full auto washing machine — motor bearings sound
the motor is good but bering sound is very high but for that the motor replacement is no solation.please tale us where itis repaire in pune. motor is sound
well the suction pipe or hose pipe whtsoever, i ll say the intake pipe to drum is damaged, well its a rubber part and it can get damageid easily, why other alternative cant be as to change the rubber part after every time it gets damaged and the service people dunna visit on time, i ll advise for an alternative, R&D heads here, as the 20, 000 machine is not wrking bcoz of 10 rs pipe,
IFB WASHING MACHINE — Part Replacement
Washing machine is under the AMC, made a complaint on 5.7.09 ticket no 3219248 which was attended on 7.7.09. I was told that motor is to be replace since it is not working, from that day till this day I am everyday calling the service centre and is been told that the motor is not available. I have purchased IFB washing machine from M/s R.D.Kothari Co., Varanasi presently it is at my home (Mirzapur), My IFB washing machine is duly under AMC .My current AMC number is 3394.As, my washing Machine'sfront door is defective, I had complained for atleast 20 times on the Ph no.[protected] of Mr. Ravi . Mr.Mayank-Ph.No:[protected] had a visit at my home 2-3 month back and after inspection he declared that front door becomr defective and need replacementon and also assured me that he will replace it within a week. However, after several telephonic requests, neither he or any other representatives have attended to my problem.Till date, i.e, 30th july 09, we still await for the replacement of the door, due to this we are not able to use the machine.My problem may kindly be attended in a urgent basis

I PURCHASED A IFB WASHING MACHINE 5 KGDIVA ON DT. 11/09/2007 (INVOICE NO.534/ CHALLAN NO. 534 DT. 11/09/2007)FROM M/S. SHREE STATUS SWATI APPARTMENT, NR. ANDHRA BANK TIMALIYAWAD NANPURA SURAT-395001. PHONE[protected]/6535855.MY MACHINE BECAME OUT OF ORDER THEREFORE WE LODGED A COMPLAINT IN CUSTOMER CARE ON DT. 28/07/2009. NEXT DAY SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED AT OUR RESIDENCE, HE CHECKED THE MACHINE AND FOUND THAT ITS CONTROL CARD IS NOT WORKING. HE SAID THAT WE WILL PROVIDE THE CONTROL CARD ON 01/08/2009 BUT HE COULD NOT COME TO ATTEND THE MACHINE TILL DATE (DT. 07/08/2009) HOWEVER WE ARE REGULARLY FOLLOWING THE MATTER WITH IFB CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTER OFFICIALLS AT SURAT AND AHEMADAWAD BUT NOBODY IS TELLING THE REASON OF DELAY.
IT SEEMS THAT MY MACHINE IS UNDER WARRENTY SO THAT THEY ARE NOT TAKING INTEREST AND PASSING THE TIME.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM OF OUR WASHING MACHINE.

IFB 6 kg Digital washing machine — Machine stopped while running

We have made a complaint on 11th july to attend the washing machine complaint ticket no:3242662 & the technician came, found some electronic board failure .He informed us that, it will be replaced in a week's two days
Even after 36 days, it was not rectified & we have spoken to coimbatore local service office Mr.Mareswaran, Mr.Damu, Mr.Sivaraj, Mr.Pandian & Mrs.Anandhi several time .Also they gave second ticket no as:3369377 on 13/8.
But till 2.30pm of 19/8, it was not attended
We need to resolve this IFB no service issue

The service center at Udaipur Rajasthan is not responding to the complain,the phone on counter isalways kept in busy mode when visited personally the reply at counter is " We keep it like that"

Spoken to boss. the service man visited the place and want of part went away and not return till now.
I am a busy house wife also beside my busy profession.
The company is Ready to sale the product but, always put the consumer in difficulty and made them to
run disparately,with no alternative,but to fall in the hands o[censored]nauthorized agencies.
Please keep diligent and responsive staff to give proper service and not like you Udaipur service center.

they are not giving spares to individuals with proper receipt .

I donot understand why the IFB is not willing to make available washing machine spares as belt when there is no necessity of serviceman at costomer end.AS such company is enforcing to gain extra charges for home visit to fix the spares as belt too.

Then after words I used my machine once and I recognize that there is leakage in machine. Then I saw
the machine and I found that front doors rubber is broken. From that day I did not use machine.
And I am trying to contact with costumer care from last few days but I can't get connected why I don't
know. I think that IDEA cellular is not supporting this kind of facility.
I have sent an email twice to "[protected]@ifbglobal.com" but I can't get reply.
I am requesting you to change machine's rubber as soon as possible.

ifb, — not working while on the swith
i have purchased the washing machine two years back on 6th Dec 2007. it is not used till last month. Three weeks back i check it to start the machine, it is ready to work and after four days it is not working what is it's problem My AMC No.0027214 ICR NO.33516/28.02.09. My complaints was
1.Noise in the drum when it rotates anticlock wise
2.Not functioning of regulator.
After made several requests that too after a month, they attended.
The regulator was replaced. I was told that the noise will not be there since the regulator was replaced. But then the noise is there evenafter. I followed the representatives. They were told that the service agency is changed but till date even after a lapse of 3 months there is no response.
More over customer could not able to fix on saturdays/sundays as the door is locked in the regular working days in the case of both are employed.
Special attention may be given to the requests of, where both of them are working.
Still the drum noise is there. IFB may depute its rep. for rectification.

IFB SENATOR WASHINE MACHINE — MACHINE HAS FAULT OF WATER AND SPEED
I have lodged complaint of my washing machine on 20-Oct-2009 at Reliance Mart-Jamnagar. IFB service engineer has visited after approx 20 days and numerous phone reminders. In one visit, he attended partly and conveyed that some part needs to be changed. Again numerous phone reminders but reply of part not received due to some audit. Committments made and broken again and again. Coming Tuesday , Friday, Next week and so on ..............It was really disgracing but being optionless still keeping patience that IFB washing machine shall be attended one day.

I'm also facing the same problem with IFB Washing machine. I've lodged a complaint on[protected] and am yet to receive a response. The mart people are also not responsive. The customer care executive at Reliance Mart is not even willing to give me the contact details of the representative from IFB. I really wonder how such a reputed brand can be so indifferent towards customer complaints.
Instead of going by the brand, I now feel that it is always wise to choose a brand after checking the availability of service centres in the vicinity. Else we may have to face such problems, irrespective of the brand.
Let us see how long it takes for my Washing machine to come back to shape.
