Idea Cellular Ltd. — Stopping of services without intimation | |||
I have done 3G recharge of 1GB worth Rs.249/- on 12th May 2013.On 17th May my 3G services were stopped without any sms,call from Idea. When I contacted customer care I was informed that request was made from customer for stopping the service.When I asked him about intimation of same from operator the executive said that no intimation is done by company in this case. When I asked him to log complaint he refused me by saying that complaint cannot be logged in this case & he is transferring call to his senior. After sometime call was disconnected & no complaint was logged. I did not made any request for same & services were stopped from operator end. This type of issue has also been observed previously. Idea — services start without any intimation
i was very satisfied with services provided by idea. But now from last month,automatically services get started and my balance is deducted. On sending the deact message, the message is not able to send, after hot discussion idea agreed to return 10 rs to my account.
in last week again triple bonanza service is activated automatically and in 6 days my 30 rs. got deducted, on discussion with customer care, they are not ready to repay back my balance.
If this will be the case then i will not be able to go with Idea.
