[Resolved] Idea Cellular — 3G Internet Balance | |||
Respected Sir, My name is Ravikanth. I have an Idea Net Setter, On 03/05/2013 I have recharged my net-setter with 103 Rs(the Value of 103 Rs is 300Mb for 30 Days Validity.). But unfortunately on the same day I recharged 2 times(103 + 103) . So, the value would be 600 Mb, but when I check the Balance it is showing 300Mb only, the same Question when I asked to Customer Care representative they are giving irresponsible answers and saying that the balance is renewed. I asked them to why it is renewed it would be added, because the validity is there, again they are saying the same answer that it is renewed and new balance 300Mb is showing. Idea — No internet balance shown
These Idea company people show no internet balance and I have lost my main balance many times....So please start showing the internet balance after the usage of internet on mobile.Idea Cellular — Internet Related
Sir/Madam,My name is Vineet Aggarwal. My Mobile no is [protected] from last 10 years. I recharge my mobile phone from Rs. 98 for one month internet use as on 03 july 2011 (5.30 PM) and my previous bal is Rs. 141.38. I use my internet only for 10 minutes without downloading and after then my bal is Rs 1.78. Please solve this problem and call me sir.

Sir, I wish to bring to your esteem notice that i have idea 3g netsetter and i am quite happy with the service rendered to me. today when i was surfing the 3g balance was 270mb and i taught it being a last day i will recharge it online with 253/- for 1gb and i did the same. To my shock
the balance reflected was only 1026 mb and my previous balance was not added. I wish to bring to your concern that why my previous balance
was not added and deprived me 270mb surfing which is almost equal to 100/- I therefore kindly request you to look into the matter and see
that the 270mb is reverted back to my balance.with regards.
