[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service persons not attending

My IFB washing machine purchased in the month of Jan.2009 in Hyderabad and it is under AMC. Sr. no is WTSTR6kg B 057874. In spite of the repeated request to the help line service persons could not able to solve problem. For the past one month we are suffering with this type of service extended by hyderabad IFB service agency.
My complaint nos. 3095205, 3105665 (SMS received from the company stating that your complaint has been resolved). With out solving the problem, how they can close the complaint (God only knows). Again, I lodged a complaint vide no. 3186048. I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude. Very very poor customer service.I am unable to get their higher officials' contact nos/E mail ID to proceed further.

My Ticket no. 3156322 dated 18-06-09 for IFB machine under AMC Motor is not working.complaint has been given at varanasi ifb office.yr varanasi officials reply that motor can not changed with in 2 month of AMC. being I have reminded them everyday. . What action can we take?

ifb washing machine Digital 5 Kg — service man not responding

I have brought the washing machine few month before and the this january onwards it is not working and i complaint to the service they examined and told me a weight in the front load should be replaced the machine in warranty period yet they have not replaced it and when they were not reponding to my complaint

I proposed my complain from january 23 but so for you have not reponding properly and your are not consentrating on customer complaint and your are giving me mental risk on buying your ifb product.

Problem:Drum shaft bearing worn out. too much of noise .doesnt rinse properly, temp setting not working, after installing a new control switch.

My IFB washing machine is under AMC.i thought it was the best in the industry of consumer care. In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine, no one turn up. The complaint was made 1month ago.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude. Everytime I have to route the complaint through their call centre and follow with local service centre. With frequent attempts I could manage to get the technician two times during the last 16 days, still the problem has not been rectified and the machine is dummy now. Very very poor customer service. If anyone wants to purchase IFB Washing machine, then be prepared for the forgo problems.

COMPANY NOT SAYING ANYWHERE THAT THE COMPUTER CHIP IS NON REPAIRABLE.

IF THE CHIP GOES OUT OF ORDER U HAVE TO REPLACE IT BY PAYING 4500/-

My IFB washing machine is under problem in shock absorber, bearing and powder loading dub drawer areas. AMC amount is also paid Rs.2637/- vide receipt cum invoice no.8057 dt.02/06/09 at Thanjavur. But the complaint is not attended still dt.

I am fully agreed with you. Same I have also faced and it's keep on moving in repairing cycle.

PLEASE DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF IFB.. IT'S REALLY WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I am in a similar situation, We bought the IFB supremo in New Delhi and enjoyed a great AMC service for 5 years, shifted to Bangalore in 2006, took up a new AMC and have had a horrible experience ever since. I have already paid for a new motor in additon to AMC (the technician did not install a new one though), the motor does not work, got another one, even this one does not do the job. The technician keeps telling us he will come, the manager commits the same and nothing happens. I am planning to now move out of IFB and buy a new washing machine

I have lodged several complaints regarding my senator washing machine, but have not received any response from service personnel.

I 've informed your representative over phone about the complaint. but he simply asked me to inform the customercare service without proper response.

IFB/ washing machine — Very Poor Service

I have filed a complaint stating that my washing machinee is not tumbling on 22nd June 2009 (customer complaint no 3166750 dtd 22.06.09). They have registered the complaint and send a service engineer to my residence. After checking the machine thoughroughly, he has told us that the drum need to be changed and since my machine is under AMC from IFB I will be getting the same repalced free of cost within 3 or 4 days. Even after 4 days no one has turned up and we have started chasing them in various phone numbers.On 5th of July I have got an SMS in my mobile stating that my Complaint has been resolved and in case you are not satisfied with thw service please send me an SMS to 58888.Even without resolving my problem how come IFB has closed my complaint[protected]?.

When I spoke to one Mr. Sivagnanam claimed as the Area Manager and he has assured me that the problem will be resolved before Sunday evening and around 5.30 he has sent 2 Service engineers. This time the new service engineer told that there is some cloth stuck inside and there is no problem in the drum at all !!. This was quitet a surprise as this is contradictory of the previous examination done by certified IFB service engineer!!, He told that my machine is old model and require different set of tools to open hence will come on 6th and resolve the issue. No surprise nobody has turned up for the entire day and on 7th I have again called IFB customer care and given my complaiont no. I have got the reply that that complaint has got closed and we arer openning a new complain dtd 7th Jul Complaint No:- 3227807 dated 07.07.09).Customer care executive has confirmed thqt they will resolve this issue on the same day, without any surprise as usual no one has turned up. Once again we have contacted the customer care and told that we are getting harassed and we are about to file a complaint with consumer forum, how ever even after this no one has turned up. On 8th also nothing has happened and on 9th one official introduced herself as Mano has called me and told that on 9th they will send some one senior on 10th july, then I called Mr. Sivagnanam and exprssed my displeassure and after which in the evenning they have send across 2 service personals to my home. They openned my machine and dismandled all the parts, finally they told that they need to get some special tool to complete the service and assured me that they will come on 10th July morning by 10.00 am and complete the service. When I am typing my mail time is 6.00 PM and no one has turned up and not even a single call we have received so far(In fact I have called 4 times and they have told that by 3.00 pm they will come to my residence)

Now the situation is that My entire machine is dis mandled part by part and it is scattered in my balcony area which is causing lots of dis comfort to me and my family.

Need your support in registering a strong complaint and I would like to go to any extent that in future these kind of suffering will not happen to any of the customers.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A POOR SERVICE BY ANY COMPANY .I never recomend this brand to any one. I am looking for a compensation from IFB

IFB Washing Machine — no any service

i am the new user of washing machine. when i call IFB Sales executive Mr. Shahnavaz cell No. [protected] tell me for demo launch a call to call centre . i am launching call the he say after two days demo man come to your home but after 2 days no one come i again call to me. shahnavaz he say me i will call you after 2 minusts from that he will not call me . when i call him he also not took my phone. This is not a correct and proper method to takle the complaint of customer. we never suggest any one to buy IFB products

since 1 month my washing machinem was not working.your service authorities wating for spares.they told everytime spares was not dispatched or out of stock.I very much disagree about your company and service authorities about this type of service.your immidiate action is highly appreciable.

I Purchased a New IFB washing machine and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine even for instalation of the same, already three days left (on 11.07.09)The responseable person at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.

For last 20 days machine which is under AMC is not working. Response from call center is far from satisfactory. Service Manger one Jitu in Mumbai is totally un approachable and irresponsible for not returning any call.

One of the worst services seen in white good manufacturing companies in India is from IFB.

Complaint nunber is 3193591 and atleast 50 phone calls have be wasted callling them.

Never never buy any IFB products, if you do not wish to be cheated.

I am facing regular complaint,
from the beginning there was a noise issue, the service technician replaced the beraings
and then there was some electrical complaint relay circuit.
then now Drum is not rotating complaint no 3241433. lodged on 11/07/09. still no response.
Infact i had informed IFB service technician and customer care,
being a wonderful name in the market why the product is like this .
But there is no response. I now request for the replace ment of the machine .
If i don't get the free replacement . i am forced to take the matter with consumer court.

Look forward for the support .
