[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service persons not attending

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

IFB Washing Machine — Faulty Machine given still no action

Sir,

I have bought IFB Washing machine Elena model from Jain Traders, Thane(w) a year ago.
Since we bought it, it toring our cloths and even after dozens of complaints, no considerable measures were taken. Dhandeep services which are official service providers for IFB just do nothing other than sending technicians which do nothing other than visiting. Operator Farah and incharge Yogesh from dhandeep services are very arrogant and irresponsible and they don't know how to talk to customers.

IFB / Elena Delux — poor customer service

i brought elena delux washing machine four month back fron ethos chembur .heater grounded and machine is not working properly i gave compliant to customer service four time all four time mechanic came and assured me that thay we will change the heater and solve the problem next day but unfortunately nobody came back to solve the problem this is very poor service to customer from ifb washing machine customer care .pls help me

From the above cited Tkt No. 3024126 dated 13.05.2009, you will kindly appreciate that the machine under AMC remains under breakdown for the period more than a month, even though we are following up on phone[protected] and[protected] regularly. More over, after entering in to the present AMC on 20.09.2008, first service visit of your rep was after 8 months i.e. on 15.05.2009 that too against our complaint. You do not provide any preventive maintenance of the machine and attend only breakdown call that too at your will and desire. If this the kind and type of services are offered, we feel that we have been chited by IFB under head of AMC.

Will you please look in to the matter and set right our machine without any further delay.

I brought a FBI washing Machine three years ago. Till few weeks back it was functioning normally. But few weeks ago I started noticing that the machine is not washing clothes properly and the water level in the drum is not as it used to be earlier.
For this purpose i contacted the local service centre and requested for the requisite service.Since then I have called upon the cusromer care centre many times but they are just not interested in coming to my place to check the machine.
Customer service of IFB is undoubtedly very poor. Even few of our relatives have also been a victim of such unproffessional approach of the Customer care service.
Please let me know if there is any solution to my problem.

This is with reference to above complaint.The problem is rectified, since the new pump ha been fixed, after giving us a miserable time.
Recently it was informed to us that the phon no. provided on AMC is changed.And this changed no. further needs to be activated by BSNL separately, in case we call on this no. using our landline or mobile.
Don't you think that proper way to avoid inconvinience to the customer is to inform them timely regarding changed no. or activation process?
We actually faced the hectic time till the complaint was attended.DO YOU THINK WE WILL EVER SUGGEST ANYBODY TO GO FOR THE PURCHASE OF IFB PRODUCTS AFETR SUCH EXPERIENCE?

IFT 6KG DIGITAL WASHING MACHINE — SOAP POWDER NOT INCLUDED

WHEN MY MACHINE RUNNING, THE SOAP POWER IN THAT COMPARTMENT WAS NOT INCLUDED INTO THE MACHINE. SOAP POWER FULLY SETTLED BALANCE AT THE END OF THE WASHING.

IFB Washing Machine — No service in spite of Machine covered under AMC

I have paid AMC worth Rs. 2, 200 to IFB for the period May 08 to May 09. There is not even a phone call for service neither anybody came during this period. However they PROMPTLY called me for renewal from may 09. I have regisetered complaint with IFB on 20th Apr 09 ( ref: tck no. 2943875) and followed on 9th May 09 (ref tck no. 3008894) and further followed on 21st May 09 (Ref. tck no. 3051191) and the STATUS IS SAME and IFB has not taken care till today (22nd june) to close the issue

IFB Washing M/C 6 Kg Senator — Not satisfied with machine performance

The said WM was purchased from AK Gandhi, Yeshwant Stadium Nagpur about less than a year.
The abnormal noise came from m/c.On attending by your Service Enginer, the blade casting found cracked.It was replaced.

Afier repairs m/s is NOT RINSING the clothes.The washed clothes are not found clean and washed!!.The complaint was registered with AK Gandhi a fortnight ago.No one attended.

Before this we had Whirlpool top loading white magic.It NEVER give any proble.

When we wanted to change our m/c due to aging, we believed IFB's reputation and gone for it.

Really, the m/c performance is not as expected.Appears this perticular machine have manufacturing defect.Kindly replace the machine.

I moved from Chennai to Bangalore during the month of March and one of the technician from IFB Chennai had packed the washing machine and informed me that he had put all the required parts in machine and packed it but when the IFB technician arrived at my place in Bangalore and began to unpack and connect (unpacked it in front of me) and he informed me saying that the filter is missing which costs around Rs. 2000. I have checked the whole house and still not finding the same, request your kind attention and let me know how to go about with this
I made a complaint at about 11.00 am yesterday (ticket no 3176023) but no one has come to attend to it even after 24 hrs although i have a two years' valid service contract.

Being a responsible public service and public related industry the minimum common sense that the problems should solved by the concerned persons. Day to day review must be made by the head quarter whether the problems solved or not and .

I have purchased washing machine model DIVA Sl no. 023150 on 23.04.09 from Skylab enterprise, Haldia. From the very beginning the machine becomes huge vibration. At the time of rinse it became turned around. Service man came & checked the leveling. But nothing has been solved. Problem is as it is. I am waiting for your feed back.

My machine are not working since 6th they said they have get spare board power, and they fixed it, but till now it not working, when we asked them one Mr.Duri, Thiru, Ms Mona, all they said they have send right person who knows the work for degital machine ( they say it japan model) only have to come so they dont have such person, untill now they have not send the person, why the company selling such
machines to consumer, India doesnot have consumer sense, we dont have laws for amc or we are getting cheated by the multinational companies, Really we need more stringent laws for handling such
companies.
