Post Paid — Regarding Connectivity
There are frequent cases of signal fading apart from low connectivity which results in delay in calls especially insmart.
Secoundely from lat 25 th June 08 there is no connectivity in working hour. we want to surander all our rim phone .What is the process

dear sir,i had taken a new conection of idea postpaid three days before but my no. is not started till today so pls give a solution.
I have paid a full fees .
with activation charge 500 Rs .

i received idea postpaid two connection pune municipal corporation pune (Corporate Plan) .Your agent Kiran Kamble (Mo No.[protected]) received all document and ECS dated on 22nd june 2009 Still Not active connection.Please early as possible active connection.Idea — Not Working
I have purchased an IDEA Netsetter two days agoa but it is not working fine. I was been told that it would give minimum speed 150 kbps but I am getting only 4-5 kbps speed. Also it does not connect most of the time.Please help me if possible or else i need to throw it.
Is there anyone who can help me regarding this.
Idea — regarding postpaid connection
hi, i m vikas kumar and working with ING Vysya bank. i applied for idea post paid connection on 1 april 2010. i filled the form and i paid Rs. 500. Executive told me that it will take 2 days to activate the connection. and now i m calling them from 3 april 2010 to till date. but they r not activating my connection.Idea — Idea is not good service provider
THis is not good service provider....They are stop your mobile card any time without any intimation... and when you ask they also not provide positive response...
Also there customer care service center are not open and close on time.. they are not for customer.....

I already visited more then 7 times your idea customer care center, but they fail to resolve my problem. Your customer service and network is very weak. I am very disappointed with the service.
