[Resolved] Idea Netsetter — NO NETWORK COVERAGE | |
I have purchased an IDEA NET SETTER HIGH SPEED EDGE / GPRS INTERNET DEVICE FROM A DEALER AT YARI ROAD, ANDHERI W. The Sim card has A DECENT Network Coverage when inserted in the MOBILE but WHEN THE DEVICE IS INSERTED IN THE LAPTOP OR COMPUTER, THE CONNECTION IS AUTHENTICATED BUT THE NETWORK COVERAGE GOES NIL. THIS HAPPENS WHEREVER I MOVE 1ST FLOOR OR 5TH FLOOR. BANDRA OR VILE PARLE EVERYWHERE. VERY SURPRISINGLY EVEN THE NETWORK ENGINEER DID NOT TURN UP EVEN AFTER HE CALLED ME TO CONFIRM MY ADDRESS.
