Dear Sir,
Request you to kindly do the needful to rectify the fault im unable to use my pre paid sim-[protected] .Its services are barred from last one month .While on using the card on roaming its got offline.

I am holding a corporate connection no.[protected]Idea cellular) since 09.11.2010. I wanted an add-on connection with similar benefits, for which gave call to Mr. Vishal (contact no. [protected]) and handed over all necessary documents asked on 13.11.2010. A sim card[protected] was offered to me with an assurance of getting it activated within 24 hours. As on today ie. 19.11.2010 till 3:20 pm, it is not activated.
I had to continue using my vodaphone no. in roaming and kept calling this agent for 'n' no. of times. He does not bothered to pick the phone and reply and sent sms today ie. on 19th Nov that it will get activated by 3.00 pm today. I am still waiting for activation. The IDEA customer care showed their helplessness and simply asked to resubmit the documents. Is it not a kind of harassment and mental fatigue caused account of an irresponsible behaviour?

I have buy a post paid sim (91-[protected]) of idea compny before 1year.then i have done sim post paid to prepaid in the date of 7/02/2011 and i have paid total bill 680/-that recived invoice no. is 599301 they after that day the sim is closed then this reason i have losed my business on some days and i m visit an perday And continue tolk to mr. nitin vishvakarma & there is not respons to me.and use the miss langvage.please consider this mater

Very next day My out going is barred,
Executive and related managers are not picking up my call
please give me justice

Bought this idea prepaid sim on 27th november 2012 but sim is yet not activated...

retailer said after buying it will take max 2 days to activate.when i approached them they said the system is offline and not taking the new numbers...kindly activate my sim

The felt sorry and activated my number in 5mins.

I have bought a new idea prepaid sim card 2 days before(20/06/2015). But my sim card not yet activated. I cannot avail any service. Please do activate my sim card as soon as possible.
