Sir, I was using my docomo number [protected] since last 3 years. I took Mobile number portability and changed my service provider to Idea. I submitted my passport (made before 3 months from bangalore), pan card and DL as address proof to Idea. But they just told that your address is not verified and blocked my 3 years old number. I was using this number for all my day to day activities. I am very frustrated now. My number is blocked since last 15 days. I am not able to understand what can I do. I went to Idea cellular office in HSR layout bangalore more than 10 times but no one is helping. I told them if they are not able to portable my number to idea then please give my old connection. But nothing happened.

My one simple question from Idea, if the Police can reach to my home for address verification during passport only before 3 months, I am living at same address, why Idea did not. They never called on my alternate number, and telling that the address is not verified.


Please HELP ME..

my idea postpaid cellular no is [protected]. for this number en expected billing amount is added, and my out going is also disconnected. if i contact to costumer service they are saying you just pay the amount now we will provide out going service after next month billing we will reduce the amount from your paid bill.

Please don't allow this type of irrespective things by service providers.

my Rs 65 has been detected without my permission. i received 3 SMS stating that i have activated services like Gamepind (Rs 20/-), Dialtone (Rs 15/-), Dial tone (Rs 30/-). I have not applied for any of these services. I don't want these service and I want my Rs 65/- back.

Hello sir/madam,
i have submitted the request for change my SIM (+91-[protected]) services from postpaid to prepaid to IDEA Office ,G-2,Pramila Plaza,Near Chuhan Piyau,Thatipur,Morar. Gwalior 474006. on 27 may 2013.
And i regularly check there status but they can't properly response,My sim is not activated from last 15 days.
i have to face many problems because of this.

Please register my complaint and take proper action against this office.

Bought New lumia 720 8 june 2013. On back it was promo offer of 2GB 3G data for 2 months. For that, i bought new connection

My name is Vishal Brahmbhatt ( [protected])and I applied for MNP from Vodafone postpaid to Idea prepaid as I am fed up with Vodafone network congestion nowadays on 9 May 2013. I submitted duly filled application at Parth enterprise who is idea customer care at Adajan , Surat on 9 may 2013 as well as I paid my due bills with Vodafone. I waited for one week and went to idea care but they said it is still under process. After waiting another one week , I went there as idea call centre do no have my mnp status. But they informed me after two weeks that my id proff photo copy is not clear and I need to again feel up form and generate new UPC as old one expired due to this third class idea guy. I gave all and waited for another one week but they said now they want one more photo and submitted application form. I got one sms from Vodafone that they rejected my mnp request due to invalid UPC code so I again went to idea care and ask them. They again forwarded my request to Vodafone. After three days, on 8th June 2013, I got Vodafone message that my mnp request rejected due to non clearing last month dues though I called customer care on6th june only and settle my dues against my deposit of Rs.3000/- which I paid in 1997 which they agreed. Despite of it. they rejected so I paid my May 2013 bill on 9th June 2013 through www.vodafone.in and paid Rs.433. They I asked Vodafone to clear my mnp request and now they said that my request rejected due to wrong upc code and now they asked me to re generate same third time.

So it means I am fool who do same again and again and will be not get proper service both from idea and Vodafone as they it seems idea guys are bribed by Vodafone to not accept or process any port out reuest from Vodafone.

I want immediate solution both from idea and Vodafone or else I will move to consumer court and seek redressal.

I recharged my prepaid mobile no [protected] for Rs 111 (bachat pack). I got 'recharge was sucessful' message on my comp screen, i found that balance from the my sbi a/c was also deducted by the same amount. But i havn't got any balance added on my mobile phone. I have every proof of recharge transaction. I got www.ideacellular.com's screenshot of recharge sucessful and sbi a/c summary from where we can see that amount has been paid to Idea for recharge. This is very disgusting experience for me, so please help me to get my mobile phone recharge by the Rs 111 pack.

I took a new Idea connection on tuesday 04th june 2013. At the same time i also informed them that i wanted to transfer my number from tata docomo. The agent from idea came to my office. collected my documents and i was infomred my number would be active in 7 days. the number has not beeen activated and also porting from tata docomo has also not taken place. they cherged me 100rs for the sim card

2 months ago I subscribed a internet service on my idea sim which cost Rs 5 daily I have called more than 10 times to deactivate the service they are saying that there is a technical problem call after 4 hrs. I called them after 4 hrs they again told that there is a technical problem call after 4 hrs and so on. They gave me a number and told that I can deactivate this service using that number but when i called at that number than the option came that this service is not suscribed but Rs are continuosly cutting please do something and help me till today they have cutted more than Rs 100. [{(HELP ME)}]

Hi I am using idea sim since 7years and the sim card is on My name itself. 25days before the idea cellular has disconnected my number without informing me and idea has now recycled the sim and company have recycled within 25days. Company is failed to follow TRAI rules as they disconnected the sim and recycled within 25days even though I have provided the proper documents. Number is [protected] (KARNATAKA). Kindly help me to get my number back now. Because of this I am facing much problem as I am business man. As I am facing much problem for contact. TRAI has to take strong action on Idea Cellular regarding this type of mischievous things done by Idea Cellular. Kindly help me to get my number back again. Regards. I purchased Nokia Lumia 720 yesterday on 11 june 2013 which has an offer of 2GB of 2G/3G data free internet per month for 2 months.

After I got my handset and inserted micro sim , BUT till now it is not yet activated.....

Please Help !!!

i recharged 248 rupees for 1gb data pack in 3g of idea 2 days back.but i was not getting ant net service for 2 days.today i called customer care.they told that supreme court has ordered to stop 3g service of idea in bihar about 1 month ago.but the company did not inform any customer about that.now they are denying to pay me back.also i had been harassed for previous 2 days by absence of any net service.

As I'm a user of Idea Cellular, I was using my number [protected] since 2007 and suddenly without any intimation or any call company has blocked services of my number, due to which i'm facing a lot of problems and after that when i've been to their Zonal Office in Dehradun to submit my documents on which i had taken my number, they denied to take that documents and now telling me that it is not on your name.



Kindly help me in the same and provide me the solution regarding this as I'm under mental pressure due to this.

I had brought a nokia lumia and got a bundled offer of 2 gb per month 3g data.I still have about 1.5 gb left still then today their was a deduction of 127 INR for using 3g .This is a really pathetic trick idea uses to exploit customers with their un authorized charges.

I had applied to get my number ported from Idea to Tata Docomo on 25th of May. I received a message from DOCOMO on May 27th saying that my request for MNP has been registered. It has been about 15 days but still the process hasn't got completed. When I contacted the local office of Tata Docomo, I was informed that my number hasn't been released by your company because of which it hasn't been added to the Tata Docomo Network. As I don't have any outstanding bills of any kind, your company has no reason to block the transfer of my number. I don't know the reason for not allowing my number to port. Hence I request you to do the needful so that I can at least leave your company on a happy note after suffering numerous problems during my nearly 4 years association with your company.

my no. [protected] have been using idea post paid services for more than 2 years, what i found in this bill is a SMS -MT charges of 214 for no reason, i find this happening with other customers, this is a kind of cheap trick played by your renowed service, please correct the same and issue the fare bill..if no action is taken by you the trust on you will be dissolved and i prefer switching to other network in no time...

I gave a portability request & the very next day I got a call from idea , they promised me to give me a better network & Internet services , if i would stick with idea
They are still not fulfilling their promise !
From past 8 months ,I kept complaining the idea care about its network ,but there's still no solution
Yesterday they have deductedRs.7/- from my account
I gotta know when I received this text

"You have recharged Rs 7.00. Enjoy benefit of valid till the expiry date 10.07.2013."

& I don't know the reason behind it.
Idea people think we are fools so we should let this go !!!
Noways, idea has become one of the worst network provider ,
Personally ,never expected this from idea, I always thought idea was the best , but not anymore,
it sucks!!
The Internet speed at my residence is very low
I've complained about this also
& it's still the same!!
Idea is not taking it's responsibility
I've given them a year of time almost
But it's still the same, very disappointing
The other network performance is very good when compared to idea
So , I've thought that I will switch to some other network if there's no improvement this month.

There are a series of complaints that I have raised in the last one month on the issue of CHARGES in the post paid bill for Ring Back Tones feature. However, without any proper response, the issues are closing by the customer care team.

Issue: Every month (in the last 12 months or more than that) there is a monthly charge for RING BACK TONE (caller tunes).
1. I have NOT subscribed for this service.
2. Call me to my number now itself and check if there is any service that YOU are providing on my number.
3. So, without providing any service that you are charging me for the Ring Back Tone feature.
4. Though I raised a complaint, without fixing the issue, the complaint was closed.

Hello, I subscribed to Idea's 3G Datacard services on May 14th and was getting pretty good speed for about two weeks. Since last Monday, the speed has been hovering around 140kbps and when I called customer center they advised me to get an Idea Netsetter and not use any other unlocked 3G datacard device. I went and bought a new netsetter device in a couple of hours and still have the same problem. I called Customer center again and went through their primitive technical troubleshooting( Network> manual search> delete cookies etc) which I have already done thousand times with no success. They filed a case number SR# C1-[protected] and told me that the local area bandwidth would be looked at in the next few days. But, as soon as I got the case number, I got another email saying the case was closed to my surprise. I used Airtel 3G Datacard before and it was really good for 2 years when I was in Gurgaon. After talking to some people here in Dehradun, I decided to go with Idea and two phone SIMs and one datacard much to my dismay. The Customer Center and authorized dealer of Idea Cellular her play deceiving games. CS sends you to the authorized customer care center and Customer care center asks you to call 12345. I will wait for a few more days and if the slow speed issue continues, I will have to take all my business to another service provider.
