No : [protected] Idea cheats customer : Idea customer care people changed my plan from 549 to 1599 without even asking me or notifying me ...When called customer care , an executive called Deepak Yadav didnt even had any answer . He disconnected the call ......Now raised a complaint since Saturday and no actions till now .IIDEA please dont cheat your customers...and please take actions against such poor rubbish executives , that you have hired for your call centre Was this information helpful? | |||

Idea Cellular — change of plan without asking
My cell no. is [protected] and I am customer of IDEA since 2002.At present I am getting 1 second plan and it is valid upto feb 2011.Today I received a message from idea that my plan is changed to 50 ps?min plan.As i HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR i ASKEd at cust.care(chargeable Service) and asked why my plan is changed? The ans was v.rough .He said the co had asked by message to you in past(when he is not ans'ng)and you have confirmation and so we have activated the Plan.In past I have never asked for nor given any confirmation by pressing yes button to them but by this cheating process they have changed our plan for one month.When I told him to cancell the same and put me to old 1 sec plan ,he said no you HAVE TO use this plan for 1 month.By this complaint platform I am comlaining that without my permission co.has changed my plan and this should be canceeled immidiately.

Idea — Excessive Call Charges
I have a primary mobile number and an add-on card. As per plan call charges between them is to be 0.10 INR. But the same is charged at 1 INR. Each time I get the itemised list after paying Rs 100, and raise this issue. Neither they reimburse the Rs 100, nor learn from their mistake.
