Idea Cellular — Invalid bill generation

Hi,
I was using [protected] postpaid connection before several months and i had paid all the bills on time and then i have left the idea company and do portability to another service provider after finishing my all bill as well, and once my bill is completed then they have allowed me to port my mobile number.

After portability of my mobile number to some another provider after duration of 4 month they still calling me that my bill is pending.
I have taken actions to customer care and also gone to idea office as well, they have told me that there is system issue and it will be updated soon,
but they have not taken any action and i am getting calls for filling up my bill.

I have also talked with branch manager over my location Bapunagar and he has told me to confirm and finish this issue,
But nothing happen for that as well.
And now i have received notice from government that i have to pay the bill,
BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE KEEP ASKING ME BILL EVEN IT IS FILLED UP AND ALSO I AM TRANSFERED TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER AND IT IS ALREADY 4 MONTHS OLD TOO.

I REQUEST TO RELEVANT PERSON TO TAKE ANY ACTIONS ON THIS.

This information i already know before 2 months and i have already told them and they have to check and confirm that too, but still this i am having this kind of issue so what should i do for this?

You have said that my account is already suspended but as i have said that i have already ported to another service provider, and i have talked with branch offices so much time there, but they are not taking action on my request, and nothing happen, just getting notices and calls to fill the bill, you have to understand that if i have not paid bill then i will not allowed to port another mobile provider.

I am telling that when i have to port to another company i have filled all bills before doing this and then they have told me that your bill is completed and now you can go to another provider.

If this is correct method then why they are keep telling me for bills without using service?

I need proper answer and resolution
when can i expect answer from you?
