I HAVE BUYED WASHING MACHINE ON[protected] WITH GREAT HOPE OF IFB PRODUCTS.THE MACHINE WAS SHAKING AND SO MANY TIMES OF COMPLAINTS FROM STARTING DATE, THE SERVICER OF HYDERBAD WAS REPLACED SPRINGS IN THE MACHINE, AFTER TWO MONTHS THE PROBLEM WAS REPEATED.IAM NOT HAPPY AND IAM NOT BELEAVIG THE HYD.SERVICE .SO, IAM COMPLAINT TO YOU BY MAIL FOR BETTER .I HOPE U WILL BETTER, OTHER WISE I WILL GO CONSUMER COURT.THIS IS NOT DEMANDING, PLEASE UNDERSTAND MY MENTAL TENSION.PLEASE REPLACE THE UNIT AND GIVE ME NEW UNIT.I INTRODUCE YOUR PROUDUCT IN MY APARTMENT AND PURSCHASED SAME PRODUCTS 4 MACHINES IN THE FLATS.THERE WAS NO PROBLEM TO THEM. IFB WASHING MACHINE — Not Attending to Complaint
I registered a complaint for my IFB washing machine, which is under AMC, on[protected]. But to my surprise no one has attended to the complaint till date. whats more frustrating is that the customer care is least bothered with this and show a laid back attitude. I have contacting the Faridabad service center but no one is willing to listen to the complaint. My complaint no is 2400163. contact no 2255422.
