance co.Ltd.Send me Policy closure letter with cheque of Rs.4083 and my policy is of 20000/Year.I went to the Icici branch ad he told me to You have to fight with Icici pru life co.ltd. with IRDA.so plz Sir look in the Matter,I hope you would look in a matter and take relavant steps and try to give my Rs.20000 money back.

                Hi,

                I took one ICICI Pru life insurance policy under GSIP plan of 50,000/- Premium.
                After getting the bond and policy details of this policy, again the same agent committed me to take another policy under the same above said plan of another 50,000/-.

                I've taken the same, filled the application form and gave the cheque too. The cheque has been cleared also. Till now, i didn't receive any details about the new policy taken up. It's been more than a month.
                Now that agent isn't picking my phone call at all to ask about the status. Before taking the policy, he used to call atleast 5-6times a day. Look how people plays for money!!!

                Note: Folks, Plz don't ever commit to any policies or anything which comes through agents by phone calls/emails/something. If you want any, directly drop yourself to the particular bank and clear off your stuff.

                    My policy Number is 09067208. Initially your advisor came and collect the premium due. after that it was discontinued because of they were not came to collect the due. already I have explained it to branch Manger & My grievance number 31783369.

                    I recieved one phone call from your custmoer care about 15 days before and also I have recieved one letter from yeserday about revive my policy, for that I want to pay overdue amount Rs 32500/-.

                    At present condition I am not able to pay this amount and also I am not having interest to continue this policy. Pl settle my paid amount to me, . I am eagerly expecting your reply about for getting my money what procedure I have do.

                      Sir I have taken a policy no: 05011157 in the name of my Son Bhupesh Sharma U/G. BEENA SHARMA. I have deposited premium Rs. 700/- per month through ECS for 36 month regular. I am very poor housewife. My position is hand to mouth. I think amt will help to support my son higher education. But Icici Prudential company is fraud , 420 company.
                      After 36 month my policy fund value was Rs. 23026/84
                      I think i can bear loss Rs. 2173/-
                      But ICICI PRUDENTIAL Send me a cheque No: 837372 dt 07.09.2010 for Rs. 11623.98 against my deposit amt 25200/-

                      I want to aware all policy holder of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance company.
                      Kindly check fund value day to day .

                      ICICI PRUDENTIAL COMPANY IS A FRAUD COMPANY BECAUSE I HAVE LOST 20,000/- WITHIN 36 MONTH.

                        NEFT transfer to the bank account no given by me was unsuccessful, then they issued a cheque to the registered address where I no longer live. I immediately called/mailed about the same requesting cancellation of cheque and resend it via NEFT or re-direct the cheque to the new address.
                        They have delivered the cheque to someone else without my signature on the receipt of courier.
                        I revisited the branch and has issued a request for cheque cancellation and submitted again cancelled cheque for NEFT transfer. They told me that either it will be credited to my account of cheque will come to their office. Today when I called customer care again they said that as per their record they have delivered me the cheque.

                        It has already been over delayed for more than 45 days.I am harassed & penalized with non of my fault. I have made several personal visit and inquiry on telephone but in vain so far. I have lost the hope that I will get my own money back. Kindly expedite the matter.

                          Sir/Madam,
                          Regarding my Advisor code problem, the ICICI PRUDENTIAL reverted me but they r giving me a false reason. Actually they have blocked my code in the month of May 2011, And I was working with the other competitor company as a Sales Manager from June 2010 to Dec 2010. And I gave the business to ICICI Prudential till the month of March 2011. As they are telling the reason for my termination of Advisor code is just because of dual employment...then why did they accept my bulk business?? And more over I went to give a letter to ICICI prudential company to cancel my advisor code, when i joined the other Insurance company...the Branch Manager and my Sales manager, rejected to receive my letter to cancel the code... and they encouraged me to continue with ICICI PRUDENTIAL too.. there is no problem in that and they also said they will not reveal it anywhere..
                          Now pls let me know what should I do?? Can I file a CRIMINAL CASE on these two Managers??
                          and the Regional Manager who tempted me by saying that he is going to offer me a package of 3.5 lacs...and asked to submit my other company's Appointment letter... If this was the intention of asking of my Appointment letter..I wouldn't have submitted at any cost..!!!

                            I took a policy on 2008.It was foreclosed by ICICI.He sent me A/c payable cheque but i have not received .I went to ICICI PRUDENTAIL OFFICE ,as per consultant, I deposit due amount(Rs 25,000).Mrs A.Dimple
                            (ICICI customer service manager) said me same thing again again.As per discussion Mr. T.mira,Mr narayan,Mr.Ashish And many people asked me A/c
                            detail ,A/c statement,A/c declaration.I sent scanned copy of all document. but she does nothing.Plz help me policy payout reversal.

                              I am sujit jadhav filing complaint against icici prudential insurance company.
                              It is regarding insurance policies taken by my wife.

                              1st policy was- Life stage RP (policy no.[protected] taken with premium of 30000 rupees per 6 months in 2009.

                              Then she got the call from icici prudential insurance Delhi head office. The agent had given offer that, she can renew the same policy with 20000 more and accordingly she will get more returns and more benefits and total premium will become 50000 rupees. She agreed and then one icici agent came and she had given a cheque of 20000 rupees to him. Ideally the policy should be now of rupees 50000 premium per 6 months.

                              After some days she had received a new policy (no.[protected] of rupees 20000 from icici. This was totally wrong hand hence she had filed a complaint against it to icici.

                              At the same time the first policies premium was due but as she had filed a complaint already she had not paid the next premium for first policy 10972512.

                              After several complaint emails and online chat with icici representative on internet website the icici representative told her to file a written complaint against this to regional office. Accordingly she had filed a complaint to pune JM road branch.

                              After some days she got a call from icici prudential Delhi office and the company representative told her that ‘there was a mistake done and a miscommunication happened so they were cancelling the second policy 10972512 and they had send a cheque of rupees 20000 back to her’

                              Thus the company had accepted that it was companies’ mistake and due to miscommunication wrong policy was given.

                              But actually complaint was launched against both the policies
                              1) Policy no.[protected]/-)
                              2) policy no.[protected]/-)

                              Regarding main policy no.[protected]/-) no proper decision was taken.

                              She had filed complaint against both of above policies and hence both should get cancel.
                              Icici prudential is not agreeing on this. They are not accepting complaint against the first policy which according to me they had already accepted their mistake and hence company should return back Rupees 30000.

                              We together had filed so many complaints regarding this via Email, chat, also given written complaint again to pune JM road offie but no proper replay from them.
                              Finally we had also filed a written complaint to icici prudential Mumbai head office Grievance Redressal Committee but no proper answer was received till date.

                              The company had cheated with us and looted our 30000 rupees

                                sir i have joined in icici prudential insurance in the no 12349154.but while joining in the policy one of your ajent named mr.TJ Devasya ofered us many exiting ofers such as,we will get back our money after the payment,and the insurence covearage will be ther till mt 75 age. iam a poor farmer, thats why i cant pay this much of money. so i requist to you to give me back my money and take right action on him. consider my request and give me back me monef. faithfully joseph thomas.

                                  it here by to request you that i mohsin ahmed wani is working with icici prudential as unit manager since from 30 month .the have promised to us RS 30000 Scholorship at the time joining and additional rs 40000 will be given to you as you are first batch of PGPMI .The course lanched by the seme with advance job offer letter.
                                  so but i have recieved only RS30000 first scholorship and company have not released the completion first year annual scholorship of RS 40000 as my all colligues have recieved the said scholorship of RS 40000. so please help me said geniune ,deserved. request.
