[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Wrong Spelling of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Policy by an Agent of ICICI Bank.

Dubai – U.A.E September 3, 2013 To The Managing Director ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Mumbai. Dear Sir, I am Shakeela Rahman submit the following few lines of your kind consideration and favorable disposal. Presently I am residing with my husband in Dubai-U.A.E and I got my Dubai Resident Permit. We had a house in Hyderabad, AP and it was on House Loan from ICICI Bank. My daughter Shahana Rahman, Mob.[protected] used to look after its bank payments. One of the employee of ICICI Bank Begumpet Br. Hyderabad wrongly advised my daughter to take a Policy which covers in Home Loan then she called me I told to go ahead. The agent from the bank not put all its details to my daughter it is renewable every year Etc. Etc….. I came to Hyderabad in Jan.2012 and sold out the above mentioned property. I showed the policy to the bank officials they told me his is very different not to do anything with ICICI Bank House Loan. They also told me that I have to go to ICICI Prudential Insurance Co. office to know more about this. I do not have time so I came back to Dubai. When we receive renewal notice for this policy I came to India to settle this matter. In this connection, I went to its office in Hyderabad and registered a complaint they only gave me an acknowledgement without any ref. no. I am a housewife, when they not turned to us, after a long time my husband compelled to start corresponding through e-mails with the customer care of ICICI Prudential Insurance Co. and his e-mails and its reply is attached herewith this letter. He has received e-mail reply giving ref. IDs. On the basis of that we have received some SMS that we will be going to get call from ICICI Prudential Insurance but till today no one called and no one gave any feed back to our complaints about the fate of the Policy. …2/.. : 2 : I am completely moved to Dubai at any cost I am not interested to renew the premium I need my money back as fast as possible. I am behind this since last 2 months till then no solution come and I am very upset with this mater. Since my daughter obtained the policy in my name she have registered her contact number Etc. We surprise to note that till today no action has been taken, it is a great matter of surprise from such a reputed company. How long I have to beg the have to have my amount of One Lakh Rupees. I think this letter is bring me hope of getting my said money back soonest. I am waiting in India to settle this matter as I already informed my earlier letter that I have to go back to Dubai-U.A.E within 180 days to keep valid of valid of my Dubai-U.A.E Resident Permit (RP) otherwise it will be cancelled automatically and my husband have to apply for a new RP, it will be a big process and also waste of time and money.
