Idea Cellular — Worst Customer Service

I am using Idea Cellular Postpaid connection from 2 years now. I have purchased another postpaid number from Lajpat nagar office and its being more then 10 days and the number is not activated yet. When you call these people they don't answer the call or they turn there phone off. When you call Customer care, they always ask you to wait for 48-72 hours. I am still amazed with there response, that activating a number can take more then 10 days.

Worst service I have ever seen in my life.

Idea Cellular — Worst type of Service

Sir,
EVERY TIME I RECHARGE MY NUMBER, THE AMOUNT IS DEDUCED WITH OUT ANY INFORMATION. WHENEVER I ASK ABOUT IT THEY TELL ME THAT YOUR HELLO TUNE IS ACTIVATED BECAUSE OF IT WE HAVE DEDUCTED YOUR AMOUNT .BUT I HAVE NEVER REQUESTED FOR IT.
I HAVE ACTIVATED DON'T DISTURB ME FOR MY NUMBER, EVEN AFTER ACTIVATION THEY ARE STILL CALLING .

I HAVE BEEN FACING THE SAME PROBLEM EVERY MONTH FROM LAST THREE MONTHS.

WHEN EVER I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THEY DO NOT RESPOND PROPERLY FOR THE PROBLEM AND TELL ME THAT IT WILL SOLVE IN NEXT 3 DAYS TIME AND DISCONNECT THE CALL OR JUST HANG ME UP JUST ANY INFORMATION FOR LONG HOURS...

IS THIS THE WAY THEY ARE PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE?????????

AND THERE MOTTO IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION...

HOW CAN A CUSTOMER BE SATISFIED WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE ?????????????

I have logged for 'Do Not Disturb Servie'. They has given code for register the same but more than TWO days passes but it has been not stop distrubing callls

sir i activated your gprs 20 plan but that time plan was not activated within 24 hours and the activation took place after 48 hours and my amount of 20 rs was deducted from account and after 5 hrs the plan got deactivated without using 24 hours of internet and from that time i am very dissatisfied with idea services and i didnt get amount of rs 20. its very shameles for idea
Sir, I have not activated your GPRS20 plan. But everyday 20Rs. Deducted my account... Pls unsubcribe this plan.. My Mobile No. was[protected]
Dear Sir,

I am using idea coorporate connection ([protected]) with 699(annual plan) since more than 2 years, i was using 99 GPRS plan but in Feb 2010 Idea has changed my GPRS plan in Rs.150 without any further intimation and permission, when i asked Customer Care they are saying this is company policy, when i say, i will escalte this to your senior manger than customer care executive (Level-2 guy) start laughing on my words in phone itself,
So i want some solution for this, this type of behavior and service is not good for any idea customer.

Idea — worst service

Sir,
i am a customer on idea since it was spice before may be 4 years, running a small freelancing company from past 4 to 5 months i do not get maximum no. of call from my clients the reason was i am not reachable by when i call customer care they send a text saying over person will call you back with in 2 or 3 days, but never turned up

and the latest thing was i lost my cell 6 months ago after which i changed my prepaid to postpaid after which i have not paid my bill in time because i dint receive my bill but when i as the idea store person they say every person can there ask the out standing amount and pay the bill is it the way to pay the bill

last thing is i told the idea store person regarding the network issue at my place in the morning time, i was surprised because he told only for 2 streets in may locality there is no proper network at peak hours he cant help with it

Hello,

Its really very sad to know that the telecommunication giant Idea gives a fake timelines for Sims to get activate after providing complete required documents to their outlet.
I have been using it just as a device for incoming & outgoing calls and am unable to avail any other service
from their Customer service centres like dialing numbers '4444' or '12345' with a autoreply as
"You have not submitted your documents hence you can not avail this services"

I have been frustrated by idea mobile services i have requested many times at customer care to stop 5/- per day rental gprs plan . but plan is still not deactivated after 3 days of reviving confirmation of deactivation.

Idea Cellular — Worst Service ever

Hi

I am currently in Singapore and have a Idea no. Due to extended usage of some money it got disconnected 3 days back. 2 days back I paid the money and they said it will get connected in 1 hour. It has not happened. I send my wife to the idea customer office in Delhi and they are asking for passport copy etc. I have been travelling with this same no from last 1 year across different countries. They are not willing to listen or help at all. I am in a different country and my phone is not working though I have paid all dues. They do not reply to any mails send to there service centre email. If you call from singapore to there customer care they keep you on hold. I have spend more money trying to call there customer care than the actual bill value

This is the worst service ever.

Worst Mobile Service by IDEA.. Beliving Tv Ads, I took Idea Network but the services is worst, Even though IThere is full signal in my mobile People who calling me from other sides telling me that they hearing my mobile is switched off...Regarding GPRS services,,,Idea need to that stop services,,,I lost lot of money on that... No use of it,,,, BAD,,WORST...Service Ever seen...Even Customer Care is not GOOD,,,,,
The executives in the customer care department...are worst...donot know how to behave with the customers and the provider is activating chargeable service without prior permission of myself...Please take care of my problem...
