I Naresh Singh from Kannur. I have an idea customer with cell No-[protected]. I faced a problem regarding to STD Calling
. When I dialing the STD code 0761 of Jabalpur (MP) then my mobile shows CALL REJECTED. In this regard I give some complaints to Customer care but no body knows the HINDI and replied me that call after sometimes. Kindly solve my problem at the earliest.

i have a no of idea postpaid last few month once i did a call c care for confirmation of my internet service98 tariff pack activate or deactivate the employee say sir ur service is aalready activated on ur no. on 15th of feb then i used mobile services and next day i check my bal. amount [protected]@1760 on one day then i call again c care n ask about my bal he say that ur ur internet tarriff is not activate till so this bal is payable by u but when i confermed it then i used so pls understand my problem and resolve soon

im using [protected] post paid connection with idea cellular since last 5+ years, and since then i was getting detailed bill from idea, there was no problem til then they stopped the detailed bill to me, by which i cant see my usage is correct or not, now they are sayin that this sevice is now payable by 49 rs. clip charges, at the same time my friends is having the same corporate connectin and he is getting the detailed bill withouth any disconnection. pls. resolve this issue. i have sent some mail o corporate id and customer care also. but didnt get the response.
