there is no network coverage in my area . my mobile shows not even a single bar of signal

R/S On 20.7.11without my permission the obove provider has activated PUNJABI PORTAL service on my mobile no [protected] . I donot know what is this service and i never used it.Today i called custmer care but no solid responce.The service provider IDEA has added Rs.30 in my monthly. Kindly take the matter .Thanks.

Idea Cellular Ltd. — Wrong billing for my cell phone

I am Gean Mathews from Karnataka,
I happened to enable ISD rate cutter 1ps/sec (for canada and US) which is 59rs for 30days . I did it on 29th July 2011.
However, I was able to enjoy my rate cutter plan for just 1 or 2 days, after that I started getting billed for 3ps/sec. I called customer care many times and as its a paid customer service, I expected a better response. It was really annoying to have someone disconnect my call for various reason like as I am not able to speak in Kanada.
Well I am not at all worried about their way of working. I want my issue to be resolved.
I have complaint number- SR 1-[protected],
Second complaint number- SR 1-[protected]
Later on I got that these complaint could not be resolved, with no explanations.
I hope somebody will read this and help me.

i m a regular idea user from last 8 years. last night my cell showing roaming .in actual i min local due this i can not access my internet .showing roaming only for internet only .no charge to listen for calls or customer .... and showing double network airtel,idea on screen i m using sony w8{e16i} my number is [protected]...plzzzzzzzzzzz

Idea Cellular Ltd. — Prepaid recharge - money taken but no services offered or refund given on funds taken 9690066505

I had earlier received a call from Idea that with 115 recharge I can get full talktime, I started availing the idea services, refunded 115 couple of times successfully, but when I recharged 115 on thursday 18th Aug at 3:30pm via credit card, I got a SMS from Idea – mobile number [protected]
"Dear Customer, Thank you for making a payment of Rs 115 on the Idea Cellular Website. It is being updated in your account"
Having said that I received no recharge, being credit card I assumed sometimes it takes time, but since my card got debited & still after wait received no recharge. I call up Idea 198 for complaints today at 22Aug 12:22 pm, where I spoke to Preeti customer care executive & then call got transferred to her TL, both were adamant, that money is gone, no services will be offered, neither any question of money to be refunded.
They simply stated the scheme has expired, and no longer available, we wont refund, you paid money its your fault.
Neither there was any mention at the time of rechange amount on their website, that this amount can't be serviced, yet Idea took my money & now refuces to either give service or if scheme had expired, ready to refund money taken from me.
Kindly assist.

my incoming and outgoing service is not working from last 7 days without any intimation. however, i have submited the documents before 3 days in idea gallary,and they told me that your service will started within 48 hours but still my service is not started. I was out of station for some days and i din't recrged my mobile. when i came back it was showing disconnected .I have recharged it but still it was disconnected and when i contact idea they told that your number is allocated to some other person and you have lost your money .

we cann't do anything in that case .My number is [protected]
