[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — IDEA Incoming calls has barred

On above i written date wrongly - Correction = not in 2012 it is in 2013


Hello sir,

My idea no is [protected]. I have migrated this no from BSNL to Idea on 12th Feb 2013. This no is activated/unactivated i don't know because out going calls are working from 36th Feb 2013.

But till now incoming call is barred for this no. I called customer care a lot of times. They told that it would be resolved within 2hrs/1 day like that. Because of this incoming call barred, I am facing so many problems.

If I am not able to make outgoing, I can use some other no for temporary. But incoming is barred means, It should be resolved immediately.
I am not happy with your service.
