my ifb front loading washing machine 8 years old.complint is (1)drainout pipe is leaking and (2)burn the circute wire.Noe the machine is not working

I Rohit Srivastava R/o 1/ 39 Ruchi Khand - I, Sharda Nagar Raibarely Road, Lucknow is a customer of IFB fully Loaded washing Machine since 2005 during this period we have facing some problem of Leakage and power problem but this was not continous process . Now this problem increased before 2 months and i have seen sparking in the bank side of machine and somting has burn out and black somke coming out from nods.

Please sent some one and repair the same as soon as posible.

Having registered complaint (No 3362070) and inspite of numerous reminders, no responce from the local service centre. Expect you to respond immediatly, warranty period is getting over by 20th.

IFB - Washing Machine — Leakage

I bought a washing machine of IFB make about 5/6 yrs ago. 2 yrs back it started leaking water and also giving toooooo uch sound towards the ending i.e. while spinning the clothes for easy drying. I called on my reseller. He could not solve it. Infact there is no service available for IFB in my entire rayalaseema zone of AP. Some how i could get the customer cell nos. and tried to register a complaint, but in vain. This is very bad.

Hi, We had purchased the washing machine a year back. There was a water leakage for sometime and now since a week its not working. Kindly assist.

For the last 6 months I am suffering with the leakage problem.
I have complained so many times. The technicians do respond and visit but the problem remains the same.
Every time they look at the machine and say dont put too many clothes and go away.
After persistantly running after them they came and changed the rubber on the door. The problem still exist.
With only half the load the water is pouring out.
I am now out of the gaurantee period.
I receive calls for annual subsription.
I am just fed up.
either the technicians are useless or the machine.

IFB WASHING MACHINE — leakage

i have made complaint regarding leakage from the tub on 31.8.2010 but till no positive response have been given.our complaint no is 5026939

I purchased IFB Eva Sx Washing Machine on[protected]. On[protected] company technician came, gave Demo and the very First wash launched and he left my house.

After completion of wash, as per his instructions I tried to unplug the water pipe adopter. The whole adopter came out of pipe.I tried to fit it to pipe, but the screws are not working. I am not able to fit it.

On[protected] I registered complaint with company by phone.

On[protected] company technician came, examined and he said like this: THIS ADOPTER IS OUT OF WORK and THE COMPANY WILL NOT REPLACE IT AS IT WILL NOT COME UNDER WARRANTY/GUARANTY. I astonished after hearing these words.

I invested Rs 26, 500/- for IFB Washing Machine (including accessories)

I think I AM THE FOOLEST PERSON IN THIS WORLD WHO INVESTED Rs 26, 500/- for washing of just 5 pairs of dress.
