DEALER IS NOT COMING TO RECEIVE CUSTOMER APPLICATION FORM TO THE RETAILER SO THE CONNECTION DIDNOT OPPENED AND CUSTOMER(GET)HARRASING DAY BY THE DAY. RESPECTED SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED A IDEA "3G NET SETTER" (IMEI NO:- [protected]) WHICH INCLUDES OF A 3G SIM (MOBILE NO:- [protected], SIM NO:- [protected]) ON DATED 08.05.2013 FROM THE RETAILER "NANDA DULAL TELECOM" VIA CASH MEMO NO: 178. ADDRESS OF THE RETAILER IS: 145/2, ASHOKGARH, KOLKATA-700108. I HAVE GIVEN MY ALL DOCUMENTS(i.e. ZEROX COPY OF VOTER CARD, A PASSPORT PHOTO) WITH ATTACHED CUSTOMER APPLICATION FORM ON DATED: 08.05.2013 BUT THE DEALER OF THE FOLLOWING AREA DIDNOT REACHED TO RECEIVED MY DOCUMENTS TO THE FOLLOWING RETAILER "NANDA DULAL TELECOM" AND DIDNOT PROCESS TO OPEN MY CONNECTION. THE IDEA DEALER IS NOT COMING SINCE MORE THAN THREE WEEKS TO THE SHOP"NANDA DULAL TELECOM" . FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE I VISIT TO THE IDEA CUSTOMER CARE OUTLET STORE IN KOLKATA WHICH LOCATED AT 136,B.T ROAD NEAR DUNLOP GURUDWARA,BARRACKPORE TRUNK ROAD,BOONHOOGLY KOLKATA,WESTBENGAL 700108,(PHONE: +[protected] BUT THEY DIDNOT TAKE ANY ACTION REGARDS THIS MATTER I AM GETTING SO MUCH HARRASSING IN SUCH A MATTER THAT I DIDNOT EVER. I HAVE CONTACTED OUR NEAREST IDEA DEALER (NAMED:BIJOY)WHICH REGARDS ABOVE MENTIONED RETAILER SHOP(NANDA DULAL TELECOM) AREA UNDER DISTRIBUTIONSHIP, BUT HE TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED ME BY MISBEHAVE WITH ME ,SOMETIMES HE ALSO USES SLANG LANGUAGE TO ME ,HE TOTTALY AVOID THE MATTER BY SAYING ME THAT THE IDEA COMPANY HAS STOPPED THEIR 3G SERVICES SO THEY CANNOT HELP ME AND THIS IS NOT THEIR DUTY TO DO SO. . MY QUETION IS IF IDEA COMPANY STOPPED THEIR 3G SERVICES THEN WHY THEY ARE SELLING THIER 3G PRODUCTS IN MARKET?IDEA COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS CHEATED WITH ME.THERE ARE MANY CONSUMERS ARE LIKE ME THAT THEY ALSO CHEATED WITH THE COMPANY AND WITH THEIR DEALERS ALSO. Idea Cellular — No proper information about products and misbehaviour
My idea cell number is [protected]. Its validity got over on 22nd june'09 on that very evening itself i paid 660 Rs. AFTER CONFIRMATION FROM IDEA CUSTOMER CARE that this amount is an army recharge pack with validity for 1 year and WILL SUPPORT ALL VALUE VOUCHERS which IDEA COMPANY IS OFFERING.The recharge was successful but now they say that this army pack does not supports any value voucher...!!!
The confirmation was taken by one shop executive herself and now it is just that they are denying...!!!
The lady says she confirmed it and she is still trying to recharge Rs. 385 value voucher which now I know will not be done till 23rd June'10...!!!
I am really upset because i know this is an expensive deal for me since I do call a lot...!!!
Kindly help me out...
Please guide me the further steps to teach them 1 thing..."DONT COMMITT IF YOU CANT FULFILL"

i visited on your care center situated in ganesh market, hisar to convert my mob no.[protected] into prepais.but they are did not convert it. & give me dhamki that they can do every thing, they can increase my bill which i can noy pay.so i m leave this co. but i want justice. so take suitable action.

Idea Cellular — selling defective piece and no support from idea cellular
I purchased the idea internet data card on 13 apr. 2009. An SMS came to my mobile containing "high speed anytime anywhere internet ideal for home office students professionals. Best buy 2490/- for USB data card. No CD required. Call sms [protected].I called the no mentioned and enquired. lady named Radha Gupta (so called) told me that she will send a lady named Shalini to my residence and she will give me the usb card for 2490+310 (data card plus one month unlimited surfing time.).
The lady came to my residence in the alto and sold me the data card after submission of photocopy of my photo ID. She told me that it will activate within one hour and then I can surf.
After some time I got the activation message (SMS). But the surfing was not available. I contacted the lady (Radha Gupta) she told that it will take 2 to 3 hrs to start internet. After that I restarted the computer and connected the net, it started nut after 2 minutes it disconnected. After some time I restarted computer again and connected. It remain connected just for 1 minute.
I asked the lady and told my problem she told me to call [protected] (customer care).
Mr. Saurabh attended the phone on customer care. He told me to go to idea store where the problem will be addressed. I went to jaipuria plaza sec 26 Noida. Initially the persons there refused to address any problem but later on person checked the datacard and found the problem. He advised me to call the persom from whom I purchased the card.
I contacted the lady and she assured me thar tomorrow (17 apr) shalini will come to you and get the things done.
Later on calling the lady refused to help, ignored my phone calls and behaved bad.
I am so embarrassed from all this.
I not only lost 2800 Rs. My precious time, my phone charge (above 150 Rs.).
Idea person came to me to sale their product and even just after selling they didn’t responded and behaved so rudely.
Kindly look into the matter seriously.
