My Idea mobile connection no-[protected] is disconnected due to carelessness of the Idea dealer(Mr.RAVI mobile no.[protected]) as he has not submitted the document given to him on
14-oct 2009 till 27-oct 2009.due to this the consumer has to suffer a lot and a negative appears
against the Idea service.Please look into the matter and take necessary steps against the dealer.

i registered with DND service long back and again i am getting calls from several marketing calls in this case i called up customercare but there is no response from their end.
please look into the matter and do the needful.

I have an Idea SIM bearing cell no "[protected]" . I have gifted this mobile to my wife and she always carry this mobile. From last few months my wife getting fake calls , there is a person in Orissa who calls to this mobile time to time. His mobile no. is "[protected]" having PUK no. "12382441". My wife is felling very bad and always bring this to my notice. Also I have warned that person many time not to do such kind of thing. Also I have warned him to go to police but there is no effect on that guy. He is calling my wife again and again. I do not know how to short out this. Where I should go. I do not feel comfortable to go to police as I do not have any particular name and address of that person. Is there any possibilities to get his address and name so that I can go to police with his address and name.

Please advice me how to short out this matter.
