I am a Idea cell phone user my number is ([protected]) last three years from now.
you are activated that devotional alarm with my activation.and cut my balance nearly Rs30.you called at morning but i did not hear an devotional song till now..and again 3 days back cut my balance .without providing how you are cut my balance..

I called customer care.they told that we are providing service that is you problem like that told negligencely .her name is latha ..And she did not take complaint also..

Tell me now what can i do now?
Is it better to go to consumer court ..
Give me reply or Refund my balance

I AM AN IDEA PREPAID USER AND MY IDEA PRE PAID NO, IS [protected]. ON 22/07/2010 I RECHARGED MY NO. BY Rs.50/-. BUT JUST AFTER MAKING CALLS 13:44 MINUTES ON 22/07/2010, 34 SECONDS, 1:42 MINUTES, 42 SECONDS ON 23/07/2010, BALANCE REMAINED 59 PAISE ONLY. WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE ON 23/07/2010, THEY REPLIED THAT THEY WERE CHECKING THE DEDUCTIONS. IF ANY DEDUCTIONS ARE DONE WRONGLY, THEY WILL REVERSE THE SAME WITHIN 24 HOURS. BUT SINCE NOW, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BALANCE. SUCH TYPE O[censored]NAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS HAS HURTED ME MUCH AND IF MY UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS ARE NOT REVERSED IMMEDIATELY, I WILL BE FORCED BY YOU TO CLOSE IDEA NO. AND USE ANOTHER CELLULER NO. PLEASE GIVE YOUR COMMENTS AND SATISFY ME TO USE THIS No. FUTHER.

Idea cellular Limited - Poor Mobile Services — Without use deduction

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that I am using Idea mobile number – [protected] Delhi region and with this number we are facing without use balance deduction problems on daily basis. I getting SMS in night like “thanks for downloading” without any use and sometimes game charges deducted without use.

As per customer care everything is ok refer to request no- 1-[protected], & 1-[protected]

All GPRS, MMS, & VAS services already deactivated refer to requested number 1-[protected], so you are requested please check reason & re-adjust/add my deducted balance (Rs) on above mentioned mobile number as earliest

Idea Cellular as and when they feel send an SMS stating that

From IY-IDEACL .

"Keyword UNSUB FILMY. Thank you for activating SMS Filmy. Subscription charges Rs.10/week and validity 7 day. Deact Toll Free No.155223".

This is really frustrating as I have never given any requisiton for activation. Moreover, this is the 3rd or 4th time, Idea Cellular is indulging in such cheap activities.


Is this the way to treat a Consumer who tries to be loyal with Idea.

It's a Scam !

I have prepaid connection of Idea and the number is [protected].

Have recharged my mobile yesterday and again today but still I don't allow to call as well as receive any calls. If anyone calls the number it says "Please check the number you dialed" and while want to make call it says "Idea Cellular peh apki swagat hai" and disconnect.

After trying for more than 100 times their executive says you restart and it will start work which is not the case at all.

Just wanted to know which country are we living where company does not bother to provide services after taking money.

Absolutely disgusting services by Aditya Birla group.

Yes it has done after four days. I must say that your call center executives are not educate enough to guide customer. I had to visit your stores and resolved this issue.

idea connection — extra amount deduction

i have taken an idea connection with num [protected](prepaid) i usually charging. rs 15 for 3 days or 200 mb plan. I have charged a voucher of 15 rs by 12th and i have balance of 88mb and expiry limit of this voucher is 15th . already 88mb free there the idea company has deducted 30 rs from my voice voucher and i have called to the customer care and they r not providing me adequate service to clear this. Today 15/8/11. I have called to customer care by 6:15 pm and the lasy who is responsible to gave me the reply is not answeing to me and keep me hold and then cut the line itself. so kindly take steps to clear this

i had a broad band of idea cellular, my Account no.-1.42366852 , Cellular No. : [protected], company has raised false bill between 12th june 2011 and 11th july 2012. against my uses, i spoken to comany employee, but they are rude in behaviour. i came to know from my friends they have also charged more than actual bills by same frenchise company in same period but later on they revert back o[censored]nauthorised charged and they admitted it is because of error in system, i have spoken several times to them but no heed from company.
please see this matter, i shall be highly oblged to you for kind attention.

I have a connection of idea in which there is unauthorized balance deduction by the company. I tried to contact to the customer care several times but there was no answer of my call. It gives me so much mentally stress and i was very upset due to these deduction. Please do as per need in this case.
